Resje (4/5): One bad experience! - I have informed my last minute cancellation thru the email Hotel.com, due to unavaillabilitya of a non smoking room. They showed me the smoking room and the room was unhealthy, the bed has alot yellowish spot, the bathroom looks an old bathroom. I was very dissapointed and tired. Now, I am waiting from Hotel.com. of my cancellatiion at Puri Jaya Hotel.
Verified traveler (6/5): Etwas verwohnt und nicht ganz sauber - Hotel und auch das Zimmer präsentierten sich etwas verwohnt und nicht ganz sauber. Klimaanlage funktionierte nach einigen Versuchen der Servicekraft, ließ sich aber kaum regulieren.
NURUL (2/5): Never again - I booked for 3 nights but could not stay any longer. I was depressed the first night. It was not maintained, the towels were not properly cleaned and I ended up taking a shower without using the towel.
