• Betty (8/5): Great vacation place. - Nicely painted and decorated. The balcony was nice size. Maintenance needed on toilet (it runs) and the bathtub drains slowly. The primary bedroom comforter needs to be replaced.

• Christopher (7/5): - The view was amazing, ,comfortable place,liked the fact bedroom has a balcony with gulf views ,staff was friendly, always loved going to gulfshores ! if the indoor pools were open it would of been better, but they closed for painting,we go for the beach but in October sometimes the weather is a little chilly that's why we stayed here because of heated indoor pool The indoor pool was closed most of the time they closed it the second week we were there, the bathroom had black mold in the toilet tanks and it had a leak in one bathroom. The carpet needed vacuumed but we couldn't find a vacuum cleaner so they brought us one ,the closet doors in the kids room wouldn't open
• Letitia (3/5): Disappointing - The location and beach access The unit 202 is in poor repair. First day upper cabinets and microwave were falling off the wall, had to have handyman for several hours. Washed all of our towels, dryer didn’t dry, had to send for handyman again. We spent the week with scaffolding in our view on balcony and got locked off of our balcony w our beach chairs inaccessible, men on balcony at 8 am while we were still in bed & the owner did not notify us of this at all. Also didn’t notify us of being locked off our balcony daily from 8-4. I am told that it was the unit 202 owner’s responsibility to notify the mgmt company/tenants - this particular owner didn’t notify anyone, doesn’t seem to care about the unit. The remainder of the building and facilities seems well cared for and maintained- we would go again but never again in unit 202. The coffee table also kept falling apart and the tv volume did not work - remote is broken. Want to make clear Hosteeva mgmt service is exceptionally responsive and handles everything quickly and professionally. They took great care off care to help us with all of the issues within their control. The beach is great as well as the area, sad that lack of upkeep on unit and poor communication ruined our vacation.
• Jonathon (5/5): Its ok - Location was awesome Room 202 needs a major upgrades to very uncomfortable furniture and the king bed is nothing but board with springs very uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner needs attention as to it never got down below 73.

• Nathan (8/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family vacation. We had a great time! - The location on the beach was great! We loved that so much was within walking distance. The place was also decorated very nicely. We had a hard time figuring out the TVs. Some instructions on how to use dish boxes would be great. Also you could tell some of the furniture was getting warn out eg. patio furniture, master bedroom comforter, door handles on washer/dryer closet.

Each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus The cleaning lady showed up 1 hour before our checkout and waited right outside the door while we packed up trying to leave, just standing there looking annoyed at us as we moved stuff out of the room. It was uncomfortable and made us feel rushed.

• Brannon (7/5): Had a great time with my family at this property. - Well maintained. Right on the beach easy access for my family. The elevators were not the best. Too many rooms for the amount of elevators. Had a long wait close to every time.
• Melanie (7/5): Would love to stay again just hope issues are fixed for future stays. - Location was amazing. Facilities maintained very well. Never had an issue parking for our two vehicles. Apartment/condo was clean. The front bedroom comforter was stained. Same room closet doors were near impossible to open as close. Was afraid it was going to come off so we didn't use the space. Sofa bed was very hard to open and close. Was very uneven when out. Had to sleep head at foot of bed to make it work. Code for beach gate and pool door didn't work. Thankfully maintenance man was nice enough to give us a working code. Dryer lint catcher was not complete (part missing) the dryer burn a pair of underwear. Refrigerator too a day to cool what we put in it. It was set to coolest even though there was a sign saying don't do that previous people must have had an issue because that's what it was set on. We bought Cooler to put drinks in.

• Ticha (8/5): We had an amazing time, would definitely go again! Furniture needs to be updated - The property was in a great location right on the beach! Amazing views! Close to shopping and lots of restaurants! The furniture in the Condo is old and really needs to be updated. The couches were worn and patio furniture could use newer pillows for the price. The carpet in the condo is old and should be removed.

• Darrah (6/5): We did enjoy our time - Loved that it was right on the beach. Loved how the patio had plenty of furniture! The beds were not comfortable, you could tell the mattresses were old. There was mold in the cabinets above the microwave.
• Tanya (10/5): Great anniversary - Loved everything. Husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Was able to see the beach from our balcony and also easy to access the beach. There is a pool table here as well in the building by the office. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

The reeking smell of spoiled seafood/shrimp in the refrigerator, freezer, and ice permeated the food placed in the fridge and the air throughout the condo. I was VERY disappointed when I contacted Hosteeva by text and heard NOTHING until I called the following day. I’ve asked for a financial compensation but was only offered 15%. This is the 2nd time I’ve explained the situation and I will ignore any further requests to change my rating until this is resolved!

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - The ocean view and the location was great. I've never rented a condo that provides more than 1 day of coffee, soap , tissue paper and paper towels. Loved this! The bedding in one room was not clean and the counter top in the kitchen on one side was not clean. So I had to strip the bed and wash bedding, very disappointing.

• Don (10/5): All in all it was a great place to stay. It’s very quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. - The location was perfect! We could easily see and hear the waves rolling onto the beach from our balcony. Location of the condo is very good. It’s within walking distance to stores with necessities and to a good local long established restaurant. This unit was very well stocked. Furnishings could be updated a bit. They are serviceable but a little worn.
• Chastity (7/5): Over all was good minus the beds - The view Beds need new mattresses. Master bed has two divets that made it very hard to get comfortable or fall asleep. Key code wasn't given to us upon arrival and had to receive it the next day after we couldn't enter our room.

• Branden (9/5): Great location with a great view - Location was great, the view was amazing, and there were no problems with the condo. Nothing broke, everything worked as it should, and was very clean. All the good parking places in the parking deck were reserved for condo owners. I didn't really like that.
