- Amy (7/5): - Easy to find, friendly staff. Roomy and comfy Construction
- Balthazar (1/5): Je suis extrêmement déçu de cet hotel. - L’emplacement Je n’ai pas reçu mon déposit après plus de 10 jours. C’est inacceptable.

- S5707RXgregs (4/5): Room was falling apart. WiFi is a joke. Room is loud - This hotel is pretty bad. The location and room size are decent but other than that it is loud and in pretty bad shape. Our room was literally falling apart. The baseboard was broken in multiple places creating some exposed sharp edges, and there was baseboard/drywall residue on the ground. There's a very annoying/dangerous metal strip through the center of the floor as well. Tn top of all of this, the WiFi is atrocious and works maybe 30% of the time, constantly cutting in and out. The HVAC would also cycle between blowing hot and cold air no matter what temperature we set it to, which was very annoying. Room was loud and we could hear all sorts of street noise even though we were on the 9th floor.
- Klaas (8/5): Gerne wieder - Sehr sauberes kleines Zimmer, sehr guter Room, Service, nettes Personal am Empfang. Es gab immer wieder Probleme mit dem Wi-Fi
- X4048GFannam (10/5): Room cleanliness - I was on a business trip to New York for a whole month. I was placed in room 330 with my room attendant being Sangay. There was not a day I went by without knowing when my fresh sheets would come every Tuesday always having a fresh roll of toilet paper-along with fresh towels daily the trash never reached full because it was always taken out accordingly. I would 100% come back and stay in this hotel because of the service I received from Sangay. Along with the clean room, her personality and attitude towards her job made this day just that much more enjoyable and made a hotel feel morelike a home.

- Anna (10/5): Great location great service - Clean, convenient location. Went to a concert at brooklyn paramount and it was only a 5 min walk away Nothing!
- Molly (7/5): Overall, worth the stay. - The location was perfect & the staff was excellent. Kind & helpful. Parts of the hotel were very nice, but many aspects need maintenance (broken door handles etc...).
- Q6328LOmarks (10/5): Phenomenal stay - I stayed at the 46 Never st location in Brooklyn. Other than the facility being stunning, the staff was even better if that is possible. They were caring, attentive, friendly, and very courteous. They made my stay fabulous and this hotel 🏨 is now my home away from home. I want to say extra thank you and gratitude to Miguel at the Front desk who is always going above and beyond. Also, Miss Charisma at the bar who is so easy to talk to, and is always there to make you feel seen and heard..
- Perri (6/5): It was okay. - Location was good for what I needed (Brooklyn) Was kind of "meh"...room was clean but kind of worn out. Same for hotel.
- Jaron (9/5): Great stay for a 24hr get away - Close to everything ; staff very welcoming ; clean and compact room Heat system in room little loud
- Jan (9/5): -
- Darby (10/5): Great hotel in a good location - Location was great. Food at the hotel was good. The parking situation could have been explained better on the website.
- Becky (10/5): -
- Passport701769 (8/5): Decent - I came here last minute . They were accommodating for a such a late check in. The room was clean and spacious. The work out equipment was an added touch. My complaints are small but serious. The bathroom is not private. The door doesn’t shut it slides and does not slide to shut completely. You can hear everything in there. Very embarrassing! It’s also right by the bed so GOD forbid. Also, the room doors are so thing I can literally hear the next room and when the go in and out the door slamming it. I couldn’t get good sleep. The location is good otherwise and you need to park in parking-lot/ valet they are the same to avoid tow it’s about 50 dollars in addition and room tax is pretty high . I only stayed for one night checked in around 11pm.
- Voyager04796888365 (2/5): Never again - Apparently you can’t leave an honest review without the owners getting it removed so well try again. Stayed for a few days for an event with my young adult daughter. We usually stay at their sister hotel in the city but they were all booked so this hotel was recommended. The rooms were just ok and the beginning of our stay great. But the last 2 days we were given the nastiest attitude by their kitchen staff in particular Christopher who not only was very rude to us but also said something sexually advancing towards my daughter. The front desk staff were on their phones most of the time and very inattentive and I really didn’t think anything would come from me raising the issue especially being it was our last day. Moving forward just won’t be spending my money here especially at the rate ny hotels are going for.
- Thomas J (10/5): Wonderful and excited to stay here again when I'm in Brooklyn. - The staff were immediately engaging and kind. They got me checking in quickly and made excellent suggestions for Korean BBQ restaurants nearby. Got to the room and it was neat, clean and cozy. The amenities in the room were above and beyond almost any hotel I've been to, and I travel for a living. The exercise equipment, yoga mat station and standing desk were wonderful and convenient. The Bathroom was just right, and the water pressure was great; even on the 11th floor. The view was great at that height. The bed was super comfortable and I was asleep in no time. Got a great night's sleep for a busy work day the next morning. I'd love to stay at this property again if I'm ever in town. Not much to say here, as I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I can think was that the breakfasts offered were pretty expensive, but looked good from what I saw of the other guests' orders. There was a self-checkout, that did make grab and go possible, but I didn't use the service.

- Griffith_Florence (7/5): Second Chances - We were attending a concert nearby and the location was perfect. The staff was great and the room was clean. Loved the extra security for the elevator. Great space, however, throughout the night, you could hear other guests walking to and from the elevator, as well as what seemed like someone trying to get into their room. The entire time, it made me anxious because I could hear all the commotion while trying to sleep. I really didn't get much sleep and I had to work the next day.
- Eloise (5/5): So-so - Friendly staff The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom was pretty bad. There was black mildew on the grout and the body wash was chunky. The mechanism that keeps people from tampering with it was broken. One bottle was empty. I've stayed here a few times and never had these issues before
- Pedro (8/5): Uma boa escolha para viagens de lazer. A evitar para viagens de negócios - Zona de refeições e bar. Tamanho do WTCC do quarto Mesa para trabalhar no quarto

- Luis Felipe (10/5): Aconchegante e maravilhoso. - A cama, a localização. Nada a declarar.
- Robert (9/5): -
- Marcelo (7/5): - Son emplacement Rapport qualité - prix laisse à désirer.
- Michaël (6/5): - Ligging Lawaai van verwarming
- 213renan (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Our stay at Evens hotel in Brooklyn was wonderful. Our room attendant, Sangay was absolutely lovely! She is very detail-oriented and so kind. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. She definitely made our stay worthwhile. Thank you Sangay!
- Ronald (10/5): - Podria existir disponibilidad de comida rapida como sandwish despues de las 19:00 hrs.
- Patty (10/5): Very happy experience - In general all was great. I had a great time with my family. I would go again and stay. Breakfast was great. Its 14 minutes away from my family's apt . Love the place Great but everything is going up these days. The only thing is when the heat kicks on its kinda loud. You do have the train noise above you but I didnt mind.
- suzana (4/5): Disappointing. - Staff were helpful with transportation. Dirty. Hallway carpet was really dirty. Elevator was dirty. Room desperately needed an upgrade. Floor was uneven, peeling and unfinished paint on walls, scanty bathroom amenities. Coffee machine in the lobby/restaurant was broken the whole 4 days we were there. Totally understand that a broken elevator (one of the 2 was down) can take weeks to repair but how hard is it to replace a coffee machine?
- Eric (8/5): Great location for a visit to Brooklyn - Location is excellent. Close to Nevins St. subway and a short walk to Atlantic Terminal, Brooklyn Bridge, etc.
I had breakfast in the lobby and it was excellent and quickly served. Room decor was a bit dated.
- KOHLI (8/5): -
- Marylou (9/5): I would stay again - The staff are very friendly, and the location was great for the Barclays Stadium. They had a bar and restaurant and small store. The beds are comfortable. It was a decent price, the bathroom door was a slide out, the beds were small, very little walking space around the beds.
- Joanna (8/5): Very good stay - Cool vibe , comfy beds , near Barclay Center Wish they had Queen size rather than double beds .
- Joleen (7/5): Dans l’ensemble bien mais des choses à revoir pour un 4 étoiles - Bon emplacement, chambres spacieuses Chambres anciennes et sombres , extérieur de l hôtel très sombre et gris
- Abisola (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend, wish the other reviews were honest as I wouldn’t have booked it - The location Definitely not a 4* hotel, would actually say it’s closer to 2. It’s dated, the room wasn’t throughly cleaned. Overpriced but I suppose they charge a premium due to location but certainly wouldn’t recommend.
- Hong Phong (1/5): - The hotel required me to deposit 100$ everytime I checked in. I did 2 checkins because my schedule, which means 200$ deposit.
20 days after my check out, they havent had any response on that though I tried to contact.
- Tara (10/5): Highly recommend Awesome spot - Convenient location Staff was accommodating and kind Stupid little thing and no reflection on my stay but I'm a building contractor and all the wall plates are crooked
So it's a personal idiosyncrasy with me because I'm in the trades But no reflection whatsoever on my comfort or ability to relax and enjoy myself
- Guest (5/5): Would not return. - Felt like a motel Cleanliness, poor lighting, noisy
- sunisa (5/5): not impressed - - good location
- size of the room is a bit bigger than average ( probably bc we stay at the corner room),
- night shift staff was nice but the daytime staff were different - hundreds of room but only 1 lift, need to wait for a long time,
- room is not clean and run-down
- luggage storage after check out need to pay an extra fee
- no free drinking water
- price is expensive compare to what we got
- Anne (3/5): Try a different hotel - Well staffed, clean Incredibly noisy location. The 6 train goes directly underneath the hotel and rattles the rooms, the downtown
Brooklyn corner has street noise, as in rowdy people, blasting music, sirens, etc. at night.
- UWSiders (4/5): Very small problematic room but good service - I deleted my previous 1-star review because the front desk service at this hotel was very good. I was traveling with my senior mother and our room was much too small for her to navigate (less than a foot from the edge of the bed to the bathroom). For $360/night I was surprised that there were no drawers to unpack and honestly there was hardly enough room to open our suitcases. The shower never quite got hot and the drain in our sink was clogged. We stayed in this room despite an offer to move us because it was easier for my mother to stay put. I will also add that the front desk compensated us and we felt well taken care of. The room just left a lot to be desired, especially for the price we were originally quoted.
- efrain (10/5): -
- Alyssa (5/5): The hotel photos are a real trap - The location was really about it. Close to subway and very walkable. All in all it was a very meh place for the price. The photos are super deceptive. Lots of wear and tear. Pretty much every surface was scuffed stained. Not well maintained. The carpets were so gross.
- C2413KLjohnt (6/5): No way this is 4-star hotel! Fix the elevator, replace the staff, then this will be a good hotel. - The room was good, very comfy, if we could get to it. One elevator broken, the other always full, except for the day that one was broken too! For a very expensive hotel, the staff were 100% uninterested and dismissive, except Asif who was really helpful. Homeless people wandering in and begging from guests in the lobby. Fitness room is quite good, but probably unnecessary because of having to use the stairs all the time. Location is quite good, easy walk to subway, cafes, restaurants, laundry shops.
- Claudia (6/5): Ansprechendes Hotel im Herzen von Brooklyn - Das Bett ist bequem. Fenster kann man einen Spalt öffnen. Gute Lage in Brooklyn.
- Massoud (2/5): - Out of two elevators only one working from day one. That one failed too. So for an entire day guests had to walk up and down 14 floors. Some elderly, children ...
Stay away from this hotel!
- Anne (8/5): - The rooms are quite spacious by NYC standards, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the rest of the space was clean.
- K999IZlouisem (6/5): I’d go back but it needs a freshen up. - Good location, reception staff friendly and helpful but Monique could do with a refresher course in face to face customer service. Only complaint is please clean the wall mounted soap dispensers…. old congealed discoloured soap is really off putting. All in all the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a freshen up decor wise but bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked and was welcome as it was unexpectedly hot in NYC. The highlight was Charisma, who matches her name perfectly. A delight in every way and we need more people like her in life. Uplifting and fun and a huge asset to this hotel. I just hope they pay her enough!!!
- Robyn (6/5): - one of two elevators was out of service the entire weekend, creating ridiculously long waits. We were on the 10th floor and ended up taking the stairs twice.
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Yaron (8/5): - Clean room, kind staff.
- QUINONES (8/5): - Great location. Elevator don't work.
- jennifer w (4/5): - Staff great. Building not in good shape, esp elevators.
- Lindsey (8/5): - Room was modern, clean, great shower products and water pressure. Comfortable bed with nice linens and pillows. Quiet on upper floor.
- 494lusined (4/5): Do not stay here - Only a single elevator works for 14 floors. Seems like this issue hasn’t been solved for months. To make matters worse this morning there was oil dripping down from the ceiling of the elevator.
- Katie (6/5): Okay - The room was good size, had everything I needed, including workout equipment and spacious.
The check in was poor, I was told I would receive a call to let me know my room was ready, this didn't happen. One of the lifts was out of order for my entire stay and to get to my room after check in it took 18 minutes.
No water in the room.
- Joseph K (10/5): - Easy walk too Barclay Center
- Nancy (6/5): - No close by shops
- Nini (8/5): - clean and comfortable room and great shampoo too :)
- Damon (6/5): - Check in was frustrating. Arrived right at 3 check in time. Was told room was not ready. No problem, we will wait. They schedule a shift change at check in time so girl working with us just left and no one knew we were waiting. Then a huge wedding party rolled in and got stuck behind them. Second elevator was out of service entire stay resulting in really long wait times to get up and down from room. Not a major issue, but for the price you pay it was a bit frustrating. Bed was really short too. Overall decent.
- Terry (6/5): Overall GOOD Experience - Overall we had a good experience at the Even Hotel for our first visit to NY. Entire Hotel and our room was very clean. Bathroom was a bit dated but VERY clean(most important). Towels were scratchy but clean and room service came daily and changed our sheets and tidied up the room and left the bathroom spotless, shower doors were spotless every day! King mattress and pillows were marvelously comfortable and the bedside charging station was a big win. Front lobby was lovely as was the guest lounge area. Staff was friendly and efficient. The evening bartender, Charisma, was outstanding! She made our stay extra fun for sure, despite the bar being out of many items our entire 4 night stay. There was a small outdoor space off the lounge that was quite lovely but the lock on the door malfunctioned so we were not able to get out there our final morning. A couple other things to note: only 1 elevator was working for our entire stay, fancy coffee machines weren't working and remote food ordering computers were down often. One more note - upon check in my initial bill did not reflect the "member" discount of near;y $500. When I brought this to their attention the front desk clerk was hesitant to research but the onshift manager stepped in immediately and resolved the issue explaining that sometimes when we book through a discount site like (Hotels.com) those prices don't transfer to the hotel. Across the street one block to right is Black Seed Bagels!! Really Delicious!!
- Angelia (10/5): - Love this hotel for the location close to public transportation, the friendly staff, the amazing cooked-to-order breakfast, and the super comfy beds. I reduced 1 star for facilities because 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order causing a slight inconvenience. Rooms are clean and modern, with yoga mats, exercise bands, and standing desk. This is my go-to for work in Manhattan for all of the above combined with a reasonable price. I will return!
- sofiane (8/5): -
- Craig (8/5): - Cleanliness in front lobby (especially behind check-in desk) was not great. Elevators were terrible, and the fan in the bathroom required maintenance. But great location in Brooklyn
- sofiane (5/5): -
- Shaqwanna (8/5): - Love the hotel, its convenience to transportation getting around the city. Hate that the area is filled with bums and theres no security.
- AmieMartin (2/5): I hate this hotel deeply - This is a terrible hotel, primarily because the service is awful. It is basically a ghost kiosk hotel. The people who work there think they are doing you a favor, and that their job is security. They were rude and unhelpful. I asked for a bathtub, it could not be done. After two nights of insomnia, I asked again. Impossible. The first time they said tubs were reserved for “handicapped guests” the second they said they were “fully booked.” Once I lost my key and the desk attendant acted like it was not her problem. She gave me the third degree and wouldn’t replace my key until I showed ID.
- Lindsey (10/5): - .
- Heidi (8/5): - My stay was great except for one of the elevators being down for the 2 days of my stay. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
- Janet (8/5): Great location, great time - The hotel was located in a great area. The hotel itself was clean and had a great lobby. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. And their flavored waters every morning were delicious.
- SUSAN (2/5): - The Hotel only had one elevator in operation. Took us forever to go anywhere as the staff had priority
- anna maria (8/5): -
- Sarah (6/5): -
- Simon (8/5): NYC Few Days - I recently stayed at the Even Hotel in Brooklyn and had a fantastic experience! The location is convenient, the ambiance is vibrant, and the wellness amenities are a nice touch. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that only one lift was working, which caused some wait times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!
- Alexander (10/5): - All good
- Silvia (10/5): - Great
- Karen (9/5): -
- Tracey (6/5): - First time stay. Hair on bathroom floor. Sesame seeds in front of the mini fridge. And the table had crumbs and a dried liquid mess on it. In the shower, when I went to grab the handheld, it broke right off the hose part and needed to call the front desk to fix it. They replaced it within 25 minutes, but this first impression wasn't great. Price point was decent. Not sure I'll try again.
- Bertha (8/5): - Wey good little hotel for the price, excellent location.
- Paul Yudichak (8/5): -
- Naomi (10/5): Highly recommend - Love this hotel - have stayed on two different trips. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are a good size (esp by NY standards), comfortable and clean. And the price is usually super affordable. Highly recommend.
- Sharon (10/5): - Our experience was largely great. The front desk staff was wonderful. Helped us find a great place for dinner, answered every query with good information.
We did not appreciate having just one elevator in service. This made for a trying time as folks were checking out and the one working elevator was FULL. We used the stairs but that was not a great thing for us. We understand the elevator has been our for days, if not longer.
- Adam (8/5): - The rooms were spacious, light, with the beds comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet which didn't always flush properly.
The staff were always helpful and friendly.
- K5475DMrg (2/5): nightmare hotel - don't stay in this place. dirty rooms and noisy air-condition, could't sleep 5 day stay cut it into 12 hours and checked out. customer service sucks, they won't give a checkout receipt because we booked through aadvantage travel, so no refund .nice hotels and service near by.
- Jamie (2/5): - They opened a night club in the basement under the hotel. Loud music until 2 am coming through the floor! Impossible to sleep!
- Sharon (6/5): - Service is lacking. Toilet running, shower leaking and towels missing from the room. Do better!!
- William (10/5): - Close to major subway lines. Clean room, decent price. Was great for our NYC vacation.
- Tiffany Grissom (8/5): - We had two encounters with two rude employees. One with a third shift employee while trying to pay for snacks. And the other incident was with an employee who was very rude when he forgot some of the Lennon we requested for our room.
- Steven (8/5): - Service by Monique and Kevin at front desk was excellent.
