Then after you check in you have to go back to your vehicle and put a slip of paper on your dash, which isn’t convenient or easy for all guests. There was a lot of noise in hallway and from other rooms.

• Blake (10/5): Wonderful staff, lovely room, excellent location. - Beautiful, clean, comfortable bed, nice pool/hottub. The elevator was super slow haha. And the person above us was very heavy footed, but everything else was amazing.
• Valerie (9/5): Great value for the money! - Close proximity to my grandkids, the hotel is lovely and was decorated so beautifully for Christmas, breakfast was a pretty good value for the price and the pool and hot tub is great. Allowing pets would be awesome! The in room coffee was not nearly as good as the coffee downstairs and while I understand no housekeeping, it would be nice to have a place to toss towels.

The front entrance/ front desk is decorated with care. The front desk staff are amazing!!! And so friendly, the best customer service I have received in a long time. The room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable with all the needed things like iron w/ board, safe for more valuable things, plenty of towels and extra covers in the big closet. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the kitchenette. My stay was perfect!! I have no complaints

• Michael (6/5): - For the Week of my stay, First Day Bar and Restaurant were Closed Next Day, both opened at 5 I ordered a Drink to have at the bar, ordered a Cesar Salad with Chicken, Bartender brought my Salad, I went back to my Room, opened my styrofoam container, inside was Chopped Romain and chicken with a set of Plastic utensils in the Box next to the Rubber Fried Parmesan cheese that may have been cooked a Week ago I returned to bartender to request Fresh Cheese and a Real Fork. She looked confused on why I wanted Either, adding “For You I will” There was 1 customer at the bar and No one in Dining Area I would have completely understood if the Bar/Restaurant were Busy

The hotel is very clean, the room is HUGE and the staff I have met is very helpful and friendly, My only negative comment is the bathroom door is a sliding door and it won’t stay shut. Slides open about 12-18 inches EVERY time.

• Samantha (10/5): - Clean rooms, beautiful hotel! The gal who checked me in around 4:30PM on 9/14 was very professional and provided absolutely wonderful customer service. I did arrive to breakfast later in the morning, about an hour before it was going to end and all warm foods were gone. There was turkey sausage and eggs, but the eggs were not good. No salt or pepper to help with the texture. I settled on a yogurt. The Holiday Inn in Wilsonville has double the amount of options so I guess I was just expecting more. Still a great stay.

• Carol (10/5): Comfy stay - Very comfortable with lots of space. We had an accessable tub which really helped with age and lack of mobil abilities. Also with a sofa which is not always found. The only thing questionable was couldn't get the shower wand (adjustable sprayer) to have water come thru it so just had to use the basic overhead for our showers.

The staff was absolutely amazing when I first got in my TV wasn’t working and they sent me up with a whole different room on a different floor as well
