• Judy (10/5): Excellent hotel! - Very comfortable, clean and beautifully updated. The staff member who checked us in was super nice. Since we’re on the more senior side of life🥴he gave us a bigger (handicap) room, which was great. Breakfast was terrific! Can’t think of a thing!
• Lua (1/5): What totally sucked was that room service didn't come and refresh the room while we were out all day - Breakfast was 3 on a scale of 5. Adequate. I went to breakfast around 9 and it ends at 9:30 so maybe it wasn't great because I came later in the time period. Food wasn't that warm , but attendant was working to keep things replenished. It's not as fresh as restaurant and it's like heat and serve, so it can only be so good. Like I said, attendant was there and constantly working. It's heat and serve, not restaurant prepared and it is what it is. The worst thing about the stay, and inexcusable, was that room service didn't refresh the room. Had to go to front desk and request clean towels. On day we arrived the room had an empty tissue box, wtf?

• Courtney (4/5): Mid - The mattresses were top notch and the breakfast was nice was disappointed that only one USB port/outlet worked in the entire room. It was also frustrating that the body wash dispenser was completely empty. The sofa bed mattress was filthy and they provided no pillows
• Lacee (6/5): Meh. - The staff was nice, breakfast was good. Beds are not comfortable, I was up most of the night hurting. We had to use the pull out couch and it was really dirty underneath. It was loud all night, something keeps clicking all night, and it sounds like the door is being opened from the hall, and there was a high pitch sound through the night. Normally I have had luck with other HIE locations, but this one was different, and not in a good way.

We arrived late/early morning the night before and slept through much of the breakfast but Mrs Helen was not going to let us go hungry. The hotel only had one washer and dryer for guest laundry.

It had credit cards, driver's license, etc as well as cash. One of the housekeeping staff found it and gave it to the front desk person( who also was lovely and helpful the three days I was there) I returned several hours later and she gave it to me intact. I am so grateful to them. Being from Colorado and on a fixed schedule to return I was panic stricken because everything I needed was in that little purse!

• Erica (6/5): - The room was clean and property clean. Just felt a little overly used. We were worried because we had a plunger in our bathroom, luckily we didn’t need it. Also they only have luggage carts, but the cleaning crew used one of them in the am to collect garbage, so we to make several trips to get all our things out. At check-in the person told us it would be easiest to pull to the back, when going through the front was actually the easiest. Just little things that seemed overlooked. We just assumed this hotel is used more often because it is right by the airport. It was still quiet and clean.

• Ronald (10/5): Great Place to Stay - As always, very clean and comfortable at every location I’ve stayed. The breakfast is great for being a free Continental breakfast. Pool was nice. Disappointed that there was no hot tub at this location but oh well. I’d stay again.

• TERRY (6/5): - Chosen for closeness to airport. This property has convinced me that I no longer need to specifically look for places that have free breakfasts - seriously folks, "turkey sausage". As bad as a previous place that had pulled pork & tacos for breakfast. I know I can get a regular American breakfast at a restaurant, but it will cost me. That is OK with me. Agailn, having a free breakfast will no longer be an item to look for.
