- JOSE (2/5): - This was the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t have enough towels to replace the ones that were dirty from the day before. Rooms were very outdated and dirty. We had to wait for towels to be cleaned in order to shower. They never cleaned the pool or pool bathroom while we were there. Someone threw up at the pool and it never got cleaned! The beach was across the road which we knew before we came. However, the place to get our chairs and beach towels was very run downed. The spot right next to it. Made it very uncomfortable for our family. Definitely not kid friendly. When the employees would show up to work anywhere from 11am-noon. They would blast their very provocative music. So loud and the music was so provocative. We would have to leave the beach and go somewhere else. Very displeased with our stay at Holiday Inn. It’s very obvious corporate never goes to make sure everything is in good order. So many repairs needed.
- Amanda (8/5): - This hotel is right in the heart of things which made it fun and convenient for our stay! The staff was always helpful and more than friendly. The view was beautiful of Junkanoo beach. The rooms were nice enough but the bathrooms are so tiny you can barely close the door and are in need of a remodel. Our tub didn’t drain even after attempting to have it fixed so we never felt quite clean after taking a shower. Overall though the stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely come back again!

- Franciscus (4/5): Business trip one night - The hotel room door would not lock upon leaving without having to use the key card to unlock it first. The hotelroom was situated with the window to the street and therfore very nousy from passing traffic. The mattress was worn and had soft indents in it. The shower water did not get hot after running it for 3 minutes. The remote control for the tv did not work for the volume. The outside gate locks to the street did not work. The designated beach area is very small and with the speakers of the neigboring bar blasting extremely load majes it impossible to relax. Positive: the breakfast was good!

However the floor in the room was so dirty , over 6 days it was never washed, even when we asked ! The bathroom is very tiny, hard to move around in. The headboards in the room were old and stained. They have an excursion person on certain days of the week, which was not helpful, she tried to charge us more for the excursions than the websites. The beach across the street is loud , the music starts around 10 and goes til 8. You do have access to the beach chairs, but they are old and dirty. The pool area is small but no one was ever there so it was a bit more peaceful. The pool bar was never open while we were there.

The breakfast is great and there is a pool. There are computers downstairs to use, a good sized indoor and outdoor dining area and great toiletries in the room. Rooms are small and the pool bar was not open.

- Subin (8/5): Wonderful Stay at Holiday inn suites ,Bahamas. - I had a fantastic experience . The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect, close to US Embassy and Janganoo Beach. I especially loved the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
- Suzan (10/5): Bowl game trip - We enjoyed our trip; we just didn't realize how dirty Nassau is. Also, the cruise ships dock there and there are usually thousands of people getting off those ships so there were alot of drunk people on the beach, which did not allow any beach time for us.

Everything felt very clean. I was a bit frustrated that the one time I went to the beach, the staff member wasn’t there to provide a towel or chair for almost two hours despite it being open. Apart from that, no complaints at all!! Would stay again for the location and price

- Marlona (6/5): - It was pretty okay, nice location, helpful staff. It just had an off smell but only in the elevator and through the halls a bit.
- feana (8/5): - The staff was very helpful. Property was clean and comfortable bed. They should at least put few bottle water in the refrigerator for person checking in. After a long flight and check in your room and not even a bottle water in the fridge it's ridiculous.
- Jecannya (10/5): - The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Priya made our check in process smooth and easy. The view from the room was beautiful both night and morning (got to watch the Royal Caribbean dock their cruise at 6:30am). The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Would definitely be staying again and would recommend to everyone.

- Nadia (2/5): - Stayed 8/23-8/25/24 The pictures posted are very deceiving. Rooms are outdated, not clean, and underneath our bathroom sink was leaking water. You had to go to the reception desk to ask for the iron. Breakfast was ok, and coffee taste horrible.
