- Valeriya (4/5): Не рекомендую этот отель - Замечательные виды из окна, близость к морю. Море чистое и прозрачное. Отдыхали в конце сентября 2025 года. Сложилось впечатление, что отель находится на стадии полного закрытия и мы его последние гости. В отеле из видимого персонала - 4 человека (ресепшен, 2 сотрудника кухни, уборщица). Ощущение от отеля - заброшенный и очень грязный. Хотя построили его всего 3 года назад. Лежаки на бассейне старые и все матрасы драные и в пятнах. Кабаны на пляже также все протертые до дыр, защиты от солнца нет, так как вся ткань оторвана и болтается на ветру. Лейки в душе на пляже все забиты налетом, кран отваливается при попытке регулировать напор. При заселении в комнате было ощущение, что номером не пользовались несколько сезонов: пыль, которая уже смешалась с грязью и не поддавалась простой влажной уборке, раковина в ванной не смывалась, розетка висела из стены, пол в пыли. По нашей просьбе номер убрали, но потребовалось 2 попытки. На баре у бассейна (заявлен на сайте как работающий) вам могут предложить только воду и газировки из холодильника, коктейли, шейки или что-то похожее приготовить не могут, т.к. бармена в отеле нет. В обеденном меню нет 90% блюд. «Включенный завтрак» не предполагает систему шведского стола, меню также не предложат. Каждый день на стол вам вынесут одно и то же- кофе/чай, оливки, 3 вида джема, нутеллу, хлеб, овощи и зелень, сезонные фрукты. На основное каждый день предложат только омлет. Помещение для завтрака душное, тесное, грязное. Столовые приборы грязные. Персонал отеля совершенно не заинтересован в комфорте гостей и качестве их отдыха. В отеле плохо абсолютно всё, кроме видов - они потрясающие!
- Cengiz (5/5): It was our first time there in Kas.we would definitely not stay if we decide to return - The view was great It’s far from the centre. You pay 400 TL each way into town. The food at the facility is not the best so you need to step out of the hotel. I don’t think the pool gets replenished very often.
- Anastasiia (9/5): - Прекрасный, красивый отель в локации самый край полуострова, который смотрит на греческий остров. Номера красивые, кровать удобная, джакузи на террасе, огромная сама терраса, большая ванная комната. Чистый бассейн, большое джакузи на втором уровне пляжа с видом на Эгейское острова. Прекрасный завтрак, большой выбор фруктов, сыров, горячих блюд, кофемашина, выпечка. Мы наслаждались. Единственное, волны всегда, войти в море сложно, фактически только утром.. Потом волна поднимается на три метра и надо поймать момент чтобы доплыть до лестницы и тебя, не снесло. Детям там купаться нереально. Только бассейн или джакузи. Многие семьи с детьми не смогли войти в море. Был неприятный инцидент с уборкой, вытащили деньги с внутренней стороны потайное отделение для иконки в маленьком клатче с кардхолдером( 5000 ₽) , лежали с правами и банковскими картами внутри прикроватной тумбы. Были как символ "мало ли что", и лежали уже год почти. Зачем уборщикам так детально шарится по сумочкам внутри тумб.. Сейф был, слава богу основные деньги, паспорта были убраны. Про кардхолдер просто забыли после поездки в город вечером. А утром за время завтрака, нам очень быстро убрали номер, мы сначала обрадовались, а вечером перед поездкой в город обнаружили пропажу, когда искали кардхолдер с правами. Рецепшн пытался помочь, но! Как они сказали, именно наш номер не попадает на камеру в обзоре двери, а уборщица "сказала, что не брала и не видела денег" Мы сделали сразу вывод, всё только в сейф, даже если ты в номер вернёшься, и находишься в отеле - только сейф!
- Joana (5/5): Relação qualidade preço podia ser melhor - A vista e as instalações são incríveis e de alta qualidade. Existe alguma falta de manutenção dos espaços, nomeadamente do ginásio do hotel que se encontrava sujo e com as máquinas pouco oleadas. Adicionalmente, embora o pequeno almoço seja até às 11h, a partir das 10h30 já não é reposta grande parte da comida. Por fim, tendo em conta o preço por noite do hotel, poderiam facultar águas gratuitamente dado que o acesso nao é fácil

- Beti (7/5): Overall beautiful place with great location. Most of the staffing was good, welcoming but the pool bar guy not so much. - Great location. Nice views. Clean. Kitchen staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious. Out of season customers should be treated the same as seasonal customers.
- Kamil (5/5): Fantastic internet, fantastic location. - Internet, location and car park. The room was unpleasant and uncomfortable, the loud vibration noise started at 7am and would finish just after midnight from possibly a generator. Housekeeping not the best, they either miss something or take our personal slippers. Car park is always full and small.
- Peter (10/5): - Our 3rd visit to Meis Exclusive. It's a hidden gem tucked away at the end of the peninsula. Small enough to feel like a boutique hotel but with everything you may need and you never feel overcrowded. Fantastic food and drink menu with a great chef. The pools and waterfront are very nice to relax at and the water warm. Some basic DIY to fix and clean up some areas are needed but mostly superficial and hopefully done in the off season.
- Ufuk (10/5): A home away from home! - It was amazing. We actually are going back in a few days because we loved it that much. It's great for families and couples. In Kas a lot of hotels don't have gyms but they do. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. My kids loved the freshly squeezed OJ. Most of all the staff were friendly and happy. What I noticed was they were not just nice to the guest but to each other. So you can tell it was genuine! Lastly- rooms were cleaned right away with new supplies! They noticed what you used the most and would give extra of those items! Definitely one of the best hotels on rhe island!

The chief was incredible. Definitely will be going back. The front desk girl was so helpful and on top of things.
- Weihua (10/5): - This is fantastic upperscale hotel, great facility. Reception lady (Enesia, this was how her name sounds but my spelling must be wrong) is very warm and helpful. She makes you feel home upon your arrival and throughout your stay. Room looks like brand new, spacious, tasty designed and decorating. The ocean view is killing that makes you don’t want to leave the room. There is a jacuzzi in the balcony and you can relax while enjoying the sea view and the Greek island of Meis just outside. The breakfast is also good. The dinner at sunset awesome. We stayed two nights and clearly too short. Will come back if possible.
- Brian (10/5): Fantastic and highlight of our Turkey trip. - The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 and is beautiful. We were the only guests there (only 34 rooms) the nights we stayed in late May and they made us feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The pool are is beautiful. The staff were friendly and outgoing. While there is a swim platform to go in the ocean, it is a bit rough. The owners own a hotel near the Marina with a beach you can use. It is a short 10 minute drive into Kas town, where there is a car park you can park (or you can take a taxi).

- Cynthia (10/5): Beautiful quiet resort with excellent staff. - Nice buffett breakfast, snacks and other meals available by pool. Ocean access further down hill. Despite being very close to other properties, very quiet and private. Staff very friendly and attentive. At the end of Kas peninsula view is peaceful ocean and Kastellorizo, the Greek island closest to Turkey. I was upgraded to full sea view with balcony and my own jacuzzi. For couples, very romantic setting, with mirror over the bed. Easy to get a taxi into center of Kas, better choice than trying to park there. If you are driving be prepared for exceedingly steep and narrow driveway that is only access to multiple properties.

- Keith (9/5): It was so good, we wish we could have extended our stay. Will definitely return! - The location was superb for its unobstructed coastal views. The room was spacious and very clean. All staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is very remote and not safe or close to walk into town. You must be very mobile as the hotel is built on a very steep hill. Steps to the hotels private Beach involves many steps, but it’s worth the effort when you reach it. Very secluded and peaceful.

- Jonathan (10/5): Absolutely beautiful location - What a place! I’m guessing most people prefer to stay in the center of town but I am so glad we booked this hotel out on the peninsula. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Terrific spacious rooms with balconies and private jacuzzis. The pool area is spectacular, the grand jacuzzi is even better, but the real gem is the hillside cabana beds where you can walk down to the private dock and jump in the Mediterranean. Amazing views of the Greek island just across. Breakfast was excellent and the on site restaurant was good for lunch and dinner as well. Wifi was great and we were able to work here - in fact, the strongest signal was out by the cabana beds. If you want to go into town it’s a ten min taxi ride that costs a flat 100 TL. We came here with intentions to explore the area’s beaches and boat tours, but ended up staying at the hotel every day because it was that beautiful. At the pool and on our balcony it was fine, but inside the room the wifi was spotty for whatever reason. Lots of mosquitos at night but that’s par for the region. Otherwise excellent.

- Eva María (8/5): Desconexión - Todo perfecto, personal y las instalaciones, solo una pega, la carta del restaurante no coincidía con lo que realmente tenían y era algo escasa, las cenas no nos quedábamos porque no tenían una buena carta y de varias cosas que estaban puesta en ella no tenían, kas esta cerca y era mejor cenar allí, por lo demás, es perfecto el lugar y el hotel, gracias por la atención recibida.
- Semih (2/5): - İnanılmaz bir asansör sesi var sürekli gürültü hali.sabahın 9 unda elektrikli süpürgeyle yan odayı temizlediler.denizi inanılmaz akınlı ve saat 10 dan sonra denize girmek çile.kahvaltısı vasatın üstünde ama kahvaltı edilen yer mutfak olduğu İçin kahvaltıdan sonra yağ kokusu içinde kalıyorsunuz. Tek güzel şey Pool bardaki barmenin hoş sohbetiydi.

- Claire (9/5): Perfect, quiet "exclusive" family holiday - This is a wonderful, unique, boutique hotel which suited our family's needs perfectly - it was so good (and Turkey so hot in August) that we hardly left the place for 9 days, only to go out to Kas in the evenings for dinner. Meis is just the right size. We have two teenagers (14 & 16) who enjoyed flopping on sunbeds, playing games with their parents and swimming in the sea with endless diving competition opportunities by the hotel. I should point out that at certain times the sea can get choppy and the tide can be a bit strong - absolutely nothing a stable swimmer can't cope with but it could cause nervous people some anxiety. We loved it. Lots of beds by the pool and by the rocks/sea. We spent every day down by the sea, mostly on our own down there. Even when the hotel was quite full at the weekends, there were plenty of beds. Note that the pool does not have a shallow end (at 5ft 2 I couldn't touch the bottom) but it has nice big steps in, a handrail all round and there is usually an inflatable around. The staff is amazing at Meis. A great bunch of young guys waiting on you and an excellent barman who speaks the best English - everyone at Meis is there to serve and wants you to have a good time. We went in the hotel gym most days. The food is great, again the chef really caring what people want - his pastas are very good and the BBQ meat platter is a meat feast you won't forget. Breakfast is a highlight - we were lucky that midweek we almost had the place to ourselves and we had platefuls of our favourite foods (fried aubergines, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with tomato), pancakes) delivered straight from the kitchen to our table. Unlimited bean to cup coffees set you up for the day. The communal areas are better than the pictures, rooms maybe a little less so. We would def go again, maybe when not as hot. Kas is a great city - really alive at night, 100s of restaurants. Nothing!

- Sevil (8/5): Sakin & keyifli bir tatil - Otelin konumu denize sifir olmasi sebebiyle harika. Odalari ve balkondaki jakuziyi cok sevdik. Deniz akintili ve yuzmek icin cok rahat degil. Kahvalti acik bufeydi, Covid sebebiyle tedirgin oldugumuz icin en Erken biz inmeye calistik. Calisanlar da sosyal mesafeyi korumakta cok iyi degildi. Misafirlerin maske takmasi zorunlu degildi (bizce zorunlu olmali ozellikle acik bufeden yemek alirken ve diger alanlarda) Son gun restoranda bir kopek & bir cocuk vardi. Otelin sadece yetiskinler icin olmasi sebebiyle biraz sasirdik. Hayvan dostu bir otel miydi emin degilim, ama oyle olsa bile, (kopegin bir sikintisi da yoktu) yine de hayvanlarin restorana alinmasi hosumuza gitmedi. Sahibine rahatsiz oldugumuzu soyledik, disari cikaracagini soyleyip yine de cikarmadi. Bunlar disinda keyifli bir tatildi.

- Yasemin (2/5): Asla exculisive olmayan otel - Rezervasyonumu internetten yaparken sıfır şüpheyle ödememi yaptığım bu otel beni yüzde yüz hayal kırıklığına uğratmıştır.oncelikle ses yalıtımı asla yok,yan odada konuşulan her şeyi birebir odamızdan dinlemeyebiliyorduk.jakuzili olarak ödemesini yaptığımız odanın jakuzili çalışmıyordu.Şikayetlerimizden ötürü güç bela uygun olan başka bir odaya geçtik.Bavullarımız taşımak üzere otelin iskelesinden çağrılmak üzere :) yataklar kırk yıllık eski çağdan kalma bir tasarım olsa gerek en ufak hareketinizde ses çıkarıyor ,bir de bu yetmezmiş gibi gecenin 2 sinde yan odaya yeni bir misafir yerleştiriliyor balkonda devrilen mobilyalar o saatte düzeltilmeye kalkışılıyor.ve o odaya yerleştirilen misafirler tek gecelik konaklayan tiplerdi.yani anlayacağınız asla huzurla ve kaliteli tatil yapacağınız bir otel değil.üstelik bu kadar yaşanan sorun üzerine döndüğümde otelde odada unuttuğum tek parça eşyamın çıkış yaptığım günüm ertesi günü arayıp sorduğumda çöpe atıldığı söylendi.hayatımda kaldığım en aprofesyonel oteldir.ASLA ÖNERMİYORUM
- THOMAS E (10/5): Huzurlu bir otel - Denize sıfır, havuzu, servisi mükemmel; sakin bir yer. Restoranını, çalışanlarını çok sevdik. 3-4 gün stres ve gürültüden uzak kafamızı dinledik.
- UMIT (10/5): İkinci balayı - Harika bir tatil geçirdik başka barda Kadir, enfes yemekler yapan ustamız, şef garson Ali bey olmak üzere herkes harika bir tatil geçirmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı, otel çok konforlu gayet güzel, aksalıklar olsada kusursuz hale getirdiler.

- Oguzhan (10/5): - 2 gün üst üste akşam saatlerinde su kesilmesi haricinde herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmadık. Otel çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip, oda sayısı az hizmet kalitesi yüksek. Otelin imkanları fazlasıyla yeterli ve kısmi deniz manzaralı oda olmasına rağmen çok güzel bir manzarası vardı. Odalar gayet konforlu ve iyi dekore edilmişler.
- Nick (10/5): - Lovely hotel, Friendly staff. Beautiful views (book a seaview). We went in Mid september. Temps in the low 30's but a dry heat, fabulous. Clientele mainly Turkish but one or two other nationalities dotted around. All very nice but not for those who want to be in a Brits abroad boozey place.
- Renee (10/5): Meis Exclusive hotel is absolutely fabulous! - It was a really pleasant stay with a delicious breakfast and absolutely nice and helpful staff. The only minus I could think of is that the jacuzzi on the room is filled with cold water instead of warm water. In my eyes too cold to really enjoy it. It’s a quite hotel, so you can ultimately enjoy and relax on your stay!
