• Jonas (7/5): - Det var en stor lägenhet och läget var bra, nära till stranden och allt, vänlig och hjälpsam värd, utrustad kök, uppskattad av sambon att det fanns schampo och body lotion Lägenheten var ganska mörkt, rullgardinerna fungerade inte riktigt att dra upp dem, är ganska kallt inne men det är en fördel om det är varmt ute, annars finns AC som man kan sätta på om man trycker att det är för kallt, inget balkong men det visste man om, det låter från utsidan om man är känslig mot det, det var ingenting som störde oss

• Ewelina (8/5): Dobrze położony apartament godny uwagi - Apartament w idealnym miejscu w Alicante-przejście przez ulicę dzieli Ciebie od plaży, a 2 kroki w prawo jesteś już na deptaku. Pomimo tego, w apartamencie jest cicho i można odpocząć. Miejsce jest przestronne, posiada dużą kuchnię (nie wiem, czy jest wystarczająco wyposażona, gdyż nie korzystałam z niczego poza czajnikiem). Miejsce godne polecenia. Przez słabe okna w środku było zimno, więc trochę zmarźliśmy.

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, facendoci lasciare le valigie prima del check in. È stato un ottimo soggiorno Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto, solamente gli infissi erano un po' vecchi e non si chiudevano facilmente. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

It was so reasonable, location was perfect, it was very clean and could not have a - The location was spot on, literally across the road from the beach. Short walk to town centre. Spoilt for choice for shops each side of apartment. It was so clean, spacious, the cleaner was so nice and kind to us, and the property had additional items which came in handy (ie clothes horse) Quite noisy at night due to outside traffic but difficult to avoid this!
• Anne (9/5): An enjoyable short break - Good location and well equiped apprtment. Being able to leave our baggage in the apartment after check-out time was good as we had an evening flight. No reception desk. We had to guess our arrival time and so we experienced a problem with getting in as the email with the access code was sent when we were in transit and we didn't see it in time. This was sorted out with a phone call though.

The location is excellent: right in the city center and just a short walk from the sea, making it perfect for easily reaching the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can immediately notice the care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a strategic location. I would happily stay here again!

• giulia (10/5): È stato tutto perfetto - La struttura si trova a esattamente due passi da tutto: attraversando la strada ci si trova in spiaggia,proseguendo a destra invece si arriva direttamente in centro dopo pochi passi, e medesima cosa proseguendo nel lato opposto. Comodo è perfetto per una vacanza relax! La struttura era dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario e il proprietario gentilissimo, anche se non l’ho conosciuto di persona ma risponde immediatamente alle richieste telefoniche e cerca in tutti i modi di soddisfarle

A konyha is gondosan felszerelt, hajszarito, vasalo…tényleg mindennel felszerelt. Nagyon tetszett, hogy ennyire könnyen megközelíthető volt minden a szallastol. A buszmegálló is pár méterre volt tőlünk. Biztosan visszatérünk még.

Var skeptisk til å bu ved ein så trafikkert veg, men var gode vindu med lydisolering, så faktisk ganske stille i leilegheita. Varmepumpe/ aircondition fungerte godt. God seng med memoryfoam madrass og puter, og vi fann ei deilig dundyne i skapet- godt om vinteren! Reint og fint. Ein svært hyggelig vaktmester (?) i resepsjonen- litt usikker på kva funksjon han hadde, men uansett ein hyggelig eldre mann 😄 Døgnope supermarknad i nabobygget. Busstopp/trikkestopp / taxi 1/2 minutt ifrå. Rask respons på spørsmål frå utleigar. Takk for oss 😀 Fikk ikkje safe og kaffemaskin til å virke. Kunne gjerne hatt ein støvsuger då det blir ein del sand mm etter 4 dagar. Hadde vore hyggelig om det var litt brosjyrer/turistinformasjon på rommet, feks om kollektivtransport, handlegater, attraksjonar mm. Skulle gjerne hatt større klesskap, og koffertstativ el., litt rotete med åpen koffert på golvet.

• Joanna (10/5): Bardzo dobry przestronny apartament - Super lokalizacja, blisko wszystkich atrakcji, plaży oraz przystanków tramwajowych, autobusowych. Wszystkie udogodnienia wymienione są i działają bez zastrzeżeń. Apartament bardzo czysty, brak zastrzeżeń. Nasz nie miał balkonu ani tarasu, ale z okien był piękny widok na plażę i tętniące życiem miasto. Sklepy spożywcze i z pamiątkami już bliżej nie mogły być. Chętnie wrócimy jak będziemy następnym razem, polecam. -

The property is beside a busy road . When the windows are closed you couldn’t hear the traffic noise much . This meant that you were reliant on the air conditioning . Preferred to have fresh air in the room . A balcony would have been nice but with traffic noise would really not be of much use .
• Parodi (9/5): Appartamento ampio e confortevole, Posizione ottimale. - Prima del nostro arrivo c'è stato comunicato che la stanza che avremmo dovuto utilizzare aveva un problema idraulico ma non ci sarebbe stato il tempo per ripararlo. Ci sono state messe a disposizione due appartamenti per poter utilizzare il bagno fino al momento della riparazione.L'host si è reso molto disponibile per poter risolvere il problema rapidamente senza crearci troppo disagio. L'appartamento è ben arredato completo di tutto ciò che necessita, molto spazioso e in ottima posizione. Attraversando la strada ci si ritrova subito sul lungo mare dove si può correre e camminare in inverno (temperatura gradevole) o accedere alla spiaggia, svoltando invece a destra a 3 isolati si può accedere al centro della città. Nei dintorni ci sono parcheggi a pagamento (alcuni molto cari) ma la città è ben fornita di autobus di linea, treni e taxi senza la necessità di noleggiare l'auto.

The airport bus station is also very close. So big, comfortable apartment with sea view, in a clean house. Easy to enter. A bit noisy because the traffic on the street is heavy. Better if you don't open the window. Some renovation is needed sooner or later.

• Edyta (8/5): Super lokalizacja, przestrzenne, ale trzeba zaakceptować hałas z ulicy. - Klucze dostaliśmy przed czasem, co było bardzo miłe i dużo Nam ułatwiło. Mieszkanie jest duże, czyste, w szafie czekały dodatkowe ręczniki. Idealne na pobyt z dziećmi, widok z okna na plażę, blisko sklepy, kawiarnia, deptak, plaża. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe. Miałam wrażenie, że wszędzie mamy blisko. Zdjęcia adekwatne. Mieszkanie jest blisko ulicy i to było bardzo uciążliwe pod kątem głośności. Hałas był ogromny, nie dało się czasami spać - okna są stare, drewniane, więc czułam się, jakby były cały czas otwarte. Łóżko było średnio wygodne. Przy braniu prysznica, woda lała się na podłogę. Przy dłuższym pobycie, przydałaby się kostka do pralki i więcej niż jedna rolka papieru.

From the airport by bus C6 just a few stops, the Port stop is literally opposite the apartment (same stop for the bus to the airport, bus every 10-15 min). Amazing location close to everything, beach, promenade, old town, St. Barbara fortress... Swimming in October, spacious, clean, comfortable apartment across from the most beautiful Postigue beach. • Richard (9/5): The best possible location and right across the road to the beautiful beach. - Perfect location; useful little kitchen which we used - even a washing machine which we didn't use. Very comfortable bed, and as the room was at the back of the block, it was very quiet at night even though it was right on the promenade. The apartment is very large and, although basically furnished, was totally suitable for our 12 night stay. All interaction with the owners was by message on Booking.com and very accurate and thorough. There was some noise from the waste plumbing from behind a wall, but it didn't really worry us. The apartment was beautifully clean and the lovely lady cleaned and serviced it twice a week. The air conditioning worked very well, although being at the back, the sun didn't really make the apratment too hot, so we only needed it for a few minutes before bed. The window blinds were not really very good. Unfortunately, they were Ikea cheap roller blinds which were pretty useless. A proper set of curtains would be far better. They also prevented the opening of the two of the doors to the outside as they were fitted across them.
