• Morten (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Patria. Wayan, unser Host, war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass der Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Das Essen vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr lecker und eine absolute Empfehlung. Das Gelände und der Pool sind groß, gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein.

• Saskia (10/5): Een klein stukje paradijs op aarde 😍 - Wat een fantastische tijd hebben wij gehad in Villa Patria! De ontvangst, de locatie in een prachtige omgeving, de heerlijke villa, de goede zorgen. We hebben negen dagen verbleven in de ‘kleine’ villa en het was echt een cadeau 💝. Een heerlijke eigen plek, alle rust en uitstekende zorg van Wayan en de rest van de staf. Iedere dag de keuze uit heerlijke gerechten, van ontbijt tot en met diner en alles wat er tussen zit. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de veranda en een heerlijk zwembad om te vertoeven (met het geluk dat wij tijdens ons verblijf ook nog eens de enige gasten waren). Dankjulliewel Oka, Wayan (❤️), Putu & Katut voor het heerlijke eten, en rest van de staf voor alle goede zorgen. We hebben ons heerlijk thuis gevoeld, ultiem genoten en gaan zeker weten ook nog een x terugkomen. Dát hebben wij onszelf beloofd.

• Andrea (10/5): Paradijs op aarde - Alles!! Het is lastig om te beschrijven hoe deze plek voor ons was, laat ik zeggen dat toen we aankwamen op onze nieuwe bestemming wij eigenlijk weer graag terug wilden ;). De foto’s geven een perfect beeld van deze plek. Een oase van luxe en rust met een geweldige zorg van Wayan en haar team. Het voelde als thuis. We verbleven hier 5 dagen en hebben het hele terrein voor onszelf gehad. Er zijn excursies en een massage voor ons geregeld, en er was een gratis shuttle service naar Lovina. Het eten in de villa was ook van zeer goede kwaliteit, de soto heb ik hier nog niet zo goed gehad. Als er Bali weer bezoeken zullen we hier zeker terug komen! Niets!!
• Patricia (10/5): I would definitely come back & refer this to my loved ones. Amazing place with such a kind staff!! - The place and the staff are AMAZING! The property is really in the middle of nature, peaceful location. I would advise staying at least 3 nights so you could visit surroundings. Food was really nice, especially the pancakes :) The staff was very kind, they helped us with laundry, organized us a massage and treated us with a welcome drink / afternoon tea Some dishes require 24hrs for cooking, so better to check the menu as soon as you arrive if you’re having a short stay

Bellissima la struttura, meraviglioso il giardino in cui sorge, enorme la piscina con vista sulla valle e sul mare. Insomma, Villa Patria è davvero magica! Solo due ville, massimo confort e riservatezza. Lo staff è di una cortesia e gentilezza disarmante. La villa dove eravamo era davvero grande con un patio dove rilassarsi e dove facevamo le nostre colazione osservando il mare all’orizzonte. Pulitissima, arredata con opere d’arte indonesiane, davvero un gioiello Tutto è stato perfetto. Un solo avviso: la villa è davvero immersa nella natura, a 15 minuti di macchina o motorino da Lovina. Questo comporta che la notte e la mattina si sentono i rumori della natura, tra uccelli, rane, cani…se cercate il silenzio assoluto, allora Villa Patria non è adatta

• Rik (10/5): Paradijs op Bali - De meest fantastische hotelervaring op onze reis van een maand door Indonesië. Wat een prachtige locatie, wat een rust, wat een mooie villa. We logeerden in de kleinere villa geschikt voor 2 personen midden van de schitterende collectie Balinese kunst van de eigenaar. Wat een mooie tuin ook! En dan het voortdurend gesoigneerd worden door Kadek, Wayan en Oka. Ze serveerden het heerlijkste eten, stonden altijd klaar met tips en hulp en organiseerden feilloos drivers naar prachtige locaties in de buurt. Nestled in the mountains near Lovina, this hideaway offers breathtaking views that captivate from the moment you arrive. The villa grounds are a masterpiece—perfectly manicured gardens with bonsai-style care, mature trees like coconut, mango, clove, and bottlebrush, and vibrant flowers in every shape and color. The gentle songs of birds, croaking frogs, and fish gliding in serene ponds create a symphony of nature, complemented by the soothing trickle of garden fountains that feel like music to the ears. The property boasts multiple rest and relaxation areas spread across the two villas, each adorned with beautiful weathered statues, including the charming three wise monkeys, adding a touch of Balinese history and whimsy. Inside, the villas are a treasure trove of gorgeous art and artifacts, immersing you in authentic Balinese culture. For a change of pace, we ventured to the nearby Warung Widya, a local gem that added variety to our dining experience and left us thoroughly impressed. Adventure seekers will find plenty to love. I went deep-sea fishing and had an unforgettable time, reeling in four mahi-mahi, a needlefish, and a shark, though five barracuda slipped away. If fishing is your passion, this is a must-do. We also visited local waterfalls, where swimming in the fresh mountain water left us rejuvenated. Nothing

• Justine (10/5): There is no detail they missed when it comes to this Villa. PERFECT oasis. - What didn't we like!?!? This place is amazing. We wanted to come to the north side of Bali to relax a bit and just enjoy some down time. We got exactly what we were hoping for. Massages - so enjoyable and we loved that they came to us and that it was outdoors. Food - UNREAL & DELICIOUS. We went out one night and both wished we were back at the Villa eating some home cooked meals. We ate here for breakfast lunch and dinner and didn't have a bad meal once. All fresh, all local and just what you want. Don't go out, nothing will touch this cooking. The ribs are the best I've ever had. Pool - beautiful, clean and loved that it was an infinity pool. Gardens - this place is gorgeous. Every tree, flower, bush, plant, fountain, etc...is so well taken care of and it's seriously so so pretty. You've never seen a better maintained landscape oasis. Room - our room/villa was so cute. All the furniture is unique and clearly very well made. I appreciated the decor and quality a lot. I also really enjoyed the outdoor bathroom so much. The shower was amazing and the water got so hot, I loved it. We ate outside under the comfort of the outdoor patio, lounged on the day bed. played games, relaxed, read books. Laundry - If i forgot to mention that they did my husbands laundry he would have been upset. This was so clutch at that mid way point in our 2 week trip and it saved us time and the headache of logistically figuring out where to go to do laundry. A mini fridge, water, AC in the bed room, privacy, fish outside in the pond, infinity pool, and of course the ROCKSTAR staff made this our favorite spot to stay in Bali by far. I can think of NOTHING i didn't like about this place. I only regret not having every single meal at the Villa here when I was in Lovina.

• Joost (10/5): Out of the ordinary - Even after reading all those great reviews upfront, we were still amazed by this place. The larger villa is enormous, both in size as in decoration. It took me a few hours to go around the rooms and take it all in, and I loved it. Stepping out of the house, through those great open doors, onto that marvellous large terrace with magnificent view.... whoa, what a royal feeling. Don't come here if you don't like isolation in nature, if you can't stand noise at night, if you prefer a cosy modern-style hotel room nearby other tourists, if you prefer attractions, beach, restaurants at walking distance ... Please come here if you appreciate and respect nature, local life, great views, Balinese culture, people, history, and art, .... Thank you, Wayan, Oka! All the best to you!
• Kiek (10/5): Incredible - We were lucky to have the entire place to ourselves and enjoyed every second of it! The crew does everything to make you feel at home. The garden is so well maintained - incredible! Because they work with fresh products and the property is so small, you have to tell them in advance what you’d like for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Not a big deal to us, but if you like to live in the moment it might ;).

• Anh (10/5): Perfect stay. - Everything is PERFECT. They welcomed us with a welcome drink and the villa is truly amazing. We booked the one bedroom villa and decided to extend our stay to the two bedroom villa, the bed was super comfortable. The Villa and the rooms looks like in the pictures but it’s more magical in real life. I can even describe it.. The food is amazing, I have spent 2 weeks in Bali and the food here is the best I’ve had in Bali. I recommend the grilled Prawns! The staff was wonderful and kind, the best service you could ever imagine. I decided to celebrate my birthday earlier and they came with cake and candles for me which I am truly grateful for. This was the highlight to my Bali trip. You will not be disappointed! Nothing. Bare in mind the roads on the way to the villa could get you a little bit car sick!

The villa we stayed in is incredible, it has a large room with a big bathroom, there is a dining area and 3 places to relax with the perfect view. There is a kitchen with a water tank and a fridge. The pictures can't relate to how great the place looks. We had everything we needed. The staff makes you feel like family. In front of the villa you have a huge yard with trees and gardens, and to the right you will reach the infinity pool. There is wifi coverage everywhere. We had dinner each night at the villa just because it's probably the best place you could eat in Bali. We could not believe how low the price is for how great the place actually is.

• Thi (10/5): Amazing villa and wonderful staff - Location on the hill is amazing, a lot privacy and stunning villa. Staff is wonderful and goes over and beyond to help you. Pictures don't do justice to this place. Villa is decorated with beautiful locall art and the pool with view over the hills to the sea is absolutely fantastic. The villa is huge and you can get lost in the garden. Our kids loved the garden and fruit in it. There is not much to improve, some really small things. There are some loose tiles in the pool. And there is a mosque nearby so at 6 am you can hear the prayers. And there a some dogs barking at night and in the early morning. Nothing the villa can do about, but something to keep in mind if you want to sleep in

The pool was beautifully placed with a stunning view. We loved everything about this place - especially Oka and Wayan who made our stay just perfect. We were surprised in a positive Way about this place - much better than the pictures promised ❤️
