• Yuji (10/5): 夫婦二人で４泊。とても快適なホテルでした。 - 朝食が素晴らしく４泊したので４回食べたが飽きることがなかった。初日は何をオーダーするのが良いか分からなかったが、ウェイターがBread Basketをお勧めしてくれて、それがとても美味しかった。ホテルのロケーションも良く、広場まで歩いて行くこともできるし、001番や002番の無料バスを使って美術館や王宮まで行くこともできた。 初日に、部屋にサービスで置いてくれていたチョコレートを後で食べようと放置していたら二日目に回収されていて無くなってしまっていたのが少し残念だった。

• Pauline (8/5): Bien! - Hotel tres bien décoré et bien placé. Le personnel a été charmant pour la plupart. Les fenêtres ne sont pas très insonorisées et Madrid est une ville bruyante. Aussi malgré avoir demandé un Check out un peu plus tard et que celui ci a été accepté, nous avons été appelé dans la chambre et une personne très désagréable m’a parlé de façon très familière en me disant qu’on devait partir. Quand je lui ai dis qu’on avait demandé un Check out plus tard elle a simplement raccroché. Pas terrible comme comportement.

Addirittura c'era anche la piastra per capelli e ottimi prodotti da bagno. La colazione non è a buffet ma alla carta. Di qualità. Lo staff molto gentile, sorridente e professionale. L'hotel non è a buon mercato e la vedo dura per un viaggio privato prenotare in questa struttura

Gluten free options as well. Roof top bar is fabulous. Beautiful cityscape views. Only for guests. Many common places to work or visit. Size of room. The photos they show for rooms are the same at each level. Vincci does this with all their hotels.
• Haggai (9/5): Good location, no buffet, rooms are clean, ask for quiet rooms! - No buffet, the breakfast is a la carte, the waters are not so nice, they even confronted my sisters :-( The location is good; however, one should ask for quiet rooms that are not in front of the Gran Via street. The rooms are nice and clean. The team that serves breakfast can be rude. They thought that my sister had eaten breakfast twice and confronted her. It wasn't nice, and they were wrong, of course, and apologized at the end, but a bitter taste was left.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and we walked almost everywhere. It was a great hotel for a weekend in Madrid! I would absolutely recommend it!
• Satisfied_Guest2026 (10/5): Excellent - Our third stay. That should be sufficient evidence for our satisfaction. Note to other guests: if you are a light sleeper and like a quiet night, take an inner room. There is a police station not far away and they are very sirene happy.

• 488ilans (10/5): A Pampering Experience at Vincci The Mint, Madrid - I'll start by saying I fully recommend Vincci The Mint! The hotel is beautifully decorated in mint colors, which creates a calm atmosphere. The room was big enough, well-equipped, and very clean. Although the hotel is situated in the beating heart of the city, it is quite quiet. Breakfast is extraordinary and tasty. The service is helpful and eager to respond to any desire. I will for sure choose the same hotel on my next visit!

• Sofija (10/5): Fantastiskt hotell mitt på Gran Via - Underbart centralt hotell med närhet till allt. Vi uppgraderade till en Tornsvit och den var fantastiskt med en stor terass lägst upp på 6:e våning och utsikt över Gran Via. Vi hörde inga ljud trots den trafikerade gatan nedanför. Rummet städades dagligen.Frukosten var toppen och vi älskade upplägget med att beställa maten från en meny istället för buffé, ingen trängsel och frukosten var till kl 14.00. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Vi kommer definitivt att välja samma hotell ifall vi resar till Madrid igen. Om jag ska anmärka på något så är det växterna på terassen som behöver ses till och bli vattnade..

• Jessica (3/5): - Location is great. Sound insulation is very good and has a nice balcony. Mattress was sunken and worn out, both of us didn’t sleep well. No amenities such as gym. Lots of more reasonably priced hotels in a similarly great location.

• Danica (10/5): - Phenomenal location. Exceptional staff. Incredibly delicious a la carte breakfast available until 2pm, ideal if you want to sleep longer or go for a morning run in the nearby Retiro Park. Highly recommend the hotel. Nothing to dislike.

• Laurianne (9/5): - Tous les membres du personnel qui étaient adorables. L’emplacement central. Le calme de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner à la carte super bon. Le rooftop cosy. La vue de la chambre sur une cour mais c’est aussi grâce à cela qu’il y faisait super calme.

• Anabel (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación. El personal excepcional y muy atentos. Cuando llegué no estaba aún la habitación lista y yo venía de una intervención médica, me atendieron con mucho mimo hasta tenerla lista. El personal es de 20! La oferta de desayunos es top. Me encantó :) Por ponerle una pega, en el baño, la salida de olores supongo, no tenía descanso aunque apagarás la luz. Estaba constantemente sonando y era un poco molesto aunque cerráramos la puerta del baño se seguía escuchando.
