• Iryna (8/5): Квартира має майже все, що потрібно. Загалом все добре. Сад це знахідка. Він дуже атмосферний - Неймовірний сад посеред міста - це найбільший плюс цього помешкання. Дітей налякала купа мурах, які їли крихту їжі на підлозі. З ними варто щось зробити. Не вистачало дрібниць, як наприклад трохи олії для смаження, кілька пакетиків чаю або лопатка для взуття. Також видно, що попередні мешканці не надто обережно ставились до стін.

• Liam (1/5): Very bad - I strongly advise everyone not to book this property. This is the first time I have experienced unjustified extra charges when booking through Booking.com, and it happened here. I stayed on February 25 with my family of four. When we arrived, we were told that we had to pay an additional €84 before we could receive the key card to enter the apartment. The extra charges included a so-called “insurance fee” and city tax, even though the city tax was already included in the rental price. The total amount was €84.04. Otherwise, they refused to give us the key card. It was already after 8 p.m., and my children were very tired after a long flight. Under this pressure, I had no choice but to pay the money so that we could get the key card and let the children rest. This situation felt extremely unfair and unacceptable. I believe this kind of hidden or duplicated charge should not happen on a platform like Booking.com, and I hope the platform will investigate this matter.

L'abbiamo fatto presente subito dopo la prima notte,a.ci hanno rimbalzato, dicendoci di scrivere altri contatti dello staff,.poi ci hanno detto che essendo domenica avrebbero provveduto lunedì, ma.di fatto ci siamo spaccati la schiena sui quei materassi terribili. Non ci si riusciva nemmeno ad alzare, perché non avendo sostegno, si affondava perdendo l'equilibrio... Un disastro. Inoltre i cestelli della lavastoviglie erano arrugginiti. Si 3 padelle, solo una andava sul.piano ad induzione. La camera matrimoniale è stretta, se apri l'armadio non passi e da una parte non si apre nemmeno perché sbatte nella.tenda e se non si sta attenti ti sbatte in faccia. Ci hanno detto di lasciare le chiavi dove le avevamo trovate, quindi nel box al 4 piano,.peccato che non si apriva e abbiamo perso più di 10 minuti. Alla fine le.abbiamo lasciate in camera, perché non c'era alternativa. P.s.: i costi non corrispondono a quelli su booking. Chiedono la.tassa di soggiorno maggiorata e costi accessori per assicurazione ecc che loro dicono essere obbligatoria.

• Anna (10/5): Amazing stay in a lovely and calm place with morning coffee in the garden! - Apartment is located near Montjuic, not on a main street, but 5 minutes to the beaufiful Font Magica de Montjuic. Very calm and nice place with private garden. I was there in January and even then had the wonderful possibility to drink my morning coffee or have some evening tapas outside, in a warm Barcelona's sun.

Спальни разнесены и у каждой есть свой душ-туалет (есть шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер), большие гардеробные шкафы, что очень удобно, никто никому не мешает. Очень понятная система заселения, все онлайн. На все вопросы были оперативно получены ответы. Район понравился, рядом магазины, метро и большой торговый центр в 5 минутах. Для моего мужа был немного неудобный матрас в спальне (для него мягкий, для меня был вполне комфортный), но была альтернатива в виде дивана, спасибо персоналу за имеющееся дополнительные постельные принадлежности, это очень помогло. Гостиная и одна из спален выходят на замечательный дворик. Полагаю, что в теплое время года это большое преимущество))) на кухне есть все необходимое: много посуды, кастрюли-сковородки, кофемашина с капсулами, большой тостер, плита и микроволновка. Нам этого было более чем достаточно, чтобы провести 3 чудесных дня в Барселоне! Спасибо большое персоналу, желаем процветания и успехов!

• Tomasz (7/5): 5 dni w przepięknej Barcelonie - Lokalizacja dobra, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, sklepików, kawiarni. Okolica pl. Hiszpańskiego. Szybki dostęp do apartamentu, który był dwu- poziomowy to na plus. Barcelona jest piękna, więc spędzaliśmy większość czasu na mieście. Po powrocie z całodziennego zwiedzania, miło by się wracało do ciszy, ale codziennie do późnych godzin wieczornych wybieranie śmieci na ulicy, które były bardzo słyszalne w apartamecie, ruch uliczny również, a to nie była główna ulica tylko jedna z bocznych. Słychać było mocno też z korytarza wszystko. Apartament ogólnie fajny, ale wymagający już remontu, szczególnie ściany. Kanapa w salonie mało wygodna i strasznie skrzypiąca.

• Mariela (4/5): - The location was good. It was very close to everything - But the servcie was the worst. The location was great, and the apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the service was unacceptable from the very start. When we arrived, the key was not in the lockbox as instructed. I had to spend over an hour on the phone just trying to get into the apartment. That night, only one person was able to shower before we discovered that the water pressure was almost nonexistent and there was barely any hot water. I reported the issue immediately, but it was completely ignored and never fixed during our stay. That same evening, when we returned around 8 PM, we found that the key card code had been changed without any notice. We were locked out of our apartment for over an hour. I told the callcenter this was urgent — my father-in-law is diabetic and needed access to take his medication, and we had a child with us as well. No one offered a timely solution or even bothered to apologize. While we were waiting, we spoke with another guest who had also been locked out and had already been waiting for three hours. Clearly, this was not an isolated incident — and just as clearly, the staff didn’t care. To make matters worse, two nights in a row, around midnight, I received phone calls from the call center saying a neighbor had complained about noise. This was completely inappropriate. We were simply sitting on the sofa talking and watching TV with family — including elderly in-laws and my 11-year-old daughter who was already asleep. There was no music, no shouting, and certainly no party. I explained this, but still felt harassed and unfairly accused. I followed up again about the water issue, but no one ever came to fix it. Not once did anyone from the property show any real concern or take responsibility for these repeated failures. Bottom line: while the apartment may look nice, the lack of basic service, communication, and professionalism completely ruined our experience.
• Daniel (9/5): Great place for couples with very good infrastructure! - The place was very clean and organized in the details - even kitchen utensils were one by the other in the drawers. Also, offering other facilities (air conditioning, hair dryer and the washing machine) was a plus in the stay and a great helper for travelers. Customer service in general is not great - other than a locked out situation we had, which was quickly responded (thanks for that!), all other contacts were hard. We didn’t get all of the info needed to enter the place until after our check in time, even with multiple contacts asking for that info days before. WhatsApp works better, but all other channels (booking.com chat, emails, instagram) took a lot to be answered or have never been at all.

• Matthew (10/5): Thank you so much for making my stay in Barcelona an enjoyable one with your rental. - This place was located in a great location just steps from Plaza España. You have the Arena which is an amazing place to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's also close to the Palacio nacionel de Montjuic. There is also a bakery, butcher and small grocery store right on the next block for some quick bites and items to take back and cook in the kitchen. Kitchen had pans for cooking, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, coffee maker and a nice sized fridge. Wifi worked excellent. The directions to enter the building and get your keys were simple and easy to follow. Also when I had a few questions the answers were almost immediate. Overall very nice and clean place. Would definitely recommend and would return. As with any place you stay, a different bed never comes close to your home bed. It wasn't completely uncomfortable and I got plenty of sleep. Only thing I would change is the mattresses on the bed and on the sofa bed. The shower leaks a little bit but I just put a towel down when I showered and hung it up to dry when I was done. Only note that is not necessarily a negative is the cell phone service is limited. But the wifi more than made up for it.

• STELLIANI (7/5): - Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Κοντά στην Πλατεία Ισπανίας όπου παίρνανε κάθε μέρα το μετρό. Φαινόταν ανακαινισμένο το δωμάτιο, λίγο η ντουζιέρα είχε ένα θεματακι, αλλά όλα τα άλλα πολύ καλά.

• Diego (9/5): Muito bom! - Localização, limpeza, o apartamento em si é muito bom, as varandas são ótimas para relaxar. O colchão da suíte para mim é macio demais, afundava muito e peso 88kg. Nem minha esposa que pesa apenas 65 kg gostou. É única coisa a apontar.

• Adriano (10/5): - Excelente apartamento com destaque a localização. Equipe sempre disponível e prestativa. Deram ótimas dicas incluindo a indicacao da Luggit, empresa que pegou nossas bagagens pela manha no apartamento e nos entregou a noite no aeroporto.
• Jana (7/5): - The location was good. The apartment was clean. We could not come back after 9 p.m. (a fine 20 euros). But we wanted to watch the sunset and eat dinner in a restaurant, but we could not.
• Vitaliy (10/5): - Дуже чисті апартаменти.Є все необхідне.Пральна машинка с сушкою,посудомійна машинка.Дуже гарне розташована біля площі Іспанія.Все поряд метро,автобус,ресторани та кафе .Більше ніж очікували.
