- Ingrid (9/5): Great location for visiting the Old City - Excellent location and all the facilities we needed. Breakfast at a local restaurant was a really good arrangement and very close. Quite noisy from upstairs when sleeping in the mezzanine room but otherwise a lovely appartment.

Difficult to reach outside as old town has too many rules, need to walk to pile or Ploce gate then take uber to reach luggage storage parking place to get car for other countries. No shops, pharmacy or doctors open on Sunday & Saturday half day. Pharmacy don't give online prescription medicine

- Stephanie (9/5): Excellent, very central location for first time visitor to Old Town - Location was very central, right on the Main Street and newly renovated. All main attractions were an extremely short walk away. Was met by the host on arrival. The apartment had all the amenities you would need including toiletries, luggage storage and cooking facilities
- Niall (3/5): Disappointing and expensive - Location. The hotel did not reply to my emails and I had to phone from UK to get a response. The person who met us was very helpful in arranging a tour guide and booking dinner for us. Nothing like the photos which were of a sister property - this was modern not old world and had no outlook unlike the photos of windows streaming light. The pillows were thin and poor quality and no extras available. The breakfasts in a nearby cafe were awful and I gave back 6 unused vouchers and have so far not received any compensation despite requesting it. Help yourself coffee from a dirty malfunctioning machine gestured to by an offhand waiter and accessed through a doorway obstructed by boxes. Greasy omelette with partially cooked thick bacon.

Great water pressure and air-conditioning. Shower grout could have been a little cleaner but the rest of the bathroom was very clean.

- Maria (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - This is such a beautiful apartment! We loved our stay here. The location was also brilliant as you are right in the heart of the old town. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I’d say is that it can be quite loud at night, as it is in the town centre, but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

- Allen Lim (7/5): Expected more for the price paid. - Location was great - nice central location. Hostess reception was not very welcoming (like she was in a daze). Better on following days. Breakfast had only 3 choices and was okay but not great. No elevator - required 64 steps to get to room. This was unexpected. Pictures on the website are somewhat deceiving. Noisy generator noise started about 10 pm each evening. Room lacked basics for making a meal such as salt, pepper, oil. Bathroom had a bad odor, covered up by heavy room scent placed in the bathroom.

- Rattiporn L. (8/5): - Overall, it’s good — excellent location, very close to Pile Gate, with no stairs in any alleys. You just turn into a small lane with the same name as the hotel, and you’re there. At first, the room we got had a strong scent of perfume mixed with a drain smell, which gave me a headache. So my friend requested a room change, and we were moved to another building just one alley away. We booked three rooms in total. Two rooms were in the same building as the reception, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The other room was in another building on the 2nd floor, only about 10 meters away, and also without any stairs outside. The room I stayed in was very good, but my friends said the other two rooms still had a drain smell, though at a tolerable level.

Fácil de llegar desde la puerta de pile puesto que los coches no pueden entrar dentro de las murallas. Todo un acierto el haber elegido este apartamento.Volveremos. Todo fue perfecto.
- Alla (2/5): NA - Ovation The property described through booking .com did not tell the truth. There is not a hotel. No elevator. We had to walk back and forth more then 50 steps. The breakfast area also outside the property and it’s another 20 steps. Nothing was said it before. The reception asked when we are coming and no one was there for more than 30 min. We had a feeling that we were scammed. For this money the description has to be full and truthfully described

El estudio estaba en el último piso, sin ascensor y sin posibilidad de que nadie te ayudara con las maletas, salvo pagando, cosa que nadie nos informó. La Wifi no funcionaba, y a pesar de decirlo, decían que si funcionaba, tengo la prueba de que no había conexión. Además no estaba muy limpio, adjunto foto de la cortina, y no te hacían la habitación. El desayuno que tenían contratado con el restaurante era bastante pésimo, sin posibilidad de leche sin lactosa o vegetal, a pesar de haberlo pedido al hotel.

Apartment was very clean and bed very comfortable. When we booked we didn’t realise that the apartment wasn’t serviced daily which was not a problem; however a couple of extra towels would be good and more toilet paper as we had to buy and they only sell packs of 10 in the local shop!!

- Matthew (5/5): Enjoyed exploring Old Town Dubrovnik. Very worth the visit. - The location is fantastic, and the apartment was nice. It suited our family of 4 however don't expect much sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment presented as clean. The host was great when we had an issue with the ensuite toilet and was happy to look at other cleaning issues that she will address. The location is fantastic however the downfall of great location in Old Town is we had very little sleep as it was so noisy all night between bars open later and then the workman cleaning the streets/collecting bottles and making deliveries as its too busy through the day. You could even hear the people staying on the floor above you when they moved around their apartment. The breakfast was ok/average if it wasn't included in the price we wouldn't have gone there by choice.

- Sandesara (4/5): We did not stay at apartment, we stayed at Hotel More, owned by the same corporation. - The management was very good to us. This place is for young people. Second bed is in a finished attic with 6.5 foot ceiling! the access to the bed is by spiral stair and no railing. We were all over 75 years of age and going up and down by spiral steps was not suitable for us. The management understood our concern and moved us to Hotel More which was an excellent place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing was not fine that we had to go by Uber every time because the place is in remote area, we had no problem with Uber. Great Management, thank you for taking care of us. The second bed location.
- Catarina (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The host was very kind and provided us with great tips on things to do and places to eat around the city. There are a few details that should be added in the hotel description. The apartments are not located on Petilovrijenci Street, though they are nearby and still in the city center. Additionally, the breakfast is not served at the hotel but at a nearby location, and it offers limited options. Please be aware that these are apartments, not a hotel, so room service is not included. In my room specifically, the toilet was located upstairs with very little space. The shower had a dirty curtain and wasn't properly enclosed, causing water to leak and leaving the bathroom wet for the entire stay.

- Keith (8/5): Centrally located clean apartment - The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark at night. The wireless was strong and consistent. The location is in the center of the old town. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We were in room 8008 which is a third floor walk up. The apartment is built into the rafters of the roof of the building with several very low beams to navigate. Do not recommend for tall people. The bathroom is problematic. Steep stairs to the toilet and the shower head that is installed is way too big for the space causing flooding everywhere.

- Ken (8/5): Perfect Location and Comfortable Premises - Met by host and taken to accommodation. Allowed early check in which was much appreciated as we arrived via an early flight. Stairs. Nearly 70 stairs (no elevator) to our unit. Not a problem if young and fit but would be challenging for older folk. Noisy floors. Appreciate that none of the above can be avoided due to "old town" location, just be aware to save disappointment. Plusses outnumber a few minuses.
- Monica (6/5): Room was good, but be weary of the noise and off-site breakfast. - Spacious room-good sized bathroom-clean. The woman who meets you at the office to check you in is lovely! Once you check in, we had to walk with our bags a few alleys away (in the Old Town the side alley ways are where many restaurants and shops are). The breakfast in the morning is not in the building but up some stairs and then down the alley. Not too far away, but just enough to make it annoying. The worst part was the noise. The wine bar under our window had boisterous customers until 1:30 AM on a Sunday night. Then after they leave they noisily move all chairs and tables inside. At the crack of dawn they were hosing down the payment which for some reason was really loud. Then there is the removable/clanking of wine bottles, etc. It definitely was not enjoyable and we thought about looking for a different place to stay but stuck it out. Both my husband and I had to sleep with our Bose noise cancelling head phones on-the only way to drown out the noise.
