• Matej (2/5): - V popise maju parkovisko no v skutocnosti maju iba 3 ktore boli samozrejme obsadene takze treba si priplatit za parkovanie 1km od hotela...ak by toto parkovisko bolo plne dalsie je cca 2-3 km...

• Křížková (8/5): - Lokalita podle mě ideální. Blízko k Thermalu i na kolonádu. Snídani bych hodnotila jako podprůměrnou. Většina personálu byla velmi milá. Snídaně - malý výběr, žádné sladké pečivo. Odpadkové koše na wc a v koupelně.
• Martina (4/5): - Lokalita dokonalá. Česká recepční vstřícná, milá, ta se tak vymykala ostatnímu personálu, že to vypadalo, že se tam vyskytla omylem. Nepřipravené místo na parkování, večeře na úrovni školní jídelny, neprofesionalita recepční mluvící s přízvukem. Ve vaně chyběl špunt. Tedy pokud chcete v koupelně vanu, tak ji máte, ale asi je třeba dopředu upozornit, že si tu vanu budete chtít napustit. U večeře k pití voda a džus, koupit si k ní lze pouze plzeňské pivo , nealko nic.
• Harry (9/5): - Sehr schöne große Wohnung gute vor allen Dingen ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten bis zum Uni Viertel mit vielen Kneipen. Unter der Woche schon recht mühsam einen Parkplatz zu finden

• Christian (6/5): - Gute Lage Bett bequem Relativ ruhig Frühstück war so lala, es gab nur normalen Kaffee, keine Nutella für Pancakes, einfach begrenzte Auswahl an allem. Bettbezug war dreckig (siehe Fotos) So etwas ist echt eklig und dürfte nie passieren

• Andreas (6/5): - Karlsbad ist eine sehr schöne Gegend, das Hotel lag nah am Zentrum so konnte man alles zufuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen ,da müsse man so einiges mal erneuern. Das Frühstück war sehr klein gehalten nur angepackte Portions Marmelade,Brötchen kleine Partybrötchen und viel zu wenig,die Kaffeemaschine nicht ausreichend war ein kleiner Kaffeevollautomat. Das Abendessen nicht zu empfehlen sollte man lieber auswärts essen.Eine Loby wie angegeben gibt es auch nicht .

• albert (7/5): Prachtig mooie stad - Ligging was erg goed. Mensen in hotel waren vriendelijk en het ontbijt was prima. Hotel was ontzettend gehorig. Bedden waren prima alleen wat zacht. Verder hadden we wat problemen met parkeren. Waren maar 5 parkeerplaatsen waar je 20 euro voor moest betalen per nacht. En als er dan iemand op jou plaats staat dan heb je een probleem. Maar gelukkig heeft hotel dit goed opgelost. Want aan de weg kan je niet parkeren dus heb je een probleem.

Das Frühstück war nicht dolle!Wenn man nicht gleich 8.00 pünktlich war,gab es keine Brötchen mehr! Für Deutsche Urlauber kein TV mit deutscher Sprache, für mich ein totales no go!Gebucht hatten wir ein Doppelbett, bekommen haben wir 2 großere Einzelbetten.

• Josef (7/5): - das Frühstück ist nicht üppig, aber ausreichend, die Entfernung zur Innenstadt gut, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, keine Wellness-Angebote, aber eine gute Ausgangsposition um Karlsbad zu erkunden. das Frühstück könnte etwas vielseitiger sein, der Aufgang zum Hotel ist für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet

• Lilli (6/5): - Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, was sehr für Spaziergänge einlädt. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß .Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat sehr wenige und kleine Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war leider so lala . Der Aufzug ist sehr eng (2 Personen) und sehr laut, das wir in unseren Zimmer es ständig gehört haben .

• Špela (7/5): Just fine - Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. The room is clean, the bed is comfy. The parking spaces are very narrow. The entrance to the hotel looks like a side entrance to a private house.
• Gross (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was very good. Egg, vegetables, fruits, yoghurt, pancakes, good coffee... All you needed was there. Quite surroundings. Room with a nice view and a balcony. The lady at the reception was very supportive, provided with the guidance and some tips. I would like to come back.

Unfortunately, it shows that they are saving a lot, the breakfast is at most equivalent to a 2* star pension, the toilet extractor fan is not working, the plaster is hanging over you on the balcony, probably a risk of falling. were not cleaned in 3 days, sauna use is paid. Parking is about 2 km away, upon arrival a map is drawn showing where we can find parking. Not the standard of a 4* star hotel.

• Joachim (8/5): - Schönes altehrwürdiges Hotel mit Charme und schöner Aussicht, wo wir uns recht wohl gefühlt haben. Der Zustand des vorhandenen Interieurs war sehr gepflegt, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial: Zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad, leider keine Garderobe im Flur und nur ein Stuhl im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Wichtige Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden können. Bitte Belüftung von Bad und WC verbessern. Ich empfehle, mal einen Raumausstatter zurate zu ziehen.

Bed and bedding comfortable. Building is historical but in good shape and Sharm. First floor contain all necessary equipment and rooms for proper medical/spa treatment. Breakfast is continental and can be delivered into the room. Our special thanks to owner Natali for upgrading our room and made our stay here feel like home. Not applicable
• Martina (10/5): Perfect short vacation in Karlovy Vary - The location is quiet, yet very close to the town centre and the sights. Everything is within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room had a balcony with a pleasant view. The hotel is a beautiful building with a very interesting history. Finding a parking spot in Karlovy Vary is difficult, so I recommend booking one of the few hotel parking spots. I was very glad the staff advised us to book a parking spot! We enjoyed our stay in Karlsbad a lot. Everything was fine!

• Predrag (8/5): Friendly, with large rooms and parking available. - Very friendly and kind staff, very responsive to email communication, excellent opportunity for parting in front of the object, though with additional charge (free parking is also available, far from the object, but there was an organised transport), extra large room, the object is located close to the main attractions. Breakfast could be better, especially the coffee and with more fresh fruits available.

• Anita (6/5): Ok location, however a little outdated - Comfortable beds - very good! However the spa facilities are not open to late and booked out a lot. The balcony only has one chair but overall the hotel was OK for a one night stay. I probably wouldn’t stay there longer than a night unless you only literally want to sleep there and not spend any other time there.

• consorcia (4/5): - This hotel need a renovation. The television need to be upgrade. Don't ask about the Spa because the massage us only available on Monday and Wednesday. The receptionist don't speak English. We are not on the list of visitor coming on the hotel on the days that we book. She ask us to pay but we already paid. I'm glad I print our receipt saying that we paid. Even the Manager stating that we have to pay. But I insist that we already paid. Plus we are not comfortable staying in the hotel. So we end up booking another hotel in the same day. Another down side is parking. The receptionist asking 10 euro per day. We get a better deal when we left that place and park in the park garage.
