• Marcela (2/5): NOT WORTHY AT ALL - The positive thinking about this accomodation was location. Good connection to city centre We had several problems during our stay .Unfortunately, the owner was very rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to our complaints. He claimed we were only looking for problems and that there were no issues with the room. We refused to pay the city tax until all issues were properly resolved. Although we contacted Booking.com in writing, we received no response within 24 hours. We had to call them because the host started threatening us. 1. Hot water Every 10 seconds the water switched from hot to cold. The shower head was heavily clogged with limescale, resulting in very weak water flow. The shower cabin was also extremely small. When we complained, the owner insisted there was no problem and that nobody else had ever complained, suggesting we were making it up. A German couple staying there said we were lucky to have hot water at all, their shower ran cold water. 2. Poor sound insulation The room door had almost no sound insulation and the walls were thin. We could hear everything from the kitchen and clearly hear people snoring in other rooms. We had booked a PRIVATE room, owner later argued if we wanted PRIVECY we should have booked a hotel. 3. Air conditioning The air conditioning did not work upon arrival. I left it running for over half an hour with no effect. Later owner came to the room, claimed it was working and we didn’t know how to use it. Only later in our WhatsApp conversation did he admit he had fixed it and therefore we should to stop complaining. 4. Bed sheets The bed sheets had a strong unpleasant smell. They were changed only after our request. 5. Kitchen – Before arrival I asked the owner if we could cook. He said yes, but the kitchen was not equipped enough (missing proper cutting board, decent knives and other basic utensils). Lastly:The owner should be fully aware of all risks he exposes his guests to. It is not safe to send personal ID or passport details via WhatsApp, and and he should know this.

• Αικατερινη (3/5): Απαραδεκτοι - Μια πετσέτα ζήτησα και μου είπαν ότι μετά από 4 ημέρες δικαιούμαι. Αναγκάστηκα να σκουπίζομαι μετά το μπάνιο μου με μακό μπλουζάκια που είχα μαζί μου. Ζήτησα στο μονό κρεβάτι σεντόνι για την κόρη μου και μου είπαν δεν είναι μέσα στην τιμή, ας κοιμηθεί στο διπλό μαζί μου. Το πάπλωμα λερωμένο με λέμε από αίμα και άλλα πολλά τέτοια που με έκαναν να γράψω όλα αυτά για να προφυλάξω άλλους ενοίκους. Όσο για το πρωινό έξω τρώγαμε

• Francesco (7/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni al Dormi a Roma durante un viaggio a Roma. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza discreta, con alcuni aspetti positivi e altri migliorabili. Il check-in è stato davvero molto semplice e rapido, con istruzioni chiare e una procedura molto “easy”, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Anche la colazione gratuita self-service, sempre disponibile, è un’idea carina: c’è una macchinetta del caffè e alcune merendine a disposizione degli ospiti, perfetta per iniziare la giornata senza troppe formalità. La pulizia purtroppo è stata solo così così, e alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati. Il bagno, ad esempio, è esterno alla stanza e nel complesso abbastanza nella media: c’è tutto il necessario, ma la doccia non è particolarmente confortevole. L’acqua calda non è sempre costante e il soffione della doccia avrebbe bisogno di essere pulito o sostituito. Un altro aspetto un po’ particolare è stato l’obbligo di pagare la tassa di soggiorno in contanti lasciando i soldi direttamente nella stanza, cosa che può risultare un po’ insolita. Abbiamo anche notato un po’ di rumore, soprattutto in alcuni momenti. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non è comodissima per muoversi esclusivamente a piedi: ad esempio Trastevere dista circa 40-45 minuti a piedi. Tuttavia la zona è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, quindi spostarsi non è un problema. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è interessante, soprattutto considerando la città e il periodo. Con qualche miglioramento nei dettagli potrebbe diventare un’opzione ancora più piacevole per un soggiorno a Roma. • Daniela (7/5): Sistemazione semplice a Roma - In generale le camere sono dotate di tutto quello che serve e sono abbastanza pulite. Il riscaldamento si può regolare autonomamente e il bagno è piccolo ed essenziale. La zona é tranquilla ed essendo vicino alla stazione Trastevere è ben collegata con le principali attrazioni turistiche. Pur trattandosi di un bed and breakfast la colazione non é all'altezza. Ci sono stati lasciati in stanza (eravamo in due) un solo pacchetto di fette biscottate, una marmellatina e una Nutella (vedi foto). Nello spazio comune ci sono merendine assortite, una macchinetta del caffè, dei cornflakes senza un cucchiao per servirsi, delle ciotole o del latte per mangiarli. Inoltre c'è un tostapane (il pane però non viene dato) e un microonde, il tutto accompagnato da un cartello con su scritto "La colazione è il pasto principale della giornata. Da noi è gratis sempre". Il servizio di reception é completamente inesistente. Per avere qualsiasi cosa bisogna scrivere su WhatsApp e le risposte sono spesso scortesi e negative. Non viene offerto un servizio di deposito bagagli.

Micul dejun cateva cornuri din comert cine stie de cand erau pe acolo si ceva cereale(banuiesc ca aveau si lapte) de care nu ne am atins,am preferat sa ne bem cafeaua in alta parte!Am incercat sa dam drumul la aerul condiționat,fiindcă în momentul în care oprea caldura era f rece in camera dar telecomanda era sparta!Baia murdara,am vrut sa fac dus dar fără prea mare succes,apa calda venea în reprize,toatel pline de calcar și ruginite.Per total eu nu recomand.

Bathroom vanity light and sockets were not working. Shower went hot and cold and the shower head is broken. Unfortunately no refresh of linen during stay. Lock of the front door is hard to unlock with given key.

• Ana (10/5): Estancia perfecta calidad -precio. - Ubicación perfecta cerca de la estación de tren Roma-Trastevere , con parada de tranvía cerca para moverte por la ciudad , zona tranquila y económica , buenas indicaciones por parte del casero para la entrada y salida , habitación con baño muy limpia con cama cómoda y con todo lo necesario para la estancia , la zona de cocina compartida bien , cafetera , bollos ,zumos ... para desayuno rápido , el wifi funcionaba perfecto y no se escuchó ni un ruido de los vecinos. La ducha ,un poco pequeña ,si eres grande te cuesta moverte , pero no fue ningún problema.

• Thư (8/5): - The hotel is located quite far from the city center. It takes about a 15-minute walk to reach Trastevere station. The price is reasonable for its location. The room was decent, with basic but sufficient amenities. The bathroom is outside, and it was clean. Breakfast was not very varied, and I think the hotel could improve this part. The staff were friendly and helpful overall.
• jessica (8/5): bien - todo limpio, ordenado, el personal muy amable, la zona un poco retirada del centro pero si caminas unos 5 minutos tienes un bus que te lleva al centro, el bus siempre iba llenisimo pero esto ya no tiene que ver con el alojamiento si no con la zona donde se encuentra, el apartamento tiene hasta cocina que nos ayudo a preparar un desayuno casero, proporcionan snacks, cafe y zumos que va super bien para los peques. Se escucha todo en las habitaciones, puesto que es una casa con habitaciones divididas por dentro. Estuvimos bien asi que lo recomiendo. se escucha mucho las otras habitaciones o cuando abren las puertas de las otras habitaciones, baños o conversaciones

• Vyshatytskyi (2/5): Не рекомендував би нікому це помешкання... - Було чисто. Мужчина запитував чи потрібне прибирання в кімнаті на другий день. Стіни між кімнатами тонкі, було чути розмову і телевізор від сусідів по кімнаті. Душова і туалет спільний. З посуди для приготування не було зовсім баняка, глибоких тарілок. Сніданок кава, чай, пиріжки з повидлом, пластівці з молоком , це все. На ранок в кімнаті прохолодно. В перший день кімнату в яку заселили, сказали поміняти на іншу, добре, що ми не встигли розкласти сумки. Ключ від підїзду не відкриває відразу двері, потрібно крутити 1-2 хвилини, щоб зайти. При заїзді ніхто не зустрів о 15.00, всі інструкції що до помешкання по телефону. Туристичний збір 48 Євро вимагали в перший день, щоб залишити на столі в кімнаті. Квитанції чи фактури про оплату туристичного збору не надали. Обіцяли вислати на WhatsApp, але так і не надали.

• Marion (9/5): Un hébergement au TOP ! - Il faisait bien chaud et ça sentait bon dans toutes les pièces Le service pour le petit déjeuner est très bien organisé. L'hôte était disponible et répondait rapidement à nos messages. La fenêtre de la salle de bain qui donne sur une mini cour se ferme mal. Même si ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte, il est dommage que les habitants de l'appartement au dessus ne fasse pas attention lorsqu'ils sont chez eux et du coup on entend souvent des bruit de pas, des chaises, et des objets qui tombent. Et dernier petit souci, les cloisons de la chambre et de la cuisine commune sont assez fine, du coup nous entendons facilement les autres personne qui loge dans les autres chambre bouger et chipoter dans la cuisine.

Il decoro E se la coperta ha tre buchi da sigaretta dopo che nel posto e' scritto chiaramente che e' proibito fumare 3. La pulizia Al rientro avevo tre puntini sulla caviglia (morsi di insetti. temevo di bedbugs perche' allineati) Poi ne sono comparsi altri sempre sulla stessa gamba 4. La corsa al risparmio anche sulla colazione

Есть снеки и соки в неограниченном количестве, на завтрак хлопья с молоком и кофе Совершенно нет звукоизоляции, слышно как ваши соседи храпят или говорят шопотом. Сами комнаты не плохие, но уже давно не такие как на фото, стены зашарпанные. Рассчитывайте на то что у вас попросят деньги за туристический налог, с нас взяли 48 евро за 4 дня
• Sabine (7/5): Wunderschöne Tage in Rom - Saubere nette Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Frühstück halt Italo Style, waren ja in Rom ;-) aber genug vorhanden. Nettes Personal immer für einen Schwatz zu haben. Duschkabine sehr eng Wasser lief nicht recht ab, so musste man dosieren um keine "Überschwemmung" zu machen. Eher ringhörig.

• Maria (7/5): Günstiger kurzer Aufenthalt in Rom - Lage war für den Preis okay. Bis in die Innenstadt von Rom fährt man jedoch 20-30 Minuten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind jedoch sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach. Frühstück war in Selbstbedienung in der Küche jeden Tag vorhanden. Man sollte sich bewusst sein das 3 Zimmer zusammen liegen und sich eine Küche teilen. Das war uns vorher nicht bewusst. Ist aber in Ordnung.

Posizione molto comoda peccato che è un po' difficile trovare parcheggio La pulizia lascia un po' ad desiderare comodini della camera entrambi sporchi , scollatura di caffè e polvere sul pavimento. Il bagno emanava odori molto sgradevoli che si sentivano per tutto il b&b e fare colazione con quel odore non piacevole
