They made our friend’s birthday memorable and gave him a cake, chocolates…lovely gesture Very weird that part of the hotel spa (no the Atmosphere) didn’t work. Also the gym was partially under maintenance, some guests disrespected the adults only and naked only rule at the Atmosphere so there should be a stuff member to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe since there’s another spa where they can go in swimwear

- Yusra (2/5): - The hotel did not exceed my expectations. This was definitely not the standard of a 5* hotel. Firstly, the quality of towels in the bedroom was not 5* hotel standard. We have stayed in many hotels and this was not it. In addition to this, the lack of slippers in the room was shocking. Why should we feel obliged to buy slippers to walk around the hotel, when 95% of hotels around the world provide disposable ones for free? Secondly, we had booked our stay with breakfast included. When we went down for breakfast, we were the ONLY ones who were placed in the side room, instead of the buffet area. There were many places in the breakfast room, yet we were shifted outside, far away from the buffet. This was super inconvenient and we felt very offended by this. Our table wasn’t even prepared for breakfast (no cups, saucers etc). In addition to this, when I kindly asked your staff named ‘Alina’ to try accommodate us in the breakfast room, she responded incredibly rudely. I was genuinely shocked by this behaviour and because of this, would never recommend this hotel to anyone back home in the UK.

Deze laatste is ook zeer aan te bevelen (een vijfgangen diner (incl kaas). Naast het hotel is de Kraller Alm, waar je ook a al carte kunt eten en ook zeker de moeite waard is. Prachtige wellness met sauna's die panoramisch uitzicht hebben op de bergen en een verwarmd buiten zwembad in een zwemvijver. Hebben ook een massage geboekt. Persoonlijke aandacht en heel erg vriendelijk personeel! Vlakbij de gondel die je naar 1800 meter hoogte brengt en waar je prachtig kan wandelen! Ik kan werkelijk niets bedenken. Het enige is dat wij niet houden van kaas als een gang bij het diner, wat maakt dat de prijs dan naar verhouding wat hoger uitkomt per gang.

- Georg (10/5): Amazing SPA hotel with beautiful mountain views - An amazing spa hotel with beautiful mountain views. Particularly the new spa building is architecturally incredible, as well as the outdoor lake with heated pool and cafe / bar. Also enjoyed several spa treatments, which were very good and fair value for money. Enjoyed the fact that the hotel tries to innovate with a longevity angle, both in terms of food and treatments. The breakfast buffet was really amazing. It's difficult to fault such an amazing hotel for much of anything. However, for a 5* property, the food didn't really live up to expectations (apart from the breakfast buffet, which is exceptionally good)

Een spectaculair vormgegeven moderne Spa met giga natuurzwembad en lange afstand zwembad. Zo gaaf dat dit gebouwd is. Ook de rest is meer dan top. - Joao Destro (10/5): Excelente, adoramos! - Hotel incrivel, a area de SPA é gigantesca, tem umas 8 a 10 saunas ao todo! Cada uma com suas diferenças, aquela area da piscina externa é nova, e quando vc entra dentro vc se sente em um filme de ficção futuristico, o lago artificial com uma piscina em inox no meio é uma ideia muito legal e audaciosa, a arquitetura combina muito com o tema do hotel que é "atmosfera" Nao deixe de fazer a sauna com aromas que acontece em horarios específicos, eles pingam essencias nas pedras quentes e um funcionário com leque espalha os aromas pela sauna (vive lotada nestes horarios) Estava muito quente no verão e não tem ar condicionado, a comida que é servida no cardapio para o jantar é muito restrita, nao tem muitas opções. No verão o por do sol é bem trade e o jantar se encerra muito cedo, entao nao conseguimos ficar até mais tarde na piscina.

- Ivan (7/5): Good - The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic, quite newly built. The views are beautiful. The breakfast was super nice and tasty. The rooms are quite old and not recently refurbished. The service was not great. Our own teapot and cup were taken by the housekeeping not once but twice throughout our 3 day stay. The hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, yet no slipper in the rooms. This was not such a deal breaker, but a little upsetting and inconvenient. The staff charged us extra 500 euros for my child that was booked under the family room with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, again just for a 3 day stay.

- mbedrosian89 (10/5): Relaxing getaway with out of this world views - My daughter & I just returned from a 2 day stay at Krallerhof. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area, spa visits, and bicycling on the well-marked trails. We had a little trouble locating the free bicycles but that was on us as we never asked where they were! The spa is unbelievalble; everyone walking around in fluffy robes & slippers just relaxing and taking in the ambience. I had the best massage here! The food is plentiful and your 5 course dinner will blow you away. On our last night we enjoyed a 'hut' dinner next door at the Kralleralm. The food was so hearty and delicious...make sure you get the Kaiserschwarrm for dessert! My only note is that our room (which was beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable) was very warm and we couldn't figure out the air conditioning (sorry we're American!) so I got up in the middle of the night and opened the balcony door for some fresh air which did the trick. The views and superior customer service are both wonderful! Thank you for the much needed relaxation!

Definitely one of the best spa resorts we've ever been to. The breakfast is great, large variety of food and beverages and the service is exceptional. Overall it was an amazing experience, we'll definitely be coming back soon. The pillows are quite fluffy and not that comfortable, but the reception staff is more than willing to change them for an anatomical one if you ask.

The spa is out of this world. The outside pool is spectacular. The sauna and sauna ritual are brilliant. Food is delicious and the bar friendly with good cocktails. Krallerhoff and the new Atmosphere (spa) is nothing short of breath taking with endless ammenities. The staff are extraordinarily pleasant and patient with anything you could need as a guest. The culinary experience is also unparalleled with a gourmet breakfast, afternoon snack, and 5 course dining experience with rotating menus daily Thanks to the Krallerhoff team for an incredible memory!

- Slawomir (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful stay. Some 5* hotels just want to be 5*, but this one really is. Room was spacious, breakfast wonderful with a lot of dark bread and tasty coffee which I appreciate, then the spa and of course majestic swimmingpool on a pond. Nothing was really annoying, but it wasn't perfectly quiet, especially in the night I could hear steps even in middle of the night. It's a big hotel, so staff don't remember you, guy I was talking in the morning asked me in the evening if I was a hotel guest...

- 729estert (10/5): Amazing experience at Krallerhof - Our stay at Krallerhof was amazing! The room was comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The infinity pool was one of the highlights, offering a calm spot to enjoy the landscape! The spa, known as one of the best in Austria, exceeded our expectations and became another highlight of the trip. The food was consistently delicious, with each meal impressing us. I would definitely recommended Krallerhof for a luxurious, gastronomic and sensory experience.

- Kittyngl (10/5): Everything in this hotel is very high quality! - The Hotel is located in a very nice place. The cable car is next to the Hotel and we got a card with which we used this for free of charge. The room was also very nice (lake view), clean and comfortable. You can even choose mattress hardness when booking. The staff was very friendly. The wellness is amazing and very big. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and the selection was very large.
