José Aguinaldo (2/5): Descaso - Em Marco deste ano, reservei pela empresa Hoteis.com, o seguinte quarto: Quarto 1 / Apartamento Lacqua 4 -146 / Número de diárias: 10 diárias Número de hóspedes*: 3 adultos , 1 criança; Idade(s): 14 Preferências**: Não fumantes, 1 cama King, 1 cama Solteiro e 1 sofá-cama, pagamos 50% do total, conforme exigência do hotel, e enfim no dia 12/07/17 fizemos uma viagem de Sáo Paulo à Goias 800 quilômetros, felizes, por ter chegado o dia da nossa tão esperada viagem, porem ao chegar no hotel Di Roma, o quarto locado não foi o mesmo que estava reservado para nossa família, e a pessoa da recepção, não soube explicar o motivo, fiz o chekin e entrei no quarto, pois acreditei que teria as mesmas condições de acomodação, mas não foi o que aconteceu, não tinha cama de solteiro como anunciado, o Lacqua Di Roma disse que teria que conversar com a empresa AVN pois eles que eram os responsáveis pela locação, porem não conseguimos contato no mesmo dia, no dia seguinte consegui contato com a empresa, que colocou uma representante para me explicar que o outro quarto, o que eu havia locado, foi vendido, que eles não conseguiram contato comigo para me avisar, mesmo tento telefones e-mail atuais no cadastro, e disseram que não poderiam fazer nada a respeito, a mulher na liga;ao ainda tentou explicar que a cama de solteiro que eles colocaram no anuncio era uma parte do sofá que soltava, mas eu disse que era um pedaço do sofá que ficava no chão.

Mila (6/5): As piscinas são boas - Bom, se for de carro, é um condomínio bem grande, mas bem organizado. O parque aquático do hotel é muito bom. O restaurante do parque também é muito bom. Não é muito agradável usar a pulseira que identifica o condomínio que estamos (é obrigatório e deixa a gente com a marca do sol), tem que ver também o tipo de hospedagem, nem todas te dão o direito de entrar no parque aquático, para mim com desconto, saiu por R$50,00por pessoa. O parque aquático é muito bom. As camas do nosso apartamento muito desconfortáveis, não conseguimos dormir, os travesseiros então, pareciam pedras. Mas, num todo, bom custo benefício.
Cássia Virgínia (6/5): - A estadia foi muito boa, porém tenho críticas ao hotel: a companhia tem muitas exigências e pouca oferta ao usuário. Nota-se falta de limpeza profunda nas piscinas, pois se vê gordura nas paredes. A firma vende uma propaganda que não corresponde à realidade: Não havia uma cama de solteiro e um sofá cama, apenas este último. O wi-fi não funcionou momento algum com nenhum aparelho. Isto é propaganda enganosa.

Eduardo D (6/5): Sem toalhas e lençóis - Somente no check In descobri que o apartamento que reservei pertence a particular e não à rede hoteleira. Tive que locar toalhas, lençóis e pagar o café da manhã, pois não são fornecidos. Foi preciso ligar para fornecedores externos para locar toalhas e lençóis. Se chegasse um pouco mais tarde não conseguiria. Essas informações estão em Hoteis.com, mas não estão em destaque. É preciso ler tudo para descobrir. Mas o apartamento é muito bom e as áreas de lazer das termas são ótimas.

jose ricardo (10/5): Excelente Estrutura - Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar e o wifi não funcionou bem. No geral, foi bom. A estrutura do complexo é excelente, o atendimento de portaria é bom, bem como a limpeza das áreas comuns. Recomendo.

Tiago M O (10/5): - Foi uma experiência incrível, o hotel superou nossas expectativas, muito limpo, organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O único inconveniente foi a falta de roupas de cama. Nós sabíamos que eram alugadas, mas, por termos chegado à noite no hotel, não tinham roupas de cama para alugar, por isso tivemos que esperar até o dia seguinte. Parque aquático do hotel é muito bom e com bastante opções. Tem bares e o restaurante tem um cardápio bem variado (em todas as refeições).
