- Faiz (7/5): - Good Breakfast was not good
- genalenw (4/5): Sad, unhappy, disappointed. - The rooms were clean except I found a black bra on the side of the desk. No water in pool even though it says that it opens on May 1st on the website. Glass partitions are a hazard.

- Neil (9/5): Great stay!! - It’s customer service!!
They moved me to a new room quickly when I found my room flooded since the room above me left the tub on!! Maybe the lobby bar could stay open a bit longer.
- Cathy (10/5): Definitely would stay again - Very clean and perfect location to hospitals.
Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Great restaurant as well.
- Lynn (10/5): - They had a shuttle to take us to our hospital visit
- SyedMansoorHaq (10/5): Great Location - The hotel is centrally located and close to most tourist attractions. The hotel looks great, and the rooms are great. Highly recommended
- Wayne (7/5): It was great, I got charged twice for the same room but the staff made it right. - Proximity to the medical center.
- Larry (7/5): OK - Room Included Breakfast (not 'exceptional' as your summary suggests. Very limited).
Temperature (the spaces throughout the building were cold. Only our room, which we could control, was comfortable)
- Gunther (6/5): -
- Z6281KLdanielas (10/5): 2 nights for dance competition and convention - The hotel and the room were clean and had a good layout. We all thought that the bathroom was spacious and made staying there as a family of four with four toiletry bags, very easy. Great parking and great conference space.
- Klein (4/5): There are better options for a lower price - The room was nice, although there was dirty socks from a previous stay in there, and you could tell that the bathroom mirror was still dirty because somebody had wrote dirty on it I thought the cleanliness overall could’ve used some work and we were there for a Dance convention, and there was a particular staff member who just was really nasty. She came out through some of the kids‘s meals away and said oh I can’t have trash laying around while it was full of sandwiches and bags of chips and she attempted to throw away other kiddos food but I intervened so I was able to save that food, but it was just a nasty interaction like there was not enough places for these kids to sit down we all paid to be there and I just thought it was really rude of this woman to throw all of their food away and just have a nasty attitude about it in general.

- Julie (10/5): - I like the location. Proximity to the hospital, the cleanliness, the staff was great, the restaurant Staff couldn't get on the same page about breakfast (with the breakfast package), but it was resolved!
- Julian (9/5): -
- Marsh (10/5): - Nice and friendly front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable.
- scottwO9257UN (10/5): Outstanding Stay !! - I would like to start by thanking the Hyatt management and staff for such a wonderful stay while I was there attending a leadership conference. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire team truly cares about both their guests and the hotel.
Great leadership clearly sets the tone, and it shows in every employee you encounter. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The views from the 10th floor are absolutely breathtaking, and I loved everything about this hotel. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making my stay such a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 👏🏨✨
- reggiet652 (2/5): In prepped room and lacked proper compensation for the inconvenience. Parking and breakfast wasn’t free as well - Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Missing a toilet seat, missing the phones, and had a dirty cloth in the couch cushions. Originally, the parking and breakfast wasn’t free. Was given as compensation for the inconvenience above and we were moved to a “bigger” room and not charged the difference. The new room did not in any way feel bigger. The additional desk wasn’t there with a nook in the new room.

- cynthiacQ1803QV (10/5): Outstanding Hospitality & Top-Notch Event Space - I attended a conference that was held at the hotel for 4 days & I wanted to stay thank you for a great engaging 4 days! The high back executive style chairs were perfect for anyone with lower back issues! The tables were dressed in floor length linens, perfect for allowing your legs to stretch out when needed & chilled ice water with goblets for each attendee on the tables. The audio, lighting and air was perfect for the space, & the for the presenters. The banquet service team was outstanding! This event had at least 100 people present daily & the staff was consistently friendly, efficient & professional! The set up of the salad bars was a favorite! However, they had lots of food options prepared with a variety of choices for all attendees! Each day was a great presentation or display of food choices! If you went hungry- It was your own vault! ☺ "The service was truly outstanding!" The housekeeper that serviced my room daily, made the bed like I was a new guest each day! My sheets were tucked perfectly, that I almost didn't want to un-make the bed at night! My bathroom was cleaned & refreshed daily with clean towels. The hotel lobby, bathrooms, & bar area was clean as a whistle! The front desk team was outstanding as well & the breakfast attendants provided 1st class service! I had everything I needed both in my room & at this conference for my 1st trip to Denver! I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Aurora Conference Center for any professional or personal event. Well, Done!
- katrinabT449NF (10/5): Corporate events - This team will knock your next event out of the park; they go above and beyond to ensure each guest has a personalized experience.
- Nena (8/5): -
- StephanieGovia (10/5): Great staff, Great service, Great food - From arrival to departure, everything was outstanding. Jamie at the front desk was a very bright light and delivered service with enthusiasm and genuine care. Aireana in the restaurant was bright and bubbly. She gave good recommendations. The staff in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I was not left just staring into space. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Daniel, the General Manager, was always front and center. He was very helpful and hospitable. The conference was really well planned. The food during the conference was amazing and the food in the restaurant was also amazing. That burger was one of the best I have had. Great staff, great location. This hotel is the example others should model. Hospitality at its finest.
- michellecO6232UU (10/5): Must stay hotel - My experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything during my stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed.
It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. They truly made the stay memorable.
- 451kimberlyj (10/5): Business or Pleasure This is a Fabulous Hotel - This is such a wonderful hotel. Daniel the GM, Hannah, DOS and the entire team was so fabulous. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.
- X6049VRamyr (10/5): You Can't Go Wrong at This Outstanding Hotel - I had an outstanding stay at this hotel for a conference. The team was exceptional across the entire hotel. From the front desk, restaurant and bar, and housekeeping staff to the conference room team, our group's needs were always anticipated and met. The Food and Beverage offerings were delicious for every meal and better than I have had at any other conference I have attended over the years. I would be happy to return to this hotel again and again.
- mpftg (10/5): Great hotel with awesome Food - I came to the Hyatt Regency Denver Aurora for a conference at the hotel. The staff was great, my room was really clean and well appointed. I had a great view of the mountains and Denver skyline, which was great. What really stood out was the food and beverage for the conference. Every meal and break was very unique and everything was really good. I can't think of a single item I had that I didn't really enjoy. The staff was very attentive, which let to a great meeting!
- mtbcyclepath (10/5): Best hotel for your Aurora stay - amazing hotel. Convenient location, amazing staff and incredible restaurant and meeting food and beverage. Perfect stay.
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Randie (10/5): - All the information provided was accurate. The restaurant was very nice.
- Raymond (10/5): -
- Jaquan (10/5): -
- Broncojef (8/5): Great Hotel but.... - Very nice hotel, well maintained, staff was great and local bar/dining was very nice. The only issue I had was the bed was as hard as a rock and gave me back spasms. Hotel really needs to update the beds to something nicer with pillow top mattress - I was in room 926
- KWDragon (8/5): Great stay for GenghisCon - As always, I prefer to stay at the hosting hotel for a game convention. This Hyatt is perfect for GenghisCon, and we stay here even though we only live an hour away.
It's a beautiful hotel. Love the fireplace as you come in. Many folks, myself included, spend time here. The conference rooms are well maintained and well marked.
Our room was clean, although one of the outlets didn't work (which I asked them to fix after we left). Unfortunately, we had an older, uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows. Nice bathroom and loved the walk-in shower. Not sure about the barn door style bathroom door, as it is noisy to pull closed and reopen. Less than ideal in the middle of the night when you are trying to not disturb your roommate.
Despite a few hiccups this stay, we will stay here again next year for sure.
- Redwolf_Journeys (10/5): A great hotel to stay - Great hotel with quiet rooms. I never heard any of my neighbors the entire stay. Staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel clean, and the restaurant food was very good.
- Huston (10/5): -
- Mobile569504 (8/5): Good Stay for 1 Night - Arrived late at Hyatt Regency Aurora and was greeted as a Globalist which I appreciated. For this stay I used a Sweet Upgrade Award and we were placed in a king suite which was wonderful and even had two bathrooms. I had texted ahead to request a rollaway bed and was grateful it was already in the room when we arrived. The hotel feels a bit older but was clean and comfortable. We were only there one night before heading to the mountains so we missed breakfast, but the extra space made the stay easy and convenient.
- Robin (8/5): - Beds were very uncomfortable
- Melissa (8/5): Nice place to Stay. - The Staff Were so Kind I found some hairs in the bed.
- cathyk832 (10/5): A very accommodating, fabulous spot to stay. - This hotel is fabulous. Staff was fantastic. Restaurant very good. Frank the shuttle driver to anshutz hospital was delightful.
- brmusicman (6/5): Fine facilities, gross understaffing and mismanagement - Very mixed experience.
Location-wise, this hotel is great if you have a reason to need to be close to the University of Colorado Medical Center (which we did). Otherwise, there's not much surrounding the hotel.
The decor of the hotel was nice and up to Hyatt standards. The room was comfortable and clean and was relatively quiet. No complaints there.
Service, however, needed work. At breakfast, the actual server was very kind and working hard. The breakfast food was very average; there was no buffet, and you had to order off the menu.
At dinner, the service was poor. This was not because the staff was unfriendly or unhelpful. It's because management isn't paying attention, or is cheap, and the restaurant is grossly understaffed. There was a convention at the hotel (which is *predictable* traffic) and the restaurant was full. A single bartender and a single waiter were trying to do everything: take orders, make drinks, bring food out, bus food. They were totally overwhelmed. As a result, the meal took forever. At hotel restaurant prices, that's not okay.
There is also no Regency Club and there was zero meaningful recognition for Hyatt Globalist guests.

- Peter (8/5): Clean, quiet and comfortable. - The bed was comfortable, the convenience and the number of EV chargers was fantastic. The shampoo and shower liquids were great. It was a quiet room and close to my business meeting in Lowry. I would definitely stay there again. The A/C wouldn't go below 65 and room was a bit warm. It would've been nice to have it go just a little bit lower (62 maybe). I know it's a higher-end hotel, but a microwave would've have been wonderful - or a shared microwave. I brought a healthy meal from home and had no way to heat it up. One at the end of the hall - or one downstairs would've been awesome.
- mehrana2026 (10/5): Soldier - It was great time with my family in Hotel Hyatt , also my wife and all family they have positive Experience! For next time absolutely I'll be with Hyatt again.
Thank you

- Sheila Lisa (4/5): Location, staff and breakfast were great the room was dirty poor mattress and no cold water did alert front desk but the - Location The fact my room had no cold water even the tolete was hit water felt like a sauna so much condensation around windows filth in corners I’d consider it to be a 2 star instead will never stay here again! The mattresses were so bad sunk in the middle couldn’t sleep was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept in a hotel disgustingly disappointed
- April (7/5): Everything was great, except for the sheets. We love the ambiance, room, and staff! - Love the location. We take my son to the Children’s Hospital across the street. We can just walk, it’s great. We can eat in the restaurant at the hotel or order room service. The room is nice and big. Love the cozy sitting area with a couch and desk. The bathroom is nice and large, especially the shower. I love the fireplace in the lobby. The staff are amazing!! While accommodating our son in a wheelchair, they offered to shuttle us to the hospital, hold our luggage in the office since we had to check out before we actually needed to leave for the airport. Very kind and helpful! We’ve stayed here for years and have always loved this hotel. We’ve even chose to stay here despite it not being the closest to the hospital, because it’s nicer. However, this time they’ve changed their sheets. The new sheets are like plastic. They were loud, noisy, and very uncomfortable. They were so stiff and loud every time we’d move at night, I took them off and had staff just give us blankets. Seeing we stay at a hotel to sleep, sheets and sleeping quality is very important. PLEASE go back to cotton sheets!
- Ed (10/5): Excellent customer service and friendly staff - Customer service at front desk, transportation to UC Health and clean room. The front line staff acts as a team and made the experience exceptional. Thank you The room doors down the hall make a lot of noise as they slammed shut and kept us up.
- Christopher (6/5): - Clean, staff were ok. Very very noisy elevator. Could hear it all night. AC unit was also so loud.
Restaurant was ok.
- Francisco (8/5): - limpeza café
- daviddD6255CL (8/5): paradise in sketchville. - Beautiful hotel, sketchy part of town. The surrounding neighborhood was clearly a high crime part of Denver/Aurora, and we did not feel safe coming and going. We also chose not to go for our morning or evening walks due to the apparent danger.
- Madrepratt (10/5): Visit to Aurora and area - I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver for a recent nursing conference. Went a day early and stayed an extra day to explore Denver as well as Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National and more. Location of hotel was perfect. Rooms and common areas clean and staff was welcoming and very helpful..
- Cody (10/5): - Everything was amazing
- LightsCameraOlson (10/5): Staycation in Aurora - Beautiful hotel with great accommodations, clean rooms and excellent customer service! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling through.
- Luis (10/5): -
- Muriel (8/5): Good hotel, friendly staff - The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and had a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could not connect my phone to the TV, no matter how I tried. It simply kept saying I needed to connect to the hotel WiFi, which I was. I gave up!
- Douglas (6/5): Needs updating - I believe this hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It just doesn’t impress me as what a Hyatt should be like.
- Michelle (10/5): - The room was beautiful and smelled like a spa
- jacquelinej34 (10/5): Visiting family in Aurora - Great hotel and staff. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoy using the Pharmacopeia bath products. It would be nice to have a mini fridge instead of just an ice bucket. I was disappointed that the garage gates were not working during my stay.
- Christine (10/5): - Everything was excellent.
- Danielle (10/5): - Nice gym, clean
- Ellen (6/5): - The room was clean and quiet with good amenities, but the AC did not work and the TV remote didn’t work well.
- Andrew (10/5): - This was a wonderful experience, loved it the staff was amazing, thank yall for making our experience memorable!
- Peter (5/5): disappointed - The room was nice. The bedding and sheets were terrible. Sheets felt like sandpaper. I've stayed in some sketchy motels that had nicer bedding.
- jill (10/5): Nice - Clean and location was great for a decent price. Alert was closed but parking garage was easy enough. We just weren’t sure before we got there.
- iLoveL88 (10/5): 10/10 recommend - Amazing accomodations and customer service. Great food and amenities.
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and great location too!
- Clifford (8/5): - Clean room. Didn't like the fee for parking
- caterpillargull (8/5): Very comfy and classy hotel - The stay would have been perfect, except for the housekeeper trying to kick us out to clean the room at 8:30 a.m., the thermostat seeming to be a few degrees off, and a weird sewer smell off and on in the room.
- Kristopher (10/5): - Staff was fantastic at check-In and really made our day!!!!
- AMJ92 (10/5): Great - I had a quick overnight stay here after United cancelled my (and everyone else’s) flight at midnight. There was almost an hour wait to checkin at 1 AM but it looked like the hotel called in extra staff and did their best to accommodate everyone quickly. (Thankfully the hotel industry is not as utterly broken as the airline industry.) My room was very nice, spacious and clean. I was out at night and noticed the area nearby might not be ideal for a stroll but as long as you are aware of that it did not seem like an issue.
Keep up the great work! I’d gladly return.
- Ivy (10/5): - Our stay wouldn't have been amazing if it wasn't for Mary at the front desk. She was a bright light at the end of our most worst day of travel. She made us feel at home from the second we met her. Everyone else was great as well don't get me wrong.
The facilities were clean and pleasing to the eye. Absolutely love the fire place.
Would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone! Thank you Hyatt Regency Aurora!

- Anh Dung (10/5): - My weekend business stay from Fri-Sun this past weekend was excellent. I appreciate the free parking, clean room, luxurious mattress, and great customer service. Will stay there again if I ever visit Denver again.
- Jerry (6/5): - The blankets are way too starchy. Felt like we were sleeping on napkins ! The mattress was so hard! The bathroom electric outlet did not work! As well as the hairdryer did not work no matter which outlet in the room I plugged it in. The cordless phone beeped all night and woke us up at 3am the first night we arrived!
- Denise (10/5): Splendido! - Camera moderna , molto spaziosa e pulita!

- Global58194934097 (10/5): Business trip stay - I really appreciate the front staff upon arrival. I forgot my charger but a lady lend me a USB-C adapter, very much appreciated.
On the other hand, a lady at the checkout was rather business like, a minimum greeting, it wasn’t a good impression.
- Mary (10/5): - A very nice hotel with easy in/out and access to parking.
- David (8/5): - From check in to check out, our experience was good. The room was clean, bed comfortable and our floor was quiet. We were suprised by the $15/day fee for parking in a non secured parking garage. Considering the area, we were satisfied with the convenience to park in the covered garage and pay the fee. Walking distance to medical campus was convenient. Kudos to Jamie who was super helpful at check in. With our extended stay, we utilized the laundry area and found it to be super clean and economical. If you need to stay near the medical campus, this is your place.
- Summer (10/5): - Very comfortable and great staff!
- 949marcyp (8/5): Great location and clean rooms - Everything about the hotel was great..check in, front desk staff..except the restaurant. Food was undercooked and cold. Not to mention the AC was blasting and people we freezing.
- Gretchen (10/5): Great! - Everything! We really liked our one night stay here and felt very welcome with our small dog companion. Area is under development so all brand new.
- Michael (10/5): - Friendly staff. Very clean and quiet room.
- gueneverem2021 (10/5): An Excellent Hotel for Medical Travelers - This is a clean, quiet, well run hotel with a better than average restaurant/bar. We stay here because it is across the street from UC Health (as well as the Children's Hospital), where our son is a transplant patient. Therefore, the quiet and cleanliness are very important to us, as is the ability to meet our needs while there if he isn't feeling well enough to go out, etc. The shuttle is also fantastic for those who fly in but need transport to/from appointments. We have always felt like it's a home base for us and it take a lot of stress away to know that our lodging will fully meet our needs and make us comfortable.
- Ch8990 (10/5): Great stay if going to Childrens Hospital - It was a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Staff was very nice and offered any help if needed. The hotel is directly across from Childrens, back in from the road. Make sure you have parking included, there is a parking garage. The cost is $15 per night if not included.
