- ABDUL TALIEP (4/5): This is a completely overpriced property with very inexperienced staff regarding guests liaisons . - nothing. Based on the price of the room it was quite small. The pool was ridiculously narrow at about 2 meters and looks nothing like the images advertising the property. They did not have a kitchen so breakfast was outsourced. One had to order breakfast from a menu the night before. Based on my extensive travelling I have never experienced anything as primitive as this. The wifi on my laptop did not work and they tried to convince me that there's something wrong with my laptop. I went to 3 different coffee shops and 2 restaurants in Gili and the wifi worked perfectly every time.

Breakfast was great, even did a floating breakfast which was a lovely experience. The location is great, a short walk/ride to the beach, and you even get free bicycle hire which was a bonus. - CL (10/5): A real jewel in the crown… - This place was a real gem so close to the main area of Gili-T. The staff really couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast was perfect served outside the villa. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the air conditioning was slightly underpowered and didn’t keep the villa as cool as we like, but it was manageable.

Die Anlage ist sehr privat, hat sehr freundliches Personal welches unheimlich bemüht ist den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Getränkeauswahl hätte etwas größer sein können, aber immer noch okay. Leider konnte man abgesehen vom Frühstück keinerlei Snacks bestellen.

Уютная веранда, красивый интерьер. Дают бесплатно велосипеды и маски для снорклинга. Недалеко от удобного для купания пляжа с черепахами. Завтраки были большие, но невкусные. На мой взгляд стоимость за номер завышена и должна быть процентов на 20% меньше. Я ожидала другой объем отеля и его расположение достаточно далеко от пляжа. На велосипеде ехать 5 минут.

- SOOJIN (10/5): The best stay in Bali and Gili island - Kaleydo Villas has been our favorite hotel in the Gili Islands. It’s very modern and elegant. We booked a one-bedroom villa for our honeymoon, and both the room and private pool were absolutely fabulous. The villa is very private, and the pool has shaded areas, so you can swim both under the sun and away from it. There’s also a small wooden daybed for sunbathing, which we loved. The room itself was super cozy, elegant, modern, and extremely clean. Housekeeping is provided twice a day whenever you leave the room, so everything stays spotless. The villa is very well maintained:) there weren’t many geckos, although we did spot one during our stay. It’s very quiet at night, and we slept extremely well. No loud animals or insects at night at all 🙂 The villa is kid-friendly if you’re traveling with a baby, but please note that one side of the pool is quite deep (up to 165 cm), so extra caution is needed. Still, it’s a lovely place for families. Breakfast can be ordered a day in advance via WhatsApp or in person. There’s a good variety of options, including two main dishes, one juice, and coffee or tea. The food was tasty and healthy, though slightly bland. E-bikes / bicycles: Bicycles are free to rent, and e-bikes are also available directly from the hotel. They were very clean, fully charged, and easy to use if you know how to ride. We rented the e-bike for two days and absolutely loved it! Staff: From the very beginning, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Truly amazing hospitality. Afternoon tea: Small snacks with coffee or tea are available during a certain time. you just need to request it from the staff 🙂 Laundry service: Available with an additional charge. It takes one day and comes back very clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was incredibly pleasant, and if we come back to Gili T, this will definitely be the place we stay again :) no doubt. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do more for you, it was my partners birthday and organised a decoration for the bed and cake, it was very special! The apartment was super clean and they clean twice a day if you wish. The entire stay was incredible - we loved it and hope to be back! Nothing - it was perfect!

- Monika (9/5): - The apartments look luxurious. We had a delicious breakfast served on the terrace every day, and our apartment was cleaned twice a day. The service is also truly amazing—everyone is so kind and helpful. The apartments could have been more soundproofed, as the mosque woke us up every morning at 4 a.m. The air conditioning was above the bed, making it difficult to set it at night so it wouldn't blow too hard. This caused us to wake up with sore throats. Despite this - it's really worth stopping here :)

- TOM (10/5): Eine der schönsten Hotel Anlagen Trawangan's - Ausgesprochen freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Team. Einen einzelnen herauszuheben geht nicht weil alle top waren. Frühstück wird auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert, einfach traumhaft. Bei allen Anliegen wie auch Tickets für Speed Boat, wurde alles mit Freude gemacht und perfekt organisiert. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt und toll mit Grünzeug bepflanzt. Ich muss einfach wiederkommen. Gab's nichts, alles bestens

Będziecie otoczeni pełną opieką !!! Pokoje wystarczająco przestronne i czyste, basen także czysty. fajnie że są dostępne rowery dla zwiedzania wyspy :-) Dobre śniadania. - Lone (9/5): - Kaleydo Villas are gorgeous! What a little gem, lying in bed with view of the pool and lush tropical gardens. The staff are incredibly welcoming, always with a smile and happy to help. We enjoyed breakfast and later drinks on our deck. We also enjoyed using the bikes available to guests and the staff helped organise e-scooters for us to rent. We would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is good, but perhaps a little basic. They got our order wrong twice, possibly a language barrier issue.

The villa is clean. Keep in mind that if you are given villa number 1 you will feel like you have kitchen in the villa. It’s super loud since very early morning. Right next door they prepare all the breakfasts and all you can hear is mixer working almost all the time and basically cooking, laughing and talking via walkie-talkie. It’s really annoying.

It had a really nice Bali style to it. The ‘public’ pool outside our window was a nice size and you could not feel there were other guests. We are so pleased with our stay and the personnel was also a big part of making our stay perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

We had free bikes, a free daily afternoon snack and an amazing two course breakfast which was also free! We also had a massage which was arranged by the staff. On my birthday the staff put together an amazing towel display on my bed and also a cake which was such a wonderful gesture! The best place I’ve stayed at, amazing friendly staff! Nothing

Location was 10 mins walk from the pier and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Breakfast was delightful, and afternoon coffee and nibble were a lovely touch. Nothing. Highly recommend the villas.

J'avais demandé le petit déjeuner à 8h30, celui ci est arrivée à 6h50. (Adieu la grasse matinée) Il s'était trompé de chambre. La suite 1 est trop près de l'accueil et du local du personnel. Donc on les entends très tôt le matin . Impossible de faire une grasse matinée. Dommage pour des vacances reposantes. Il y a eu un problème de lumière et de coupure d'eau sur l'île juste avant mon départ. J'ai dû m'en rendre compte 45 min après la coupure une fois que je voulais prendre ma douche et charger mon téléphone. J'aurai aimé que le personnel de l'établissement minforme de l'information. Plutôt que ça soit moi qui aille poser la question. Et qu'on me réponde "ahhh oui, il y a coupure généralisée sur gili T lombok". Heureusement l'incident a été résolu en 1h/ 1h30 maximum.

- Paul (10/5): Incredible hotel with the best staff on the island. - Bikes were an absolute bonus to whizz around the island on, loved everything really, the staff went above and beyond and are a credit to the hotel each and everyone of them greeted you sincerely every time they saw you day or night and we very helpful in booking boat trips and recommending restaurants etc. We were two adults with our 17yr old daughter and the room we had was perfect, she had her own large bed to thew side of the bedroom which gave her a little more privacy than other rooms. The private pool was amazing and I am afraid to say we didn't make much use of it. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible and really set you up for the day. Safe to say we loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat. Nothing but a longer stay.
