• Miguel (4/5): - Emplacement de l hôtel, check In / check Out rapide Petit Rooftop sur l hôtel Je ne sais même pas si la chambre à été nettoyée. Un linge etait troué J'ai trouvé la feuille du check IN avec le nom du locataire précédent. Tout est à la limite du fonctionnel et cassé. ( WC mal fixé par terre, réglage pommeau de douche impossible à bloquer correctement, un tuyau d eau dans le mur qui sort de nul part et donc mal fini qui fait un bruit de goutte à goutte toute la nuit) J y ai même vu un cafard dans la nuit. Il y a une différence entre chambre budget et chambre fonctionnelle, Ce n'est clairement pas respecté, j'aurais accepté payé 10% plus pour une chambre tout juste "fonctionnelle et normale"

• Cherish (7/5): Good - Location is right in front of myeongdong shopping street. The staff were nice. There is a view of Namsan tower from my room. The bed is not comfortable but good thing the comforter is thick enough to lessen the pain. Also, there is water coming out of the floor near the bed. :(

• Rena (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Name “K Grand Hotel” - Just the fact that it is located in Myeongdong Shopping Market I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was beyond disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and shockingly small — as soon as you open the door, the bed is practically right in front of you, leaving barely any space to move around. The bathroom was tiny, and the TV was only slightly bigger than a laptop screen, far from what you’d expect at a place labeled as a “hotel.” There were no real toiletries provided — just two sachets of shampoo and body wash, no conditioner, no toothbrushes, nothing else. The mini fridge didn’t even cool properly, and there were no complimentary drinks or water. What truly disgusted me, however, was the condition of the bedding. I’m almost certain it hadn’t been washed — I found a visible blood stain on the pillow, and the whole night I felt itchy and uncomfortable, like something was crawling under my skin. I couldn’t sleep at all. To call this place a “hotel” is misleading, and the word “grand” couldn’t be further from the truth. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality standards.
• Dinaz (4/5): - The Hotel was in a poor condition! No proper bathing facility, no Tub or shower cubicle! The shower was Attached to the SINK Tap. No soap or other amenities in the bathroom. Very restricted space in the room with an uncomfortable bed and only One pillow! There was a leak in the bathroom and water was all over the floor!! I did complain!! Sorry, but I wasn’t happy at all!!

• Meena (10/5): Location 10/10! - The location is 10/10. Couldn’t fault the location, at night you have the markets right outside your doorstop but it’s somewhat quiet inside. The staff were really nice. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to just sleep and be in a good area. Very close to the metro as well. The photos show that the hotel is next to the “Guess” store but that since has closed down. It was somewhat easy to find but It’s next to another store.

• Beatrice (6/5): Ok for a short stay for the location - Location is excellent. Free water/coffee/tea at the pantry. You get what you pay for. Room is small and could use some refurbishing as the walls had marks/scratches. Only 1 pillow is provided but bed is comfy enough. Bathroom has no divider between toilet and shower. Also, I got into trouble cause I accidentally locked myself out at 2am and no one was answering the emergency contact number they provided. Their reception doesn’t operate 24H and I am fully aware that this is my fault but I was expecting some assistance or at least an aswered call cause this was obviously an emergency case.

• Moksin (9/5): AWESOME stay!! will going to book here in the future. truly recommended. - the location was perfect! it was right on the Myeongdong Street food, near the train station and everywhere was just nearby. the toilet has no lock but it was okey, the wifi was strong. it has hot shower and again, the location was superb!! was asking for the availability of iron, at first the staff told me on booking chat they do provide iron but when i asked at the counter desk, they said they dont have it. and somehow, the fire alarm was triggered, idk why but the staff wasnt there, thankfully some of the tenants called the police and everything settled within 30 mins.
• Gaia Angela (8/5): - Good room, maybe a little bit smaller than European standard, but fir east culture is ok, the kitchen is ok, the cooking area is not available, but there is an airfryer, and I can prepare without problems meat or whatever, there is also a microwave, and an automatic hot and fresh water, personally a very good place where to stay in the downtown of Seul, and the people at the reception are very polite.
• Jay (1/5): Disappointed! Terrible hotel, if you can even consider it as one. - Location. That’s it. The rest is horrible We’re originally booked for 5 days, but after just one night we decided to evacuate and find a better accommodation. They refused to give us our money back. Right of the bat, when we checked-in, they don’t have any towels. The receptionist couldn’t care less. The lift was not working. The rooms are very compact, tight and narrow. Even if you’re a solo traveller, I would suggest to look somewhere else. If you’re claustrophobic, stay away from this place. They don’t even have emergency exits.

Was given the room beside and it was so better. Stains on the walls. Very run down. Should’ve read more reviews. Not sure why it’s rated so highly by some.
• Jamie (8/5): Autumn to Winter travel - Loved the location. It's on the same street as the street food vendors. Easy to shop around then go back to the hotel to leave the shopping bags so you can walk around again or go somewhere else without carrying anything. There's room cleaning service. And I also love that there's a common kitchen, I get free drinking water from here which is great because I won't need to buy water in convenience stores anymore. The room is small but it's good that I can still open my Large sized luggage. There's no window so you won't see the weather outside. There's also no full body mirror and no bidet in the toilet. The bed is queen-sized which made the room look smaller. I don't think this room will be comfortable for 2 person. So it would be great if they change it to a single bed so that there will be more space to move around. The mini fridge also doesn't get cold very well. But overall it's still a good hotel for solo budget travelers because of the location.

Very close to the metro entrances and on the doorstep of the food market. Friendly and helpful reception. Great value. The rooms are a bit old but they are very neat with everything you need.

Clean and also comfortable i would say. Especially being in the heart of myeong dong, it was really convenient too! Staff was also attentive and helpful when i needed help with my luggage. Really appreciate the help!

• Anders (8/5): Location, location, location - This place is all about location. There was no mattress topper so you are sleeping directly on top of the springs. I used the duvet as extra padding and it was OK. Water pressure is really bad, could hardly shower. But again, this is a great location and I didn´t spend that much time in the room anyway. Fire security is taken very seriously, the room is well equipped with fire extinguisher and even an escape system for climbing out the window. Good value for the money.

• Ahmad (10/5): Family Winter Short Trip... Thank God It Snowed! - EVERYTHING! For a start.. The location is right in front of the Myeongdong Street Market which opens in the evening until late night, offering plenty of street food and gift shops. Again the location is merely 50m from the metro exit 7 - WITH ESCALATOR! And again the location is just across the main street from Kampungku Restaurant, Bakso Bejo, Mutton BBQ and also Kimseri Restaurant. Getting around is easy because of the closeby metro and airport shuttle pickup and dropoff is just beside the metro exit 7 as well. The room is a little small, but comfy for a family of 3. In-suite bathroom clean n tidy. Just perfect for a place to rest n freshen up after a whole day of excursion..A pantry is provided with kitchen utensils and a Hot/Cold water dispenser is also available. Easy checkin checkout process. Definitely recommend. NOTHING!
