- Jeffery (10/5): Wonderful color themes, excellent location - Every room had a unique color scheme. Excellent location next to a huge night market. Staff were helpful and waited downstairs along the street for us to arrive. They communicated via whatsapp, very polite with clear instructions. Stairs only, not a big problem for me but as other reviewers mentioned, the stairs are quite narrow and steep. Do note that the night market is not open on monday, wednesday nights.

- Andrea (7/5): - The property was well located with the night market just around the corner and bus stops an easy walk away. Do note that this is not a hotel. You do have to organise a time to meet someone there to check in and get your keys. This wasn’t an issue for us and all went smoothly. The stairs are steep and there isn’t a lift so be prepared to carry your bags.

I don't know why I have checked in and finished the order but it's recorded as "The order has been cancelled" after two weeks. Maybe it's not have efficient communication between Booking.com or it's informed Booking.com that my credit card expired. But, my credit card is still in use.

The bathroom was very dated and there not as clean as it should be. The room had slippers provided, but they were reusable ones (yuck - imagine sharing with other guests). The couch was stained as well. Staff did not speak English (not a biggy because they were super nice). Wifi didn't work. Overall, it wasn't unpleasant stay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Definitely not 3 star. Also - note that there is NO elevator, only stairs, so for those with mobility issues - the room is not recommended.
