• Fabio (1/5): Roma è sempre stupenda, la camera da dimenticare - La posizione Titolo: Un incubo notturno, sconsiglio vivamente! Recensione: Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte ed è stata un'esperienza decisamente negativa. La camera era davvero minuscola e il letto troppo piccolo e scomodo per garantire un riposo decente. A completare il quadro, la pulizia della stanza era tutt'altro che eccezionale, lasciando molto a desiderare in quanto a igiene. Il problema peggiore, però, è stato il rumore. La notte è stata un vero e proprio incubo: la stanza era continuamente invasa dai rumori interni alla struttura, in particolare dallo scarico fognario e dall'acqua delle altre camere, oltre al continuo movimento dell'ascensore. Non ho letteralmente chiuso occhio: sembrava di dormire di fronte a un cantiere aperto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un minimo di comfort e riposo.

• Marissa (8/5): Excellent location if you’re looking to shop at high end stores. Needs upgrade. Room is tiny. - Good location. Walking distance to high end shops and restaurants. What I like most are the face towels which are cloud white with a different wrinkle free material. There are steps to carry your luggage, room a bit tiny, a common area right next to the other rooms , needs upgrade. Front staff was helpful.

• ihrealstate (2/5): just a centrally located hotel - Wi fi very slow. The hotel needs maintenance. The mirror area in the room was dark. I had to ask for the air conditioning remote because they told me it's not turned on in winter. Also, my room was on the 4th floor, so it was safe and I could open the windows. Some rooms have to share a shower. Read carefully before renting. It says "bathroom in the room," but if you're traveling alone, you'll have to share the shower with another room. One towel for your entire stay and 2 small cloth towels. I recommended see first for another hotel.

El hotel es rústico y habitación cómoda. El hotel te da facilidades para guardar maletas. La habitación era un poco oscura. Y el sillón cama donde dormía mi hija se desprendió un lado, entonces esa noche mi hija compartió cama con nosotros. Por lo demás todo ok.

• Silvia (6/5): a pochi passi dalla Fontana di Trevi, camere belle anche se edificio da ristrutturare - A pochi passi dalla Fontana di Trevi, camere spaziose, con tv, frigorifero, termos per potersi fare il the in camera, phon. Letti comodi e tanti cuscini a disposizione. La camera pulita, sapeva da cera, ha legno per terra e travi in legno (al terzo piano) sul soffitto, forse un pò forte l'odore per noi che non siamo abituati ma ci siamo abituati subito. Bagno pulito. Edificio da ristrutturare, hall carina, ma si accede da un'altra parte per andare nelle camere e se non si prende l'ascensore, si vede che l'edificio è da sistemare. Bagno spazioso, però mobile vecchio, ho aperto un'anta e mi è rimasta in mano. Perdita di acqua sotto la caldaia e nella doccia. caldaia istantanea quindi acqua subito calda, però, almeno nella ns. camera, c'erano due miscelatori in doccia e un pò difficile regolarla. Siamo arrivati venerdì sera, sabato si è rotto l'ascensore. Avevamo il bambino che camminava con le stampelle ed è stato disagevole visto che eravamo al terzo piano e le scale non hanno gradini tutti della stessa altezza (al secondo piano sono più alti rispetto al primo e al terzo). Cosa, però, che può succedere, quindi non è colpa loro, anzi, si sono offerti di darci una mano per salire le scale.

• Fatima Maria (8/5): Our stay at the hotel was brief but worth it. It was close to transport and the Trevi fountain! - Rome is beautiful and so rich in history. The architecture is magnificent you’d want to take a photo of everything! No powerpoint available for the kettle so we had to unplug the fridge. Pickpockets are everywhere that we don’t feel safe.

• Matthew (8/5): - This hotel was easy to find. The main entrance for check in is well marked, and our apartment was right next door. The room was basic but clean. All we needed. The little balcony is cute, but a little hard to access. More aesthetically pleasing than functional. The location was close to Trevi and the Spanish Steps. Everything we needed to get to was walkable. On check-out day, they kept our luggage until we needed to catch our train, so we could continue to explore the city without baggage. Would recommend this place.

• Kylee (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. It’s everything you need. - First and foremost the location is fantastic. An easy walk to restaurants and the Trevi fountain. You can explore the city on foot and comfortably walk to the Pantheon and Colosseum. We had room 31 which was a large comfortable, clean room with seating and a bar fridge. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure and lasting hot water. There is a lift so you don’t need to take the stairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Nothing. It is as described. There is some street noise but for the location it is minimal.

• Giovanni (9/5): Pleasant stay with necessities only 5-min walk from Trevi Fountain/9-min walk from Spanish Steps! - The location is superb. It is less than a few blocks to the Piazza Barberini metro station (takes you to Colosseum/main train station). We stayed in the annex, not the hotel portion. The room was not as small as some rooms I've stayed in Italy/Europe, but was definitely not as large as American hotels. But it had adequate lighting, a full bathroom with shower (good water pressure), a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and closet. The bed was comfortable although a little firm. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and were 'ready' for us when we arrived early. Our room was even ready a few hours early and they allowed us to check-in. This is never a guarantee and sometimes you are charged more for this by hotels now. When we checked out we mentioned we needed a taxi and probably could have booked on our own; however, the gentleman stepped up and said he will call a taxi and asked when we wanted it for. The taxi came early, but that was ok. We were just trying to cool down a bit in their sitting area off the check-in. The air conditioner in the room worked well. This was somewhat an issue from place-to-place while we were in Sicily prior to visiting Rome. Adequate A/C is important when it's 90 degrees and high humidity. I'm sure if we weren't so pampered with A/C in the USA, it wouldn't matter so much. But it was difficult to sleep while being too warm, but again, the A/C worked well. Although this isn't a "didn't like" exactly, we were told we had to put this special key into something on the wall in our room to turn the electric on/off. It was thicker than a credit card which I am used to using at many hotels where they have these energy saving features. But there was no place on the wall "to the left" or to the right to slide this into. Good thing though, our electric worked without the key. We did tell the staff about it the next day. It's possible the staff is new and the property was taken over by a new company and they didn't know it wasn't needed for that particular room. Also, the main door to these units never locked. Although the area doesn't seem unsafe, we were given a code to input when the door is locked on the outside of the building. The door never locked and the code was never needed. It looks like the door itself was in need of repairs.
