- enterprises (9/5): It was a superb experience - I enjoyed Breakfast and the Beers at the Bar. There is a Barman by the name of Ibrahim, he really made me feel at home. He was always at my service whenever i am drinking and want to have supper. Everything was okay and do not have any complaints. If anything, i look forward to visiting the Hotel with my family.

The kitchen is completely redundant so you’re paying for a kitchen that has been disconnected- stove top and cooking facilities are there but all disconnected.

- Roel (5/5): Niet helemaal naar wens - Locatie. Het hotel en de foto's op booking.com is niet actueel. Het was niet waarheidsgetrouw aan de werkelijkheid. Onze kamer had een incomplete en niet werkende keuken, de badkamers waren klein en de douche functioneerde niet goed. De sportruimte was oud en niet op orde en er werd, in onze visie, onnodig met chemicaliën gespoten nabij het zwembad. Daarbij was het personeel vriendelijk, maar niet altijd bekwaam. Het duurde lang in de communicatie en ook de lunchboxes voor excursies zijn duur voor wat je krijgt. Er heerste kort gezegd een algehele ongemakkelijkheid en we hopen dat er voor volgende bezoekers zaken zoals bovenstaande zullen worden verbeterd.

Tem um vizinho barulhento, mas que silencia após as 22 horas. A cozinha poderia estar disponível, com gás no fogão, mocroondas e utencílios.

- Swaita (7/5): Nice hotel for stopover in Arusha before safari. - We stayed in a nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, which was lovely for me, my husband, 2 kids and my mum. Nice breakfast provided in the morning. Good location, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance The rooms were a bit dated & one the of bathrooms leaked water everywhere when used!

- Paul (8/5): A comfortable base for Tanzania safari adventures. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more than adequate (quite large for just 2 people!), and the restaurant menu featured a variety of tasty meals. Concierges Paul and Patrick deserve special recognition for their willingness to go above and beyond with any request or inquiry. The room featured a large full kitchen (without cookware) and bedrooms separate from the bathrooms. Very large living room with abundant furniture and T.V. We did notice some wear and/or decay in flooring areas, as well as some trim. This did not cause inconvenience during our stays. Although not in "downtown" Arusha, and on a busy road with plenty of daytime activity, the neighborhood gets quiet after hours.
- Dyln (1/5): Horrible hotel don’t stay here - They charged my card when I specified I would pay cash on arrival and they gave me attitude when I complained about it and told me that they do this according to SOP. The booking states no prepayment needed and I stated when I arrived I would pay cash that’s the only reason I booked there… WIFI is horrible, very slow and cut out multiple times while using it Communication from the hotel is horrid Black mold in the bathroom You feel dirty staying there Food takes very long to come Water pressure fluctuates as you take a shower Electricity goes on and off multiple times Will never stay here again

- Ana (7/5): Good rooms, awefull food - Big and clean rooms. We had dinner at the restaurant and opted for the a la carte menu instead of the buffet. The food wasn’t good at all. We ended up sending a steak back and in the end they wanted to charge us for what we sent back even though we got a cheaper option afterwards. We had to discuss quite a will to make them realize it wasn’t ok to pay for something we didn’t eat. In the end if you are eating there just go for the buffet

- Ronald (4/5): - 1st room was tattered and in poor condition. Bed room was on another level like a loft. It was unsafe to walk down stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Window curtains in kitchen area were torn. Kitchen sink was not clean. Unit was in poor condition. We requested another room for our 2nd night and was moved to another room which was in better condition and with bedroom and bathroom on the same level. Living room furniture was still rather old and worn. Electrical plugs didn't fit our America plugs. Front desk did supply us with an electrical adapter. Food was ok, but the food selection was limited. No African style food selections at all. Only European and American style foods were offered. We came to Tanzania for a Tanzanian experience. Hotel didn't offer a Tanzanian feel.
