• Martin (9/5): Abenteuerliche Anfahrt, super Aufenthalt - Wir waren zunächst skeptisch wegen der sehr unterschiedlichen Bewertungen, haben uns dann für ein Superior Zimmer entschieden und hatten eine wirkliche gute Zeit. Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr großes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Super Frühstück im Restaurant gegenüber, mit Auswahl aus einem Menü (haben auch sehr gut dort zu Abend gegessen). Hinweis für geräuschempfindliche Menschen: in unserem Zimmer (35) hat der Sicherungskasten ziemlich laut gebrummt, was vor allem nachts störte. Die Anfahrt und das Parkhaus sind in der Tat abenteuerlich, aber dank der guten Beschreibung machbar, wenn das Auto nicht zu groß ist. Ohne Auto aber sicher entspannter. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn es von Rituals auch die Bodylotion gegeben hätte, für das Gesamterlebnis.

Teniendo la reserva confirmada y pagada, recibo un mail derivándome al hotel universal antes de la llegada. El mail decía: Hotel Mercader de Sedas: Lo sentimo pero se duplico una reserva y no disponemos de habitacion disponible en el hotel, Hotel Mercader de Sedas: Podemos alojarlo en el Hotel Universal que es de la misma cadena. Ni una llamada, ni nada parecido. Solo un número de contacto, que te derivaba al hotel universal, y para nada tenía las mismas calidades que el reservado inicialmente. La habitación muy inferior. La falta de respuesta ante la situación. El hotel universal, al que me derivaron no reúne las características que decían tener. La habitación muy inferior.

• Claudia (6/5): - Die Lage war super, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut, es war gegenüber vom Hotel und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und wollten es in der Tiefgarage des Hotels abstellen. Das Tor wurde von der Hotel Mitarbeiterin geöffnet und wir bekamen zwei Nummern zum parkieren, eine im - 2 und eine im - 3 der Garage. So eine enge Garage haben wir noch nie gesehen. Die Tiefgarage ist eine Katastrophe, ohne rangieren ging es nicht, im -2 angekommen war der Parkplatz so eng, daß wir nicht reingekommen sind. - 3 haben wir nicht mehr probiert, sind dann raus gefahren und in eine öffentliche Garage. Wer leichten Schlaf hat, sollte hier nicht buchen, in der Nacht war es sehr laut, die Fenster ob offen oder zu machten keinen Unterschied. Im Bad fast keine Ablage. Im Zimmer hat es keinen Schrank.

Ha superato le nostre aspettative, L'albergo era molto bello e pulito soprattutto. L'atmosfera della camera e l'arredamento era tipico andaluso (molto apprezzato). Super consigliato per un soggiorno a Granada! Niente, è andato tutto molto bene!

• Jazmin (7/5): Zentral und zweckmässig - Kleines, sauberes Hotel, sehr zentrale Lage, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - wir wollten das Zimmer welchseln und das wurde nett und schnell geprüft und umgesetzt. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer auf die Gasse raus, was sehr laut ist, das Haus ist sehr ringhörig - wir empfehlen ein Zimmer auf den Innenhof (ansonsten kann man kaum schlafen)

Hicimos la reserva..salimos de Cordoba...al llegar a Granada los Gps no se ponian de acuerdo...dejamos el coche en un parking y en taxi al hotel... EL SR DEL TAXI.... dijo que es muy ..muy dificil entrar hasta alli aun para el que conoce y tiene permitida la entrada.Asi que atencion !!!! Esta super vigilado y las multas..........

Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável, cama com colchão de boa qualidade e sofá cama muito confortável. Banheiro muito bom e limpo. A localização não poderia ser melhor, perto de restaurantes, do comércio e pontos de ônibus.
• SARAH (9/5): Would definitely recommend - This quaint hotel is ideally situated, bang in the heart of the City within 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral and surrounded by restaurants and tapas bars; and only 20 minutes on foot or so from the L'Alhambra. It has been tastefully restored. Private parking is available just opposite the hotel. The car park is €22 per night and accessing it is difficult due to the very narrow road. Maneuvering within is also tricky.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett & Hilfsbereit. Leider sehr eng wen das Schlafsofa (Bei 3 Personen) ausgezogen ist. Leider SEHR hell hörig. sowohl von den Zimmer neben an als auch von der Strasse aus. Vor allem am Wochenende. Also wen man selbst nicht bis 2 Uhr Morgens unterwegs ist. Eher nicht zu empfehlen. Im Bad leider nicht genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten.

• barbara (5/5): Esperienza deludente. - La posizione e l’ingresso/patio. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con grandi aspettative, purtroppo deluse. Abbiamo pagato 270 euro per una “stanza familiare” assolutamente non adeguata al prezzo. La camera aveva la finestra  su un cavedio buio usato come sfiato dei motori: rumoroso e poco salubre. Le foto su Booking mostravano invece una stanza con porta finestra e si intravedeva aldilà vista su esterno: realtà completamente diversa e fuorviante. Anche il bagno era senza finestra e per di più senza aeratore. Così l’ambiente era complessivamente, decisamente insano. All’arrivo, essendo in macchina, abbiamo provato più volte a contattare la struttura per l’accesso alla ZTL senza mai ricevere risposta, con notevole disagio. Unico punto positivo: la posizione, davvero molto bella. Nel complesso, esperienza deludente e struttura che non consiglio.

El personal decorada recepción es muy amable. Como punto negativo, las ventanas no aíslan del todo el ruido y se oye el exterior.

• Corinne (8/5): - Grande chambre avec une bonne literie dans un hôtel typique andalou en plein centre du quartier historique. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar en face de l’hôtel. Je conseille celui typiquement espagnol avec toasts et tortilla. Très bon accueil. L'insonorisation des fenêtres pourrait être améliorée car même au deuxième étage, on entend les gens passés dans la ruelle.

• Spindler (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer freundlich, die Betten bequem., das Frühstück gut. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, man konnte jedes Wort des Nachbarn mithören. Die Tūren hatten keine Dichtung, sogar einen Spalt in den Gang. Wenn ein Gast später am Abend ins Hotel kam, wurde man geweckt.

• Juan (3/5): Terrible place to stay. Avoid. - Room was clean, nice hotel design. 1. There was only one person in front of us at check-in and we had to wait 30 minutes. They have only one person in reception. 2. Noise at night from the street made it impossible to sleep, windows are not soundproof. 3. Breakfast is not buffet, there is a bar across the street that has three very poor options to choose from. 4. Room is small with no tub. For this price there are tons of better options. Avoid this place.

• Juan m (7/5): Una ubicación excepcional, pero el ruido no nos dejó descansar - La ubicación es excepcional en el centro de Granada. Tienen plaza de parking junto al Hotel. Aunque es todo muy estrecho y un poco peligroso para aparcar. Si no conduces bien nos recomiendo entrar en el parking El ruido, nuestra habitación daba a la calle y las ventanas de la habitación no están insonorizadas. Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle no pudimos descansar bien.
