- katia (10/5): - Chambre confortable et propre, avec tout le necessaire , literie agréable. Salle de bains / WC propres bien équipés. Balcon avec 2 chaises et 1 table , vue sur la piscine. Il manque juste une poubelle dans la chambre en plus de celle des toilettes et 2 coussins supplémentaires. Chambre et hotel très calme , bien que quasi plein. Salle à manger un peu cantine mais avec du personnel sympathique et accueillant, énormément de choix aux buffets petits dejeuners et diners , avec des plats bons et très variés. Dommage qu au moins 1 bouteille d eau plate ne soit pas offerte à chaque repas. Grande piscine entretenue et propre , 3 jaccuzzis propres aussi et agréables. Personnel au top.

- Frederic (10/5): Vacances d’été réussie - Séjour agréable. Accueil très sympathique en plusieurs langues possible. Hotel propre, plutôt calme et confortable. Grande piscine, jacuzzi très sympa. Le personnel est disponible et sait répondre à nos attentes. Petit bémol au repas, les entrées sont toujours un peu les mêmes.

- daniela (4/5): Séjours de 7 semaines - Le premier jour on a dû demander de nous rechanger les draps car ils étaient sales avec des cheveux et des taches et la dame de ménage est arrivé et a secoué les draps et voulait partir. J’ai demandé si elle allait pas les échanges et elle a dis qu’elle avait secoué et j’ai dis que je dormirais pas dans des draps sales et c’est là qu’elle les a changé. Après certaines personnes du services étaient pas trop sympathiques comme le monsieur qui était aux petits déjs le matin il était toujours pressé qu’on parte et les bonjours étais pas pour lui. Sinon en général cetais sympa et certaines personnes du services étaient très gentils

- Nicolas (6/5): Bien pour 1 nuit - 1 nuit dans cet hôtel en demi-pension :repas du soir et petit déjeuner dans un sous sol sans fenêtre avec chariots assiettes / couverts etc sales que les agents bougent sans arrêt pour ranger pendant le service.Accueil moyen pas trop d’explications / chambre bien équipée et bon lit / jolie piscine et jacouzzi…parking 22 euros la journée…une honte !

L'hotel è in posizione molto tranquilla, ma vicino al centro e alla spiaggia, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Si mangia anche abbastanza bene, alla cena c'è molta varietà, forse per quanto riguarda la colazione sarebbe meglio cambiare un po' la proposta salata, ma sono dettagli. Molto soddisfatti della vacanza
- Bjørn Marius (8/5): Fint hotell i gangavstand fra det meste - Fint hotel som ligger i ett rolig område 5-10 minutter fra strand og sentrum. Dagligvarebutikk og restauranter i nærheten. Alt i alt fornøyd, det eneste negative var at det var mere lytt en forventet av ett 4 stjerners hotell, spesielt lyden av dører som smalt igjen døgbet rundt.

- Luca (8/5): - Posizione vicino al mare ma comunque tranquilla, buffet buono (anche per noi italiani !). Molta clientela locale. Park a 22 euro al giorno, ma posto riservato per la massima libertà di movimento, consigliato. Da rivedere secondo me leggermente gli orari del buffet: troppo anticipati rispetto alla media (bisogna presentarsi per colazione 8-10 e cena 19.30-21), in vacanza meglio orari più "dilatati". Ogni drink si paga, acqua compresa. E' stata una bella vacanza, Tossa De Mar è perfetta per famiglie e per una pausa rigenerante, ci torneremo!
- Daniel (8/5): - Alles gut! Essen gut aber etwas eintönig. Parkplatz mit 22 € / Tag viel zu teuer. Zimmer zum Pool nachts zu laut. Am frühen morgen Strassenreinigung, Müllabfuhr etc. Keine Chance mehr zum schlafen. Spanier sind sehr unfreundlich und mögen keine Kinder, lieber Hunde!
- Angela (8/5): - Staff friendly and welcoming. We arrived nearly 2hrs early and the hotel allowed us an early check in. Room of good size. Didnt like the open bathroom concept, but thats me. Room was uncomfortably hot as room a/c set at 23c minimum and couldnt open door to cool due to noise from a nearby travelling fair. Breakfast ok, lits of choice. Sunbeds around both pools were a little tired. Main pool small and compact . Close to bus station.

Me dieron una habitación en la planta baja sin balcón y con entrada directa a la piscina, es decir, si descorría las cortinas opacas para dejar pasar la luz, estaba a la vista de cualquier persona que estuviera en la piscina. Muy decepcionante que se me justificara con que el hotel estaba lleno.

Industrial y de mala calidad Cosas a mejorar son las almohadas . Están bien tener un buffet para elegir almohada , pero es como tener una cama correcta pero hacerte pagar por una almohada . No lo veo normal . Pones una almohada buena y punto Tema destacable la limpieza e instalaciones muy correctas en instalaciones prácticamente nuevas

The only thing i would like is a free fridge, the fridge us on but you have to pay for the key. It is a 4 star hotel. But dont let that put you off the place is wonderful

- Francisco (8/5): - Las instalaciones son fabulosas, el estado general del hotel reformado. El personal muy amable y respetuoso, excepto por un cocinero algo seco, supongo que no seria su dia. Lo que no me gustó es que no había mantas y pasamos algo de frio.

Primero la actitud de algún camarero que te ponía mala cara cuando le pedías más comida en el buffet asistido y segundo la ducha que se llenaba todo el cuarto de baño de agua casi hasta la puerta, tuve que secarlo con las toallas. Las medidas COVID perfectas.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel Sa Riera Tossa de Mar - Se trata de un hotel totalmente reformado recientemente con un edificio anexo de nueva construcción situado en la Riera de Tossa. A escasos 15 minutos caminando de la playa. Decoración de las habitaciones correcta sin destacar en ningún punto. Bastante austera pero nueva, limpia y funcional. Piscina de tamaño correcto, ni enorme ni demasiado pequeña. Dispone de un jacuzzi bastante grande y una zona de piscina para mayores de 18 años.

L’hôtel est très propre, avec beaucoup de rigueur dans la gestion de la crise Coronavirus. Avec mes déplacements professionnels, j’ai souvent l’occasion de me déplacer, et je peux vous dire que cette hôtel est une très belle adresse !
- Valérie (10/5): Fantastique - Alors vraiment que dire de plus que je voudrais mettre 11/10. L'accueil est top (mode après covid). La chambre refaite à neuf avec goût, lit immense, sdb neuve. Balcon top vue sur piscine. Rue non passante. Jacuzzi top. Option massage activée au top. Petit déjeuner Topissime. On peut mettre plus que 11. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. J'y retournerai.

- ANNE-MARIE (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Bon hôtel bien situé. Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel, toujours à l'écoute et avec le sourire. Le service est au top. La cuisine est excellente. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et pas mon dernier....
- Ann (8/5): - Fint och lugnt hotell. Vi hade halvpension. Maten helt ok. Saknade vattenkokare på rummet. Fick gå till baren för att värma välling. Hade också velat att det funnits kaffe efter middagen men det fanns bara till frukost. På tal om kaffe hade det behövts en till kaffemaskin. Köerna blev rätt långa till den på morgonen.

- Angels (10/5): Molt bé - Hotel còmode i ben situat a Tossa. Piscina agradable i tot en general ben cuidat.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Habitación ruidosa y sin intimidad, música hasta pasadas las 23:50h de la noche. Muy mal aislamiento acústico, toda la noche escuchado puertas, aparte de tener ruido de personas justo al lado, en la terraza del bar / piscina. Solo puedo decir que el personal de la sala comedor es muy atento, por lo demás, no puedo estar más decepcionado. Es la primera vez que me ocurre algo similar en un hotel de "4 estrellas".

Das Essen ist sehr gut und sehr lecker außerdem auch sehr abwechslungsreich.Der Service ist sehr nett .An der Rezeption werden mehrere Sprachen gesprochen was sehr gut und hilfreich ist.Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist der weg zum Meer. Es ist ein klein wenig weit .Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen .

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is not that close to the beach as it's said at their site and info. Overall experience is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. But internet is terrible. You never have good connection, except maybe at 3am. For that money, they should have better internet
