• Ewendl (8/5): Eh super und freundlich - Super freundlich und hat mich dann auch in die Richtung des Stadions gebracht Ich hatte zuerst ein anderes Zimmer und das andere war 2 Kilometer entfernt und auch nicht beim Stadion war ich vorher wollte
• Viviane (1/5): Je ne la conseille à personne - L'accueil était correct - accès au parking, très compliqué et onéreux - pas de wi-fi, donc pas de télévision - literie, plus que passable - il semblerait que le chat n'était pas prévu, donc j'ai payé une majoration qui était prévue, mais que je trouvais disproportionné La personne présente semblait ne pas être au courant alors que c'était signalé sur l'annonce que j'avais un chat - pas de bouteille d'eau, d'accueil ou collation - et on me signale bien que j'ai la chambre la moins chère

• Valeria (8/5): Comodo appoggio per il mare e la città - Letto comodissimo, cuscini perfetti, camera ampia e molto pulita. Posizione ottima vicino al mare e ai mezzi pubblici. Prezzo onesto. Da migliorare la doccia, erogatore completamente rovinato che schizzava acqua ovunque. Staff poco reattivo ai messaggi ma gentile.

• DANILO (4/5): Not recommended - Close to center A few days after booking I received a confidential message via mobile phone from the landlord claiming that there had been an error and the booking would be canceled due to overbooking with a consequent offer to refund the sum. I immediately turned to Booking explaining the problem and magically there was no longer a problem 🤔 we then discovered that the structure for the dates we booked was empty!! Furthermore, the room I booked on Booking was mentioned as a double + single bed but the single bed was not there. Furthermore, while we were sleeping, the bed slats fell apart and no help was provided despite our urging. The bidet is not fixed well to the floor and the shower is broken and leaks water. I don't recommend.

• Oleksandr (2/5): - Долго не мог заехать в сами апартаменты, парень который заселял, сказал что мой номер уже кем-то на сегодня занят и хотел сдать мне другой с доплатой, потом хотел получить наличными и сделать якобы отмену через Буккинг, вообщем неприятная история и схема попахивающая аферизмом. Отстутстовал интернет

• Martin (7/5): Gute Lage und sonst... - Gute Lage für Mietauto, allerdings 25 Minuten zum Strand zu laufen. Es liegt an einer sechsspurigen Einfallstraße nach Cagliari. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Gemeinschaftsbad innerhalb von fünf Tagen nicht gereinigt wurde. Das war schon ein bisschen eklig. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Zustand vom Badezimmer.

Se ajunge foarte usor: din aeroport: se ia trenul spre Cagliari până în punctul final (Piară Matteotti). Din piata Matteotti, autobuzul PF sau PQ până în fața cazării. -

• Daniele (4/5): - Fare il check out La posizione è scomoda, senza un mezzo sei nel pieno di un vialone ad alta velocità, si può accedere al quartiere del sole abbastanza morto...la casa ha il bagno con dei sanitari che sono appoggiati al pavimento e sembrano potersi staccare facilmente, la maniglia della porta della camera mi è rimasta in mano. La macchina del caffe rotta, potrei continuare ma la sostanza è che l'appartamento è pieno di difetti, palesemente abbandonato e messo a reddito ad un prezzo leggermente inferiore rispetto a dei b&b ristrutturati di Cagliari,, quindi per quel che si risparmia non ne vale assolutamente la pena secondo me.

• Laura (2/5): Assolutamente non consigliato - Niente La stanza che avevo prenotato per 2 notti al momento dell'arrivo non era disponibile per un problema di fognatura mi è stata data una stanza alternativa per una notte che aveva il bagno in comune al posto di quella prenotata col bagno in camera e poi mi sono dovuto trasferire in hotel pagato dalla struttura e già qui il primo disagio!In più mi è stata data la chiave sbagliata del portone d'ingresso e per ben 2 volte sono rimasto chiuso fuori la prima ho chiamato l'host che è venuto ad aprirmi dopo una quindicina di minuti la seconda volta sono rimasto chiuso fuori per un ora e trenta senza poter entrare aspettando un anima buona che mi aprisse dal citofono perché l'host non è potuto venire ad aprirmi creandomi veramente molto disagio!

• Ana (4/5): - This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained and when you showered you had to stand in a pool of water. The door to the shower did not properly close and there was nowhere to put our toiletries. Overall the washroom was the most difficult to navigate. The most pleasant part of the experience was the host who was always available and communicative and he always responded to our messages.

He falsely claims that there is a problem with my card, but the my card is not problematic; it has been used to successfully complete many orders.Then told me he called me many times, which is not true, i didn't receive any calls from him.

• Sergey (10/5): Acquaintance with Sardinia - First of all, I would like to note the fantastic reception that Patrick gave us during our stay in the apartments. Throughout the entire period of residence, in his person was attentive attitude and help on all requests. As for the accommodation, the location is very good, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, two large supermarkets and a bus stop nearby, which take 10 minutes to the city center, or to San Benedeto market in 20 minutes. You have everything for apartments for a comfortable stay, equipped kitchenette, all the necessary utensils. There are some minor remarks, the shower stall was defective, the furniture was broken, the neighbors were very audible, but nothing critical, therefore, despite some flaws, and taking into account Patrick’s reception, I put it in advance and evaluate the five star accommodation.

O apartamento no qual ficamos era confortável e contava com cozinha bem equipada. O wifi era bom. O café da manhã bastante razoável. A recepção foi muito boa, autêntica hospitalidade sera.

Camere completamente prive di ogni normale dotazione tipo armadio comodini tv....colazione servita singolarmente e no a buffet per cui se avete fretta dimenticatevi degli appuntamenti!!!.che dire?!! Va bene per una notte.

Dosłownie nie jest to hotel. To mieszkanie trzypokojowe w bloku. Wychodząc z pokoju przechodziłem przez czyjeś mieszkanie, przez czyjąś kuchnię. Wbrew temu co zawiera oferta hotels.com Le dimore del sole to pokój w czyimś mieszkaniu, w dodatku bez telewizora i sprawnej klimatyzacji. W lodówce znajdującej się w kuchni domowników do dyspozycji jedna półka. W dodatku polozony przy dwupasmowej ruchliwej ulicy, co w lipcu przy 40stopniowym upale uniemozliwa nawet otwarcie okna. Nawet w nocy jest hałas potworny i przy otwartym oknie nie da sie zasnąć. Śniadanie to żenada doslownie. Na tydzień z żoną mieliśmy trzy bagietki i drzemy...drzemy w sloikach, pootwierane i jedzone przez innych użytkowników mieszkania, a raczej przez domowników mieszkania. Czlowiek czuje sie jak u kogoś w gościach. A nawet gorzej bo idąc do kogoś w goście nikt nie stawia na stole resztki drzemu z wlasnej lodówki. Dosłownie brak słów. Do plaży ponad dwa kilometry. Wbrew temu co opisuje hotels.com. Jedynie w miarę kulturalni gospodarze i to niestety jedyny plus tego mieszkania, nie hotelu. Z przykrością odradzam wszystkim to mieszkanie, naprawdę komuś pomyliły się czasy. Poniżej jakiegokolwiek poziomu.
• Aleksi (8/5): Quick getaway - Extremely friendly host, few changes regarding our room but everything worked really well. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. About 15 minutes walking from the beach, not too bad. Excellent restaurants and little pizzerias nearby. Would recommend to others.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sympa, propre, mais pas très bien placé - Attention, la localisation ne correspond pas à ce qui est indiqué sur Google Maps ou les autres sites : le B&B est situé 32 Viale Poetto, entre le centre-ville et le cordon de plage séparant la mer des salines, pas directement sur celui-ci. Il faut donc se déplacer en bus ou en voiture. Le B&B se situe dans un résidence propre, relativement tranquille mais sans charme. Chambres propre et assez spacieuses. Patrick, qui tient le B&B, ne parle pas français et seulement quelques mots d'anglais. Pas toujours facile de communiquer, mais il est très accueillant et plein de bonne volonté (et il peut venir vous chercher ou vous ramener à l'aéroport pour 2 fois moins cher que les taxis). Lorsque le B&B est plein, ne prenez pas votre douche en dernier pour avoir de l'eau chaude.
