- Hironobu (7/5): 快適に過ごせた休日。 - スタッフがフレンドリーでいつも笑顔で困っていることがあるとすぐに対応してくれた。 清潔でルームキープをしっかりしてくれて、ベッドが寝やすかった。 部屋のエアコンの効きが良く、大変過ごしやすかった。 チャングー地区の中心に位置しており、ジム、コンビニエンスストア、食堂、スーパーマーケット、ランドリーが全て徒歩圏内だった。 料金が安くて一人旅にはもってこい。 廊下が少し黴臭かった。 設備が古い。初日はシャワーが殆ど出なくて、お湯も使えず困った。 バスルームが臭う時がある。 シンクの水の流し方がわからなかった。排水溝の水留めを押してまわす必要があるが、硬くて回りづらかった。 道路が近くアクセスがいいが、朝夜のバイク、車の音がうるさい。 冷蔵庫があると嬉しい。

- Cretienne (7/5): Jammer dat met zo’n mail de sfeer meteen gezet was. - Vriendelijke ontvangst Dat ik had gevraagd om een mogelijkheid van transfer vanaf vliegveld naar hotel Ik vond dat ze daar bijna 3x het bedrag van een grab taxi voor vroegen en toen ik aangaf dan zelf vervoer te regelen het management mijn boeking wou annuleren omdat het zogenaamd op zo’n korte termijn niet te regelen was. Toen ik akkoord ging met vervoer ineens weer wel.

Handy locat - The manager Pepe was amazing, very accommodating, as well as the staff. Each day the room was made up and i was made to feel like at home. Overall it was comfortable and clean.

- Robert (10/5): Amazing value, private, and super comfortable - I loved having access to a nice restaurant on site, the pool was lovely, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor area has a great social vibe. The air conditioning unit in my unit was absolutely stunning. It made it tough to even leave my room because I was so comfortable. A great place to stay The location is a little bit out of the way of most attractions, but since rides are so cheap by bike in Bali, it really was hardly an inconvenience. You just kind of miss out on things being walking distance. Truly, hardly a criticism, I enjoyed my stay a lot.

- Sosina (1/5): terrible - none they should change their advertising pictures the photos online arent even the hotel in real life starting from the lobby the furnitures were dirty and dusty the artificial plants and decorations were dirty theres no lift to access upstairs my husband and i were thinking to extend our stay for 2 nights when we booked online but when we got to the hotel we changed our mind , we got to our room it smell mouldy and old from the air con and its very noisy it sounds like a washing machine the curtains were dusty and there was mould on the white curtains and bedsheet and cover were old you can tell they dont change it to new sheets they wash it and use the same sheet and cover over and over again there was only 2 pillows and 2 small decorative small pillows there was no mini fridge in our room and the TV plays up we had to get the girl from the reception to fix it so she left a spare key in the room so the TV can stay on The bathroom i dont know what it is but theres mould every where the sink the shower tiles the shower head looks like the white stuff in the milk when its off the shower curtain it was yuck 🤮 the smell from the toilet was all over in the room it made me sick and gave me a headache it smells like sewage we were out the whole day cause i couldnt stay in the room we open the windows but didnt help the swimming pool it was dirty the water was blue but the ground and the tiles were mouldy and dirty and never seen a person swim in the swimming pool that day it was just terrible me and my husband couldnt wait to check out i have never checked out a hotel as fast before the location is very busy and traffic

- Marcus (8/5): Basic Hotel near Nirvana Life - I picked this hotel because it is a close walking distance to Nirvana Life Gym. Everything was fine, nothing great. I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room. It is pretty much the main reason why I didn't book the same hotel when I returned to Canggu. The rooms were not very quiet either. oh whoops I put the things I didn't like above

- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - I don’t understand why the negative reviews are so high on this hotel. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel and the prices are also not 5 star luxury prices. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. They are modern rooms, comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally helpful. I had a wonderful stay, I extended twice.

- Verified traveler (2/5): PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS - DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm in a legal dispute with hotels.com and this sub par hotel to get a refund. Disgusting, unhygienic place. Excrement marks all over place. I have contacted Bali authorities as this place is beyond dirty and is refusing to give refund. Scammers. Hotels.com is just twiddling their thumbs and saying its upto the hotel to issue refund. They are advertising such a dirty place but still the hotel gets to scam! All of the pictures you see are several years old.

We booked for a week ,and we walked away .Not for us . You would have to take a taxi or rent a bike....everything is far away.

De börja med att vi möts av en ointresserad receptionist, blir sedan tillsagt att det är rökningsförbud i rummen även när vi säger att vi röker inte. Måste också lägga till att i lobbyn får man röka och röken stiger upp i trapporna så röken kommer ändå in i rummen. Wifi fungerade inte, vi sa till flera gånger men blev lovad att de skulle fungera nästa dag, vilket det inte gjorde. Badrummet hade nån avloppsläckage så det luktade inte så trevligt. Jag bad flera gånger att få träffa chefen eller ägaren men dom visade inte sig. Så tyvärr lämnade vi hotellet, vi bodde där 2 nätter av 7. Vi fick inge ursäkt eller kompensation.

Hôtel situé à 10 min de la plage en scooter tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa. Seul bémol la literie un peu dure.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good First Stop in Canggu - Very central location, however it's on a very busy road, which isn't too noisy but it's a very difficult to navigate if you are new at driving on the very busy Bali roads! Also, a lot of roosters around the hotel, so you'll definitely be up early. The rooms are also quite small, but the bed is comfortable.

Vill man ta sig någonstans måste man ta taxi, och ibland är det så hemsk trafik att det kunde ta upp till en halvtimme att ta sig någonstans. För övrigt var det rent och fräscht.

- Katrina (10/5): Great value hotel! - Drove in torrential rain on motorbikes from Pemuteran to Canggu, arriving well after dark. Staff were incredibly helpful in getting us setup in our rain right away, especially since we were soaked. Staff brought our bags in for us, gave us our key and information, put glasses of passionfruit cordial in our hand, and we went up to enjoy hot showers with excellent water pressure. Breakfast costs 35,000 rupiah for tea or coffee, apple or orange juice, and one of several filling and delicious food options ranging from toast and fruit to eggs benedict. The hotel also has a separate food menu with lunch and dinner items. The fish in garlic sauce was especially good. Our room was very clean, and came with cable tv, air conditioning, good lighting, modern bathroom and high quality bed/bedding. The hotel has a pool-- one of the best maintained that we've seen during our month in Bali. Hotel offers pool towels at the front desk. Overall, great experience-- we'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Canggu!

One night one of the staff sat with us and helped us order food and chatted with us for a while giving us tips of the area. The breakfast was one of the best we've had and we have been in Indonesia for a month. Very clean and comfortable, okay location.

The service was unbelievable including a delicious breakfast included with the room. Hotel is brand new so very clean and well kept. Pool is beautiful as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in canggu
