• Shamalli (1/5): I will definitely not book again... - I used to book Travelland Hotel every quarter i.e. 3 months once for my visit to Ipoh. The hotel started with good facility but now it is very poor. 1) The shower head is spoilt & water flashing everywhere, hard to shower. I even highlighted this in my remarks during online booking & I was replied that it will be well taken care. Unfortunately, it was a mere reply only. I've been booking the Triple Room almost every 3 months once & I have been highlighting this issue for the past 2 years with no rectification measures taken. 2) The room was dirty as the floor was dusty. 3) The pillows / bedsheet has a very musty bad smell.

• NURUL ADLIN (5/5): Room cleanliness issue - . When I entered the room, I noticed a few issues 1. Two pillows looked like they had been used, one appeared as if someone had been lying on it, and the other was placed in the middle of the bed. 2. The bed sheet was not properly arranged and had marks as if someone had sat on it. 3. The pillows had an unpleasant smell. I was too exhausted at midnight to request a change, but honestly, this should not have happened. Rooms should always be prepared fresh for customers, without any sign of previous use.

Their bathing shower, it's actually good in terms of water pressure & the nice hot shower temperature & all but there is 1 problem where the water pressure suddenly high & suddenly low & when this happens the temperature becomes suddenly extremely hot or suddenly cold while all in the same temperature setting. So, you kinda need to wait everytime it either turns cold or extremely hot for it to come to the normal cozy warmth that you set & this changes is quite frequent more like every 30 seconds.

Nearby food outlet was convenient, there was a tomyam restaurant, ZUS, Tealive and Starbucks outlet within walking distance. Maybe they could provide extra pillows as their pillow was too soft and guest may need more than 1.
