• fedemaru88 (7/5): Disponibilità e pazienza del personale, peccato per la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle camere - Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel cercare di soddisfare le mie richieste, sia in merito alla posizione della camera sia riguardo alla mia dieta specifica e molto restrittiva. Le camera era spaziosa e fornita di bollitore con selezione di tè e prodotti da bagno che ho trovato ottimi sia nella qualità sia nella profumazione. Molto pratica anche la stanza guardaroba che permette di non lasciare oggetti e vestiti a vista nella stanza. L'unica cosa che mi ha delusa, nel mio caso era uno dei motivi principali per cui ho scelto questa struttura, è la completa assenza di insonorizzazione delle camere che però viene inserita tra i servizi presenti. Avevo anche chiesto all'operatore telefonico la conferma dell'insonorizzazione e mi era stato risposto che c'era una leggera insonorizzazione. Sinceramente l'ho trovata del tutto assente sia verso l'esterno (per fortuna la posizione è relativamente tranquilla di suo), sia verso l'interno. Fino a tarda notte si sentiva il movimento delle persone in corridoio o nei piani superiori e la chiusura/apertura della porta d'ingresso della camera a fianco dava la sensazione che qualcuno stesse entrando nella mia stanza. Un vero peccato per un resort così rinomato a livello internazionale. La mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva, in quanto, essendo presente il servizio di floating room presso la struttura, questo resort potrebbe diventare anche un punto di riferimento per persone che, come me, soffrono di ipersensibilità sensoriale e sovraccarico sensoriale, potendo risultare anche come alloggio di riferimento per una "cura del silenzio" a fini salutistici, ma questa mancanza a livello acustico non lo rende possibile. Spero che in futuro sapranno prendere provvedimenti in merito.

Der Raum öffnet sich zum Golfplatz, bietet einen schönen Ausblick vom Bett aus. Das Essen war fein, die Bedienung sehr gut, das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüsse aus HH Alles war gut.

Molto bella la zona della SPA, c'è anche una palestra attrezzata Technogym. Il panorama è fantastico davanti a 85 ettari di campo da golf.

Das Hotel konnte nicht helfen weil anscheinend keine Absprache mit dem Golfplatz besteht . Schwimmbad Sauna kostet alles extra und man kann nur slots buchen.

• Monika (9/5): - Lokalita skvelá, ubytovanie super, všetky priestory sú veľmi čisté. Raňajky fantastické. Celkové hodnotenie je veľmi dobré. Trochu zvláštne mi prišlo to, že za vodu z chladničky na izbe sa platí a wellness je tiež pre ubytovaných hostí spoplatnený. Boli sme ubytovaní 8 nocí, 1 x wellness sme mali v cene pobytu. Nemám žiadne zásadné výhrady.

Der großzügige, spezielle schnörkelfreie Stil im Hotel, viel Raum und Platz, kein vollgestellter Frühstücksraum sondern gemütliche Tische. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, vor allem das süße Buffet und der Obstsalat haben uns überzeugt. Unserem Hund wurde im Zimmer sogar ein Hundebett und Näpfe zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer hatte tolle Aussicht auf den Golfplatz, obwohl wir nicht spielen, haben wir den Spaziergang rundherum sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 x im Clubhaus essen, es war sehr gut. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet freundlich und aufmerksam, sowohl in der Rezeption, Bar als auch im Spa. Die Massage war top. Die Lage erlaubt Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, also auch wunderbar. Wenn man was ergänzen möchte, wäre eine größere Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten im Club Restaurant für uns fein gewesen, wegen Unverträglichkeiten.

• Katja (8/5): Great Hotel, Great Golfing, Good Food, Good Staff, Not much of a spa - Great Food, Very well maintained property, great staff the spa isn´t really much of a spa to be honest, its a long swimming pool and a hand full of sauna cabins, not much more than that. Its absolutely sufficient to relax after a round of golf - but not really a proper spa destination in my opinion..

Trovato alla mattina soggiorno da poco più di 100 euro mentre ala sera sono aumentati, ricevendo come risposta dal personale che era le ultime due stanze quindi avevano aumentato a 140. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione sono comparse altre 2 stanze a 170 ma non erano finite??una volta arrivati abbiamo notato che la struttura era parzialmente vuota.

Aber das kann natürlich auch an der gewünschten Architektur liegen.

Le camere sono lineari, moderne e accoglienti, non manca davvero niente. Lo staff é estremamente gentile e disponibile. Anche per i cani è riservato un trattamento speciale con cucce, ciotole e un dolcissimo biglietto personalizzato. Avrei curato maggiormente la colazione e la parte della spa e della zona lettini intorno alla piscina
