- JOOHYUN (4/5): discomfortable stay - When I arrived the facility, there are no staffs and no directions. I had no way to contact with the owner. Accidentally I met a girl who lived there and called the owner and got an email which showed all the directions about check in. But the owner misplaced the key for the booked room. We had terrible time correcting all the problems. We felt totally exhausted.
- Verified traveler (4/5): All you get is a Room - All you get is a room. Noisy place and no commodity like (coffee, Shampoo, etc...etc..) Payment was also a nightmare.
- Julio (4/5): not a hotel - Wrong from the beginning ,my mistake ,I don't think it should be in Hotels.com
