• Μαρια Κα. (5/5): - Larisa is very sweet and helpful! She really helped us with the map of Rome! The location was also great. 2 minutes from Spanish steps,9 minutes from Fontana di trevi. We expected the room to be cleaner. There was mold on the walls connecting the bathroom to the the bedroom and also dirt and shoe prints on the walls that could have been cleaned. Also on shower handle was broken.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely accommodation in perfect location- quiet street but central to all the main attractions. - Perfect location and lovely room. The lady on reception was lovely, offering restaurant recommendations, a later check out and arranging a taxi to take us to the station. All good- maybe pillows could be softer but that’s it!
• Sally (6/5): It was ok but would not recommend to future travellers for the price paid. - Property was in a great location and was quiet and safe. It was clean and well serviced. The shower was terrible. The shower rose needs replacing. The wifi didn’t work most of the time we were staying and the cell service in the room was very poor so communication was difficult.
• Christine (10/5): - Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very clean and the check in was smooth. There is a lift, which is great for luggage. Check out staff was amazing. She arranged our taxi and waited with us until it arrived. We highly recommend this place.

Great reataurant right acroas the street and steps from the Spanish Steps. All in all an AMAZING stay and again so many thanks to Michela for making our first stop INCREDIBLE!!!

• Aliyah (10/5): - Great location!! Manager of the property was very nice and accommodating. About a 3 minute walk to the Metro Subway that can bring you everywhere or 10 min walk to main attractions.
• Daniela (7/5): Good - The room was spacious and well located - right near the Spanish Steps. Check in was easy and the person managing the check in process was very nice and helpful to us during our early arrival. The bathroom could have been cleaner - there was mold in the shower that grossed me out. Also, since it’s the type of rental where there is no ongoing front desk or assistance, it would be nice if they replaced the waters in the room, even for a charge, daily so that guests have access to clean drinking water. I also think there should be some hooks to hang towels.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Nice spacious room, located very centrally with good metro connection. Larisa did a great job welcoming us and was very responsive. This was our first time in Rome so we aren't sure of the overall quality, but we were personally disappointed and did not think it was good value for money. For the price paid, the room is in need of refurbishment (bed was squeeky, noisy AC, shower box, bathroom generally). The price is similar to nearby 4 start hotels or airbnbs, without offering advantages of either (e.g. no breakfast or kitchen space). The location is however excellent and staff was incredibly welcoming, so we overall enjoyed our stay.

Our concierge was simply amazing, providing recommendations for anything we asked and arranging transportation for us. Complementary Prosecco, sparkling water and olive oil in our room was a bonus. We would highly recommend and love to return!!

The receptionist Larisa was incredibly attentive, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and welcoming us with thoughtful treats in the room. Although the building lacks a doorman outside of business hours, which can make check-in a bit challenging, our communication with Larisa by phone was very efficient, and we encountered no issues. • Suzi (9/5): A great room in a great location with exceptional customer service. - A great room in a great location. The room was spacious for a city centre location. The welcome Prosecco and water was a lovely touch. Communication with QT suites was extremely efficient and the host was exceptionally helpful with helping our needs. The shower was a little leaky and very sensitive which meant the water was very hot and difficult to change.
• Vincent (10/5): - We felt like we were in our favorite area of Rome. They gave us special instructions to enter the building a few days before. It involes a few steps to enter the building (way less complicated than how it may seem), and thats ok because we felt safe. Our less expensive room was fantastic. Bathroom spacious, lol had a see through shower if you wanted the shades up. Window opened up, which was fun to see the walkers below in the side streat. No complaints. Larisa gave us a list of restraunts. The ones we tried were delicious.

The location was literally a few hundred metres from the Spanish Steps and within a half walk of many major historical sites. The security of the building was great. We could hear no noise within or from outside. The apartment was lovely appointed and so clean. The staff were friendly. We would come again! Nothing

• Yoram (5/5): Disappointing. - Excellent location. Rooms - smaller than appear on the pictures in Booking. Very noisy room - on the street. No staff available in the afternoon. Old elevator that did not work in the morning (we had to go down the stairs with all our luggage). Relatively expensive for the limited value you get.
• Wendy (6/5): - The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

• Vijay (10/5): - The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean. We are glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome, and would go there again if we were to visit.
• Nadia (8/5): - Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

The aircon said it was on 18 but felt like 24 it was quite hot in the room and stuffy. The aircon light that stays on during the night was really bright and we found it difficult to fall asleep. Choosing between turning it off and the heat unfortunately we didn’t have a choice.

• Kristin (8/5): Comfortable room in excellent location. - The location was excellent and was easy to find for us and taxi drivers. It was literally 20metres to the top of the Spanish steps. The room was a good size and the staff (especially Larissa) were extremely helpful and were very welcoming. Plenty of shops and facilities located nearby. I would happily recommend this venue. The shower in our suite was quite small and tricky to shower in. First world problem though.

• Caitlin (7/5): July Visit to Rome - Large, clean room with wardrobe. Clear check in instructions provided. Secure property. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We had an issue with the toilet constantly running and the shower was blocked. Management were efficient at sending a plumber in to look at the issue and then offered for us to move into another room. Air conditioning in first room wasn’t running effectively, when we moved into the other room it was a lot cooler.

• Hayes (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed at the property in May 2023.The QT suites is an excellent property in a great location and is very convenient to all attractions. Barbara is a very pleasant lady who greeted us on our arrival she was so helpful and extremely friendly she arranged our checkin when we arrived at the property which was just a simple matter of passport check. Barbara went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Our suite was fantastic with beautiful parquet flooring. Our Bed was very comfortable. The windows have inner shutters which I loved, to black out the room as well as the voile and curtains. Flat screen TV with sky. The room was equipped with coffee and tea making facilities (Nespresso machine) and mini fridge. Bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and towels and spotless. The rooms are cleaned every day. We loved our stay in the QT Suites, the property is beautiful and has a fantastic charm and we look forward to returning again. Thank you Barbara we had a wonderful trip. Anne & Paul. Nothing
• Kevin (9/5): Great place to stay during your travels, safe and spacious. - Didn't take the breakfast options. However, location was great and accessible (Spagna) Everything was good, the owner would help rectify any concern you might have and assist in a very timely manner.
• Catarina (9/5): Good stay near Trinità dei Monti - Excelent location, one of the Best, right in the middle of everything, and all tourist sites were easily accessed by foot. The room was great, very spacious and so was the bathroom, both were modern and had all the conforts needed. Although they had lots of lamp bulbs, they were a bit on the dark side. The hot water had a way of cooling down while we were showering, what was an anti-climax, the wifi was also inconstant. The bed was allright, and so was the bed linen, but the pillows were awful, they were very high, hard and wouldn't soften down to our heads! They were the worst part, the rest wans't soo bad.
