• amanda (5/5): La verdad no recomendaríamos el lugar. - Me gustó el sector, la ubicación. No nos gustó el desayuno, no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Nos pareció bastante básico, se entregaron 2 huevos para preparar, sin embargo, no había aceite disponible en la cocina. Además, los panes estaban fríos. En general, sentimos que la propuesta fue muy limitada, considerando que uno espera un estándar más alto de desayuno en un hotel. Creemos que podrían mejorar este servicio para que esté más alineado con la calidad de atención hacia los pasajeros. Por otra parte, el televisor no contaba con servicio de streaming para poder ver una película y en la noche mucho ruido de las cañerías lo cual, imposibilitó poder conciliar el sueño.

• Jose (4/5): Decepcionante - Hotel sin ascensor y dpto asignado estaba en 4to piso, el desayuno había que prepararlo (no entregaban servilletas y azúcar suficiente para 3 personas, tuve que comprar). No había escoba y pala para limpiar el departamento. Las toallas se cambiaban después del 3er día (como política del hotel) . No había reposición de papel higiénico a diario (tuve que comprar, ya que solo dejaron 1 para 3 pasajeros). Problemas con desagüe de ducha (se obstruía a diario)

Both Bellavista and Lastarria within walking distance so plenty of coffee, pasteleria and dining options The air conditioning unit intermittently made a rattling sound (similar to a nespresso machine) which I only realised on my 3rd night. Slept without on my final night and the silence was wonderful.

• Oscar (8/5): Cerca de barrios patrimoniales y comerciales, una joya de decoración plena de detalles de buen gusto - Lo más impactante es la calidad de las terminaciones, muebles, luces. Todo es impecable y con mucho respeto a mantener la línea arquitectónica original. Alto nivel. El desayuno está bien resuelto, te dejan una bandeja en la habitación a la tarde, muy completa y con alimentos de calidad. La ubicación durante el día es muy transitada, con barrios muy cercanos como Bellavista, Patronato, Mercado Central, Bellas Artes, Lastarria. Muy caminable. La ubicación de noche puede ser un poco solitaria. Recomendable llegar en auto hasta la puerta. Te puede llegar a tocar habitaciones uno o dos pisos por escalera.

• Hannes (9/5): Good value, excellent location, needs improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping organization - A very solid choice if you are looking for a simple, well-located apartment in Santiago with good value for money. The location in Bellavista is truly excellent: many of the city's most important sights are within easy walking distance, including the Museo de Bellas Artes and Arte Contemporáneo, the Museo de Arte Precolombino, Casa Colorada, the bohemian quarter of Lastarria, Cerro Santa Lucía, and the funicular up Cerro San Cristóbal. Exploring the city from here is extremely convenient. The apartment itself was straightforward but functional and well equipped for self-catering. There were plenty of power outlets on all walls. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. Overall, the accommodation offers very good value for the price. A special mention goes to the reception staff: friendly, professional, and available 24/7. Communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly, the staff spoke good English, and they were happy to help with practical matters such as ordering a taxi to the airport or lending us an iron. All in all, a reliable place in a prime location. There are several aspects that could be improved. Our room was quite noisy, as it was located directly next to the staircase and corridor. Especially at night, this became disruptive when guests returned from evenings out, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast is acceptable for the price, but very basic: four slices of toast, two portions of jam, two portions of butter, two raw eggs to cook yourself, and orange juice. It might be better to offer guests the option to decline breakfast altogether rather than including it by default. Room cleaning often took place in the late afternoon, which coincided with our return to the apartment while getting ready for the evening. This made the timing inconvenient and suggests that housekeeping schedules could be better organized by management. Finally, the handling of bathroom toiletries was disappointing. Shampoo and soap provided by the hotel were removed by housekeeping after our first use. When we asked for replacements, they were provided only reluctantly, and we were informed that we should technically pay for them. This felt unnecessarily unfriendly and inconsistent with standard hotel practice.

• CLAUDIA (8/5): Bonito - El personal muy amable, todo impecable, muy buen acceso ya que está muy cerca el metro. Hay Teatros y muchos lugares para salir a disfrutar. La habitación muy pequeña en relación a las fotos, la mesita con las sillas y el sofá no estaban. Es solo una habitación de un abiente, ahi está todo.

At the checkout day we could use the facilities in the lobby and the staff was very supportive It toonk 3 weeks before i got my deposit of 100 dollar back. The hotel approved the release of the deposit at the day of departure but anyhow 3 weeks is long. Must be easier and faster.

• Guillermo (10/5): Experiencia en Apart Hotel B - La ubicación del apart Hotel B está cerca del parque forestal, museo de bellas artes, del Centro, de plaza de armas y me pareció muy seguro que incluso pude ir con mi pareja a disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales la noche del 31 de Diciembre a la torre Entel.En frente hay un supermercado, líder Express, dónde puedes comprar cosas. Personal del hotel agradable y servicial.Comentarios dados por Guillermo Amador y Liliana Acosta, Colombia. Nos hubiera gustado un desayuno algo más variado.

La ubicación no era lo ideal para nosotros pero no quedaba nada en la zona de Las Condes. Nos habían cancelado nuestra reserva y llegamos ahí por necesidad. • Betânia (6/5): Bom custo-benefício para curto período - A decoração é bonita e o chuveiro tem excelente pressão e temperatura. O hotel está próximo do centro histórico, é possível fazer muita coisa a pé. O prédio é um pouco mais antigo, mas é bem conservado e arrumado. O café da manhã é muito limitado, recebemos uma pequena cesta para preparar a refeição (4 fatias de pão de forma, duas pequenas garrafas de suco, dois ovos crus, manteiga, geleia, dois iogurtes e café em pó solúvel). Me hospedei com meu marido e filho de quase dois anos e a quantidade de comida não era suficiente para nós três então tivemos que complementar com compras de mercado. Não tivemos serviço de limpeza durante a estadia, o que não é um problema para uma hospedagem de um ou dois dias, mas por mais tempo que isso é algo que incomoda. O bairro é um pouco perigoso de andar à noite. Não recomendo para famílias com crianças pequenas, mas é um hotel razoável pelo custo-benefício.
• Stella Gontijo (9/5): Muito boa - A localização é excelente, perto do metrô e em uma região de fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Santiago. A equipe do hotel é excelente, muito atenciosos e gentis. O tamanho do quarto também é muito bom e confortável. O café da manhã é uma cesta com produtos ultraprocessados de pouca qualidade, como pão de forma e uma geléia puro açúcar, e café solúvel. Você tem que preparar seu almoço e ainda lavar as vasilhas, achei que não compensa. Foi conveniente no dia em que a gente saiu cedo para o aeroporto, mas nos outros dias não é bem o que chamamos de café da manhã de hotel. Acho que vale mais a pena preparar o próprio café sem dependente da cesta. Mas, não recomendo o mercado que tem na porta. Entramos lá para olhar preço dos vinhos, ele ficou nos seguindo e pediu para ver minha bolsa, o que é um comportamento ilegal no Chile, além de ser totalmente desagradável e abusivo.
