I stayed on the main floor by the office and there is an adjacent suite that they just attached a fake wall beside the other suite on the main floor and you can hear the person using the bathroom beside you; this was stressful for me because I like some kind of privacy, especially if you book a private room. I guess that’s pretty well that everything else was fantastic..

It was quite noisy as the bathroom set up was a bit strange with an open ceiling. Our room was very small so was a bit of a pain with our big bags etc. but can’t complain for the price :)

Es war sehr laut von der Rezeption die auf der anderen Seite war. Das Zimmer hatte Fenster zur Rezeption, was nicht nur laut sondern auch hell war.

- Alejandra (1/5): - Nada Hice una reserva online. Me pidieron transferir para confirmarla pero como soy extranjera, no pude. Mandé un mensaje explicando la situación pero nunca respondieron. Siempre apareció como confirmada la reserva en Booking. Llegamos al hotel y el recepcionista nos dijo que la habitación ya no estaba disponible y me ofrecieron otra 4 veces más cara. Desde Booking me salía que quedaba una habitación disponible de la misma habitación que había seleccionado anteriormente. Hice la reserva y el recepcionista me dijo que esa habitación no estaba disponible. Le pregunté cómo era posible porque en la app me aparecía que estaba disponible. Se desligó la situación hechándole la culpa a Booking diciendo que es una IA, que ellos nada que ver, etc. Nunca nos alojamos en el hotel. Me parece una falta de respeto que en la app se publicite algo que no es cierto.

La persona de recepción fue atenta y nos recomendó cosas que hacer en la ciudad. Quizás lo que no me gustó es que el baño estaba fuera de la habitación y pasas frío pasando del baño a la habitación. Está como en el patio interior que se entra desde el cuarto. El segundo día el agua de la ducha no calentó mucho.

La habitación que me tocó estaba en el primer piso y se escuchaban muchos ruidos: de la recepción, de las tuberías, de los baños de los otros pisos. Además, el baño era muy pequeño.
- Brian (10/5): Great place to stay for a quiet break, close to main plaza - Love this little hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the volcano. The bed was comfortable and clean. It's located in a cul-de-sac that's gated and manned after 22.00 so there are no cars or pedestrians walking by the hotel. Close to main Plaza, which is uphill but manageable. Not quite sure why there is a kitchen area as there is no cooker or utensils?? Didn't bother us as we found Araquipa reasonable to eat out.

- maria viviana (10/5): Acceso cerrado - El balcon de alli podria apreciar esa callecita tan pintoresca y llena de buena vibra Ya la calle tiene 3 accesos pero cierran 2 uno de ellos temprano y ya no se puede ingresar por alli entonces tienes q darte una inmensa vuelta para llegar al acceso q para abierto ese seria el unico inconveniente, la solucion seria pedir la llave del acceso donde te queda cerca cuando retornas al hotel

- Yamid (7/5): Cómoda estancia en el corazón de Arequipa - La ubicación a tiro de piedra de la plaza de Armas. La habitación contaba con sofá, un pequeño comedor, balcón con vista al Misti, un armario. La ducha brindaba varios chorros de hidromasaje, además de contar con agua caliente todo el tiempo. El personal fue correcto. Aunque reciben tarjeta de crédito y dólares, es mejor que siempre que pueda haga el pago en soles. El cambio es desfavorable. La habitación es un poco oscura, se puede mejorar la iluminación si se reparan algunas luminarias dañadas. Al llegar o salir temprano en la mañana o tarde en la noche se debe cerciorar que puertas del barrio están abiertas, sino debe ir volver de un lado a otro.

- Salazar (5/5): no fue agradable la experiencia - por el camino empinado y accidentado fue muy lejos del centro, no tome desayuno, la habitacion que me trasladaron luego de quejarme de la habitación del primer piso, era aceptable pero en un cuarto piso sin ascensor La habitación que separe en primer piso tenia el baño en un tragaluz que entraba el aire, me queje de las condiciones y me trasladaron a un cuarto piso, que subir escaleras era cansado.

При этом отель находится в очень тихом месте, шума нет вообще. Отзывчивый персонал. Хорошее соотношение цены-качества за такое расположение. WI-FI отличный. Все хорошо.

- Travis (6/5): - Good location in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean. Paper thin walls; can hear other guests' conversations. Very small room. Little space for luggage. Difficult to move around. Hot water only during the daytime. Given that many tours in Arequipa start very early and end late, you may not be able to take a hot water shower.

- Aysa (9/5): Muy buena estancia, no tan comunicada. - La habitacion fue muy comoda, bonita vista, tuvo friobar, lavadero y microondas. Excelente. Me hubiera quedado mas dias, pero estaba de paso. Aun asi, fue un descanso muy muy agradable y muy limpio. Lo que me parecio un poco dificil fue la estructura de la ducha (para entrar y salir), y el hecho de que queda en un pasaje y no hay servicios alrededor. Habria que comprar lo que necesites con tiempo. Podrian advertirtelo en el counter para tomar las precauciones. Seria muy sencillo.
- Diana (7/5): Excelente ubicación, una estadía buena para el precio - La ubicación es muy bonita y segura. Lo mejor es que aunque está muy cerca al centro y a la Plaza de Armas, no hay bulla. La atención del personal de recepción es muy buena también. Siempre tuve bastante información y comunicación desde la reserva, el check-in, durante la estadía y para el check-out. Había agua caliente y buena presión del agua. No hay señal en el hotel, pero te ofrecen wi-fi sin costo adicional. El baño estaba afuera del cuarto, saliendo por un patiecito al aire libre y en la noche hace demasiado frío. Lo otro es que mi habitación estaba al costado del lobby y podía escuchar a la gente afuera y de la habitación contigua con bastante claridad.
- Doris (8/5): Céntrico y completo - La ubicación fue lo mejor, cerca del centro y en un barrio muy bonito y seguro. Además la cocina estaba muy bien equipada, lo que nos permitió hacernos nuestros desayunos a gusto. La habitación principal tiene unas paredes de vidrio, lo cual no da mucha privacidad con relación al resto del departamento, quizá unas cortinas hubieran sido un buen complemento.

- Mikeh2017 (8/5): Good value if you stay in the top floor apartment - The apartment at the top was very comfortable. It would have been good if they had a small table setting on the balcony. Half the days the water was only luke warm. The other days very hot though.
- Barry (8/5): Very good - Great location for tourists. Extremely comfortable room and in a very secure area. 24 hour reception is beneficial as a lot of tours from Arequipa start very early in the morning.

- Andrew (4/5): Bathroom with a panorama (and an audience) - The location is great, close to the old town, but also within walking distance of a large Real Plaza and Plaza Vea. Potentially a nice apartment for a good price, with a view over a large part of the city and the mountains. But unfortunately, a large part of those mountains and the city also had a view into our bathroom window, which the hotel didn’t think necessary to cover. There are blinds, but they’re in such poor condition that many are missing, leaving you quite literally standing bare-bottomed in front of the window when using the toilet or taking a shower. We brought this up with the reception, but they didn't take this serious. Furthermore, the hygiene—especially in the bathroom—was poor. It was clearly visible that a previous guest had shaved there, there were toothpaste stains on the wall, and the handheld showerhead was in such bad condition that it was basically unusable. In the kitchen, I particularly missed the cleaning supplies that had been promised on Booking.com, which meant we couldn’t even wash our own dishes—a real drawback when renting an apartment like this. Some basic cleaning supplies would have made the mandatory daily cleaning, for which we had to leave the apartment by 9:45 a.m. for two hours every day, more or the less unnecessary. Overall, I didn’t feel like guest well-being was a priority here, which is a dealbreaker for me.

- Yannick (9/5): Superb - Good location, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, an amazing view over Misti volcano and friendly staff Deposit request via bank transfer doesn't work well for last-minute booking (and is overall an inconvenience). The room that we booked was given to someone else and we received an unwanted upgrade with less privacy but the staff was helpful and a solution was found in the end
- Libardo (9/5): Very good location and very quiet at the top floor so we extended our stay there! - We liked the location the most being that close to the Plaza del Armas. We did not like that our terrace was not alone for us and that the cleaning lady invaded our privacy when trying to do the hotel laundry! We were at the toproof so that problem only occurs there!
- Gerry (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was super friendly, gave us an upgrade on our room which was really cool, rooms are nice like mini apts, 5 minute walk to plaza de armas. Good balcony view. Super cheap price, stayed 3 days. Wish they had better wifi. Other than that, hotel was 9/10
