- Katelin (10/5): This was an amazing stay for four nights! - This Airbnb was super clean, close to the old town, and comfortable! We had a party of three, so the bed and sofa bed was great. The kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, plates, etc.) The washing machine was great too, but it was very small. We had to wash one person’s laundry one at a time because it was small, just a heads up! The bathroom was great too. Our apartahotel we got was, luckily, right in front of the Galleria Mall/Kraków Train Station, and Bus station, which was amazing. This is good because if you want to go to the Salt Mines or Auschwitz, the transportation was close by. This Airbnb was also close to the old town/square. Additionally, the host was super responsive!! When we got there, we realized we needed more trash bags, toilet paper, etc. We asked the host around 5-6PM, which is past there working times, but they swiftly responded that they would give us some the following day! One thing I have noticed is that the WiFi was a bit slow at times. It was also not a big range because when I was in the bathroom, I have very small bars of WiFi, and the bathroom was not that far. This is not a big of a deal at all, but something I have noticed.

We had a roof terrace which was wonderful even in the rain. Overall the place was VERY clean and very worth our money! The only thing and I really mean the ONLY thing was the WIFI, I noticed we had a WiFi router in our room so I thought only we would be connected to it however it seems that it must've supplied WiFi to multiple rooms because the WiFi was VERY slow and sometimes wouldn't even connect and would lose connection

- Andreas (8/5): Kann ich gern empfehlen, würde es beim nächsten Mal aber ohne Frühstück buchen - Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küche ausreichend Geschirr, Entfernung zur Altstadt optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort Zum Frühstück musste man in ein Restaurant über die Straße.
- Ag (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca. Pomimo okien wychodzących na dużą ulice, całkiem niezłe wygłuszenie. Wygodne łóżko, dla niektórych może być zbyt miękkie. Na 1 noc, jako sypialnia bardzo wystarczający. Mieszkanie było średnio posprzątane, zwlaszacza podłoga. Puste dziury po wymianie zamków w drzwiach wejściowych wyglądają mało estetycznie.

- Kerstin (3/5): zu teuer für den vorhandenen Komfort - Die Unterkunft war fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Das Bad war geräumig. Die Betten waren eine einzige Katastrophe, kein Dopppelbett wie beschrieben vorhanden, sie knarrten und waren sehr unbequem. Die viel zu flache Matratze reichte mal gerade bis zur Kante, so dass man sich an der Bettkante ständig stieß. Die Geräuschkulisse war auch nicht auszuhalten, so dass man nicht zum Schlaf kam. Die Möbel sind auch schon ganz schön abgewohnt. Es fehlten Geschirrtücher, Abwaschlappen und ein Stöpsel für die Spüle.

Nous avons réservé cet hébergement en pensant que le rapport qualité/prix était intéressant, et honnêtement c’était une erreur. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’un appartement divisé en deux par une simple cloison très fine : on entend absolument tout ce qui se dit dans la pièce voisine, même à volume normal. Les rideaux sont également trop courts, et comme le logement donne sur une avenue très passante, il y a de la lumière en permanence, de jour comme de nuit, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. De plus, l’isolation phonique côté rue est mauvaise, on entend les sirènes et ambulances passer régulièrement pendant la nuit. Sur les photos cela semblait correct, mais en réalité ce n’est pas satisfaisant. Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus et choisir un autre hôtel.

- IVa.J (8/5): Skvělá lokalita s výbornou pozicí ve městě, byt příjemně zařízený a vybavený. - Skvělá lokalita, nedaleko vlakového nádraží, kousek od centra na hlavní trase místní dopravy. Krásná nová zástavba se zelení a příjemnými výhledy. Kuchyňka příjemně vybavená, k dispozici káva, čaj. V okolí malé obchůdky, kavárna i několik možností rychlého občerstvení. Úschovna zavazadel přes ulici. Za nás perfektní volba, kterou doporučíme dál. Jediné negativum je kalové čerpadlo s drtičem na wc, které je neskutečně hlučné a zapíná se různě v neidentifikovatelnou dobu a to i když použil wc někdo u sousedů. Pokaždé jsme z toho nenadálého hluku měli docela šok a v noci jsme se snažili wc nevyužívat. Jinak bych už neusnula...

- Malgorzata (7/5): Uważam, że cena jest za wysoka, nawet jeśli lokalizacja jest ok - Lokalizacja Łóżko - koszmarnie miękki materac, brak lampki nocnej, co dla osoby czytającej jest bardzo odczuwalne. W instrukcji zameldowania nie było informacji, że pokój znajduje się za patio; na szczęście ochroniarz pomógł nam odnaleźć zaginiony pokój . Ponadto nie dało się zasłonić szczelnie okna , ciągle miałam wrażenie, że widać mnie z innego pokoju po przeciwnej stronie

Breakfast was really tasty in a small place nearby. Communication with hotel is fast and clear. Parking should be available prior to accomodating via doorbell connecting garage to reception. It felt a bit like Exit game to somewhere leave a car, find the right building, move through coded doors, find your room, get through another code for keys (room and garage), go back, park the car, leave garage via another entrance, find again the right building etc...which you really do not want to play with exhausted kids.

Les différents trajets pour avoir accès au parking, dans un autre bâtiment, puis au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner mais cela reste largement faisable

- Roberts (8/5): Great location and a comfortable stay, but the apartment could be slightly better equipped. - The location was excellent — very close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and all the main places we needed during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and convenient for exploring Kraków. The apartment looked a little better in the photos than in real life. Also, the kitchen equipment was somewhat limited — a few more plates and forks would have been useful. We also missed basic essentials like salt, sugar, oil, tea, or coffee, which are often left by previous guests in other apartments we have stayed in.

- Aytek (9/5): Overall, whenever I visit Krakow again, I definitely won’t waste time searching for another place to stay. - A place you can truly stay at again and again in Krakow. The location is perfect — very close to the train station and Galeria Krakowska, while still being within walking distance of the Old Town. The room itself was spotless, and everything you might need was thoughtfully prepared. Whether for a short city break or a longer stay, it is more than comfortable enough. The breakfast offers good value for the price, but to be honest, you can find much better breakfast spots nearby without purchasing it at the hotel. It was enjoyable, but not particularly memorable or satisfying.

- Paweł (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i w przyszłości również będziemy korzystać z apartamentów Turnau. Polecam - Apartament bardzo duży, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Bez problemu można było przyjechać do apartamentu z psiakiem, jak również nie było problemu z rezerwacją parkingu w garażu podziemnym. Apartament znajduje się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dworca głównego PKP i Galerii Krakowskiej. Bardzo blisko do Starego Miasta i Wawelu. Apartament znajdował się na III piętrze, a przy budynku przebiega dość ruchliwa droga. Niestety słaba jakość okien w apartamencie lub zamontowanych dodatkowo w nich wentylacji powoduje, że w nocy z zewnątrz słychać bardzo głośno każdy przejeżdżający pojazd, jak również głośno zachowujące się osoby przechodzące obok budynku. Jednak jest to chyba w miarę normalne skoro budynek znajduje się praktycznie w centrum miasta.

- HAN JONG (10/5): - 넓고 깨끗한 공간이 너무 좋았다. 숙소 찾기는 어렵지 않으나 입실하는 단계가 나이든 여행객에게는 어려웠다.
- Ириада Марцевич (9/5): - Сподобалася локація: поруч Старе Місто, Краківська галерея, залізничний вокзал, багато кафе та ресторанів. Квартира мінімалістична, але є все необхідне. Для двох осіб — дуже хороший варіант, для сім’ї з дітьми може бути трохи тісно. Також дуже зручний підземний паркінг — багато місця, але потрібно точно знати в’їзд. Краще спочатку залишити авто на відкритому паркінгу біля Краківської галереї, зайти в квартиру та взяти ключі від гаража, бо без них заїхати неможливо. Потім можна спокійно забрати авто й заїхати в гараж. Якщо щось незрозуміло — краще уточнити маршрут у консьєржа. Не дуже сподобався лише запах сирості у шафі в коридорі.

Mehrere Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe / Sehr große und sehr komfortable Tiefgarage / Küche mit Waschmaschine / super sauber Wir hatten Zimmer 117 mit Klimaanlage Kommunikation über Booking.com mit Anweisungen zum Check in und den PIN-Codes lief einwandfrei. Warmes Wasser stand sofort und ausreichend zur Verfügung Durch die Lüftungsschlitze der Fenster drang viel Straßenlärm ins Zimmer. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte für die Nacht Gehörschutz mitbringen. Internetgeschwindigkeit war mäßig. Küche war absolut unzureichend ausgerüstet: Es gab keine Kanne, keinen Krug, kein Schneidebrett, kein Geschirrhandtuch Einige Leuchtmittel waren defekt! Merkt das nicht der Zimmerservice?

- Kateryna (6/5): В цілому добре, але з нюансами. - Дуже гарна локація, нова будівля, все чисто і красиво. Зрозумілі інструкції по заїзду, швидке реагування на запитання. Є де залишити речі. Забули поставити шампунь і мило. Враховуючи, що я приїжджала пізно, це було не зручно, адже після довгої дороги розраховуєш сходити в душ і відпочивати, а не шукати чим помити руки хоча б. І також було одне велике ліжко, але 2 маленькі ковдри (з розрахунку на 2 людей). Ковдри реально маленькі, я не могла нормально спати і постійно прокидалась, бо ноги не поміщались під ними :( не зручно страшенно.

- Анна (7/5): - Хорошее расположение, если у вас ранний выезд на поезде, до вокзала 5 мин пешком, до центра 10 мин пешком Так как это апартаменты, то мне не хватило обычного домашнего уюта, нет полотенец на кухне, также нет даже салфетки которой можно вытереть со стола, люстра которая висит посреди комнаты, расположена очень низко и мой муж постоянно бился о неё головой. В целом чисто, все есть, и хорошее месторасположение.

- Ewa (7/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum Krakowa, dobry na krótki pobyt - nie korzystałam ze śniadania, cena była zbyt wygórowana, a na śniadanie trzeba było wyjść do restauracji w innym budynku Brak możliwości bezpośredniego zejścia klatką schodową do garażu, trzeba były wyjść na zewnątrz okrążyć budynek i od drugiej ulicy wejść do garażu bramą garażową, wejście do garażu wjazdem garażowym nie jest bezpieczne, nie mówiąc już o niedogodnościach związanych np. z przemieszczaniem się z bagażami krążąc po okolicy. Lokal znajdował się w części budynku od głównej ulicy co powodowało, że było bardzo głośno /tramwaje, intensywny ruch uliczny/, z tego co się orientuję lokale mające okna na podwórka są w tej samej cenie. Praktycznie do momentu przyjazdu nie znałam numeru lokalu ani tego gdzie jest położony poza ogólną lokalizacją. Obok apartamentu mieścił się inny apartament tej samej firmy, odbyła się tam pierwszego dnia bardzo głośna impreza /rozumiem jednak, że firma nie ma wpływu na zachowania wynajmujących/

- Jacek (8/5): Okna metalowe dwuszybowe nie zapewniają należytej ochrony przed hałasem. - Mogłaby być w tym samym budynku. Słupek z czytnikiem do otwierania bramy garażowej obudowany wysokim i zupełnie niepotrzebnym murkiem, nadającym się idealnie do uszkadzania felg samochodowych. Właśnie swoją uszkodziłem, ale śladów na murku jest znacznie więcej.
- CEZARY (7/5): Mieszkanie w porządku, w świetnej lokalizacji. - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do Dworca Głównego (pieszo 5 minut) i na Rynek Główny (pieszo 10 minut). Bardzo dobra komunikacja z wynajmującym, bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Problemy z telewizorem (brak sygnału TV), brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, brak ręcznika papierowego w aneksie kuchennym.
