• Shelly (10/5): - This property is well located with an ocean view! The apartment was spacious and had a big balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had a set of 4 dishes so had to wash regularly. It would have been nice to have more drinking glasses. The bed was comfortable. There is a coffee shop and market downstairs. I would recommend this property.

Right below was the Market where you could grab snacks and food items, and beside the Market was a wonderful coffee shop where we picked up latte's and fresh pastries each morning.. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all.

• Elizabeth (8/5): - The check-in was easy. The view amazing, the facility was clean and had all the amenities to create a comfortable stay. The Telus box in the main room is broken so the TV not usable and the shower did not work in the bathroom - hence the 3 stars for condition and facilities and as the check in is the store clerk, there isn't much option for resolving these issues in the moment.

• Jessica (10/5): - We loved our stay at the suites. It was a great home base for visiting family. The suite itself was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved being able have somewhere to work remotely (wifi was great) or to just hang out and visit with each other. The grocery store and coffee shop was great to have literally right downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

• JANET GERMANA (10/5): - We stayed in a large 2 bedroom suite, and it had a full kitchen and dining table, as well as nice living room area area. Staff was incredible nice and helpful ... letting us check in early and helping with returning something we forgot. The space was very clean and had lots of light. We really enjoyed staying at Pacific Point and would definitely book there again.

• Richard (10/5): A great stop over on the way to Vancouver Island - This was part of a tour. Huge suite above a well stocked mini market and great coffee shop. Walking distance to a good waterfront restaurant. Excellent value and very comfortable.

Staff was super helpful, we were missing our information sheet upon check-in and so we had lots of questions and each time they were friendly helpful

• Peter (8/5): - Suite was spacious and well kept. Good view of the coastline and sunset on balcony. The road noice was very loud all the times. Not great if you are a light sleeper.
• Barb (8/5): A short, but comfortable stay - It was a really nice big living area and bedrooms. It was great having two bathrooms. The kitchen seemed well stocked with dishes and utensils. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning so did not spend much time in the room. Our only negative was the traffic noise during the night from the street out front.
• Natasha (10/5): Another great family stay - This was our second stay here and we will be back again. The rooms are well equipped in the kitchen, having insuite laundry is nice. It wasn’t too hot but the AC cranks and turns the suite into “Icelandia” 😄
• Mike (10/5): New Market Suite - Great new unit - loved the cleanliness and the features. We were only there 1 night, but would gladly stay a few days in Powell River; lots of great places to visit and eat. And being above the cool market was a bonus!
• Martin (8/5): - We stayed here for one night during a week-long British Columbia road trip. First, the view from our suite was spectacular: from our large, picture-frame windows, we could see the crystal blue Georgia Strait and the green, green mountains of Texada Island. The suite was spacious (2 bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a porch), relatively clean, modern (open-ish floor plan with tall ceilings), conveniently located, quiet, and filled with light during the day. We didn't know what to expect given that it's above a grocery store, but we were pleasantly surprised. Another plus is that it has a free in-unit washer and dryer, which was very helpful. My only complaints are that some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the couch could be more thoroughly vacuumed (the crevices had crumbs), and there were a few tiny flies inside (a previous guest may have left the door open and let them in). But those complaints pale in comparison to the all the positives. This place is a steal, and we would recommend staying here.
• Noel (10/5): - Big, clean and updated space! A bit noisy as there is a lot of construction out back. Perfect for a few day stay or even a quick overnight work trip.

They would not provide us a hairdryer. Grocery store and bakery open at 6 am attached to property. Free parking.

• George (10/5): - Very very roomy. It's a condo. It feels brand new. It even has a washer and dryer plus a full kitchen all very clean. (No facial tissue or bedside clock weren't a big deal).
• Elena (6/5): - I initially staying at this property last year while visiting my friends place down the street. We had a pleasant experience, so we booked again this year. Despite calling to confirm of two separate bathrooms, we got a three bedrooms and a one bathroom place. Also my credit card was pre charged without me checking in physically with a $20 fee for an extra person (which we had initially). My friend cancelled so there was only two of us. Wanting to get the refund of the $20, I was told to ask when we checked out the next day.
• Ed (8/5): - Quite large property with two bathrooms. Some noise from other guests in the middle of the night (early hours Saturday morning). Kitchen not brilliantly stocked with all utensils and pots etc. Walls very bare. Very comfortable place though and staff very helpful.

It's a bit bleak though with nothing on the walls and bare minimum furnishings. The walls are quite thin and a fair amount of road noise makes its way in too. No screens on the windows. I always feel a bit lonely there.

Shower leaks onto floor quite significantly and the kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Feels like a hodgepodge of random dishes and would be good to have a consistent set of dishes.

• Chun Ho (10/5): - We have stayed here for 4 days. Staffs are super nice, the place is clean, free wifi, location is convenient with a shop right underneath where you can basically pickup most of the things you will be needing. Fast foods and bigger grocery shops are 5 min drive. The AC is an added bonus. The only things you might need to bring is a hairdryer and a shampoo. Will definitely stay here once again for future trips. Thanks

Everything about the stay was great. the location is perfect, wonderful view and a straight shot to the ferry and sports complex. The condo was spacious and fully equipped. Having the market and coffee shop downstairs was super convenient and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

• Laura (8/5): - Overall all the stay was great. Very spacious and clean! The only thing I would recommend is the staff have better communication with what’s going on with the rooms. Upon check in, around 7pm the person at the desk gave me the keys and mentioned the people before may not have checked out. They told me to go up and knock to see if anyone’s in the room. If so, come back to let them know. I was a bit hesitant and found that unprofessional to have to do that myself incase people were still in the room. That would be awkward. Luckily it was vacant!

• Marino (10/5): - First time going to Powell River. At first, a bit hesitant because we didn't know this area. Picking up the keys are done at the Market below, units are on the second floor, but away from the market. Plenty of parking. This unit was a very nice surprise, not that many photos on the website though, but new and clean.
• donna (10/5): - Absolutely excellent stay. Very affordable and suite was exceptional in every way but one. Floor around counter has loose board which could cause tripping. Needs better signage for check in, otherwise, food market on main floor was first class and lovely little coffee shop was attached to market. All in all, a stellar place to stay.

• Kirk (8/5): - staying in a 2 BR condo for less than a hotel? yes, with a convenient market and coffe shop below, and a 5 minute drive into town for dinner. This is a fully equipped 2 br condo, clean, convenient for a 3 night stay in PR. The only minor quibble is the music from the coffee shop below and traffic noise due to location at intersection of Marine and Joyce. But would stay here again.
• Steve (10/5): - After several long travel days and okay hotels Pacific Point Suites in Powell River, British Columbia, was a welcome oasis. A bright, spotlessly clean, fully equipped three-bedroom apartment for less than several “5 star” hotels in major cities. Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff were tremendous — from sorting out the online booking process (that the hotel has no control over) to late check-in and quick, simple check-out
• Sian (8/5): - We had a great stay here for two nights! Super handy with the grocery store below. It's a massive apartment which was good, to have some space and a full kitchen etc. It was a little noisy at times with the road noise, but it wasn't a huge deal for a couple nights. I would stay here agin.
