• Justin (1/5): Very uncomfortable. - We didn't have any towels there was no overnight receptionist to give us any. So my wife and my son and I ended up having to go to the store and buy towels. Otherwise we would have had to share that's atrocious as that may sound it's true. There was no ice machine in the entire facility. The beds are hard as rocks And there were no courts to carry our luggage upstairs I had to make three trips to my truck. Mind you the facility is riddled with white crackheads and meth addicts. We did not feel safe the entire time that we were there. I would never stay there or recommend any of my family to stay there ever in life. It was despicable to say the least. I didn't like anything about it, it was horrible and scary. The place seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

• Finch (1/5): Now I know what filtering means. Pictures can do tricks on your eyes. - There was no blow dryers in the room! No coffee machines in rooms, tiny bathroom, no wash cloths. No shampoo, no conditioner, no soap. Called to complain, it says number is no longer working, phone in the room automatically says all circuits are busy. After House hours, they all leave and there gone from early early morning til like 7 a.m. So that didn't make me feel secure at all. They should put people with pets on a certain end, so that when they bark, and they are dogs, that's what they do. It doesn't disturb the none pet lover. And when other guest are being noisy, loud and obnoxious, I believe security guard should patrol the floors for safety and not just sitting up in the lobby visiting with front desk.Whos checking the cameras as all of this is taking place. I have to say it wasn't pleasant and I did not enjoy my stay or trip. I would have almost been a Karen but I said no, don't be that way, but I think I deserve a refund or a free stay at ANOTHER hotel. Not this one. Perhaps more better hotels for a reasonable price. But will never stay at the one in Lafayette,LA beside the Airport. Well?? Lol nothing.

• Jacqueline (1/5): Entrance to Hell - Shantel The drug addicts, the weed smell, the other staff, the lack of advertised amenities and no handicap accessibility. My entire family was uncomfortable. We will be seeking legal action against Wood springs suites and booking.com. This whole experience was very traumatic.

I could be wrong I am not sure. I also didn't like how the clerk had to make a photo copy of my ID. To me that was of and is making me very uncomfortable.

• Summer (1/5): I will be requesting my money back - Nothing. I left after 2 hours and booked a new hotel. It smelled like a campfire. There were people just wandering the halls. I didnt realize someone was murdered just a couple months before. The beds were like at camp. The facilities were run down. I did not feel safe.

The property is located near a train track so when a train passes it’s loud, elevator was dirty, guests leaving the back door opened, an aminal could’ve ran inside building. It definitely didn’t give fresh, comfortable, relaxation, I was about to ask for my money back and leave but front desk was gone for the night.

• Jamie (6/5): I will never stay here again. Waste of money. - Nothing. I booked a two bed online. When I got to town after driving for 7 hours I was given a room with only one bed. Then I told the lady at the desk I needed two beds for myself and my disabled son who is 22. She had an attitude problem and sighed and said it's notnher fault and that I can not have a refund when I asked for one. Then she put me in a two bed and charged me more money. Then in the middle of the night theirbwas a fight in the parking lot between a woman and a man. They were yelling. She sounded drunk and it went on for over an hour. My daughter was kidnapped and I had court the next morning. I am blind in my left eye and have sight loss in the right. I do have glasses but I have night blindness, two cataracts and vision loss. The room lighting was very poor and the beds are on cots like at girl scout camp. They are extremely high off the ground and dangerous for someone with a disability.

• Destinee (2/5): - The outside was cosmetically appealing. I did not like that the elevator was out and the hotel smelled of marijuana. The room was fairly clean however there was no WiFi available, we could not get replacement towels and there was a noise issue. All night people running up and down the halls both on our floor and the one above as well as trains passing. It was not noted there were train tracks adjacent to the property. The night time worker on the 10 was very polite and as helpful as she could be and that was the only highlight of our stay.

• Lisa (4/5): It's a room if you need to sleep but ain't really worth more then 40 bucks - Location and pet friendly The staff didn't explaine anything which way the room was.. any thing about laundry.. tables and chairs are wobbly.. the staff that lives their is loud.. ppl constantly arguing.. loud music even outside from the vehicles of ppl just hanging out ..you can't properly wash your Laundry the ppl that live there take all the machines. The next day the laundry was down ..I did manage to get a load washed but had to hang it in my room to dry because again all 10 dryers are full .. you can't cook on stoves in the rooms. The staff was rude for the most part
