• Jean (10/5): - Concept très novateur. Un petit hôtel boutique tout petit (ne contient que 6 chambres) mais hyper confortable e5 bien décoré. On croirait habiter une ancienne résidence parisienne. Une fois passé la grande porte parisienne donnant sur la rue et franchi la porte donnant accès au bâtiment (pas évident la première fois car cette portion du bâtiment est un peu délabrée), quelle surprise nous attend au premier étage lorsque nous ouvrons la porte qui donne sur un petit salon commun (qui se transforme en espace petit déjeuner le matin). Il n’y a pas de réception à proprement dit. Nous recevons la veille les instructions (codes d’accès numériques). Lorsque je suis arrivé vers 14h, il y avait cependant quelqu’un. Les chambres sont bien décorées et très bien dotées. Le lit est très confortable. Seul bémol, le bruit de la rue était très présent dans ma chambre mais nous sommes à Paris… Si vous ne voyagez pas seul ou en couple, sachez que la portion douche est visible depuis le lit. Le petit déjeuner servi tout les matin (croissants, céréales, pain, viandes, salade de fruits, jus, etc.) est très bon. L’hôtel est bien situé près de la gare Saint-Lazarre, du métro, des grands magasins et de plusieurs restos. Concept novateur et original (un peu comme un b&b et un hôtel boutique jumelé). Je recommande.
• Paula (8/5): - The Premier Etage on Rue Joubert is in such an amazing location, only two RER stops from Gare Du Nord (so handy for CDG) and so handy for the Grand Magasins (Galleries Lafayette, Printemp) and Opera Garnier. It is also 3 minutes walk from a Metro stop which will take to to the Grand Palais, Le Louvre, etc etc. The apartments are superbly clean, and super easy to access with key codes, no need to be fumbling for hotel cards. The staff is really super helpful. The breakfast is super generous, I hate food waste so I asked them to bring me less after the first day. The room I had (room 6) was a good size, though the shower is in the bedroom and in a separate bathroom, which I am not keen on, but I should have paid more attention when booking. The rooms and communal areas are well decorated, with quirky little decorations from some high end brands like Astaire de Villiette. There is a small kitchen, equipped with tea, coffee machine, microwave and kettle and some little sweet treats. You can get to the apartments by a small flight or stairs or a lift. You have to step over the bottom part of the door as you enter the courtyard so it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. There was also a step in the bedroom, between the area of the room with the sink and shower and the area with the bed. Overall I would rate Premier Etage very highly for location, cleanliness, decor, staff and breakfast.

• Jonathan (10/5): - This place is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful stay. It had everything we were looking for in Paris. Great location, plenty of sites, stores and restaurants right in the vicinity. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice sized shower with substantial water pressure, a wardrobe for each of us to store clothes. Highly recommend.

• Michael (10/5): - Great little B&B find, conveniently located near Gare Saint Lazare. It's a little tricky getting into the building, but if you follow the instructions that the hotel provides, it shouldn't be an issue. The room was very comfortable, and the rainfall shower was wonderful. I would happily return!
• BENJAMIN (10/5): - We only found this accommodation the night before our stay so was very short notice and we looked online exhaustively for options, but this place is the best we have ever stayed in Paris once you get past first appearances. Access to the property was down a lane and up to first floor (via lift or stair). Inside the rooms are big for Paris and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with mix of cereal, fruit, youghurt, pastries / baguette & coffee, and is served individually in central common area which was nice. The staff friendliness was amazing, there was nothing too much trouble for them and they love to chat with you about Paris or anything really. Would highly recommend to anyone and come back here without any hesitation. The location is also fabulous near Galleries Lafayette with lots of local eating options near your door, but very safe and not noisy at all inside the room
• Thomas (8/5): - Hotel address was a culinary!??Actual hotel was behind. Problem getting the key code to enter the building and the room so at first I thought this was a scam. Outside of building looked bad BUT room inside was actually REALLY NICE. Comfortable bed, big flatscreen TV, large deep bathtub, friendly staff (once you found them). Evidently you CAN’T judge a book by its cover because this was probably the nicest room I’ve stayed in in Paris!

• ma lourdes (10/5): Fantastic - Classy, spacious room, staff was so amazing, we let them know in advance we had gluten and dairy allergies and they had delicious alternatives for us, which doesn’t happen often in other hotels. Building located among restaurants, Marks and Spencer (for necessities like wine and chocolate ☺️), blocks away from metro entrance, Galeries Lafayette, and one of the hop-on/hop-off bus stops. And the toiletries smelled wonderful. The entrance and hallway look a bit dated but the interior is beautifully renovated. Overall it was perfect for our honeymoon!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Trevligt och fräscht rum i ett bra läge någon minuts promenad från Palais Garnier där man kan ta turistbuss runt hela staden om man inte väljer att promenera vilket går utmärkt! Enkel frukost med bröd och ost/skinka och inga ytterligare möjligheter till mat/dryck var väntat. Dusch/badkar/handfat är öppet in mot rummet och är alltså inget för den blyge. Trevligt och enkelt sätt att bo och hjälpsam personal!

• Florence (10/5): Endroit super pour we amoureux à Paris - J'ai personnellement beaucoup aimé l'appartement, son emplacement, le concept. les petits bemols au confort, sont aussi liés à l'appartement, volets a l'ancienne et donc un rythme à prendre pour les fermer et au fait que j'ai un sommeil léger, et on peut entendre les personnes quand elles rentrent dans l'appartement.

Very nice host and the room is extremely cute(exactly the same as pictures ) and comfy. Elevator was out of service but hotel is at 2nd floor so still ok to handle. Thumbs up;)

• Alexander (10/5): Som en "Parisare" - Servicen och renligheten var jättebra. Ett väldigt charmigt och hemtrevligt litet hotell, med bra läge till metro, restauranger, och butiker m.m. Neutral och liten skyltning, så kan vara svårt att hitta porten in. Men personalen är väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Meddela i förväg om du kommer checka in sent på kvällen.

Slightly cramped interior, and the stairs and entrance are a bit grotty, but overall definitely a good non-business-hotel option if you want to stay in the area.

• David (8/5): Comfortable and spacious close to city centre. - Great location and good clean well equipped rooms. Especially like multiple USB ports for charging devices. Bathroom taps take some working out - why are modern designers more interested in style rather than providing simple ways to have a hot shower? Lacks cosy feel as staff are only there part time. Lacks convenience of hotel for same reason. Half way between B&B and hotel which will appeal to some. Personally I prefer face to face contact. Overall good experience.
• A (2/5): Was a house with rooms to rent. not a hotel - Was a house with rooms to rent. not a hotel. Very strong language barrier and Expedia would not communicate on my behalf. Travelers beware.
• MARTINE (8/5): Hôtel bien placé, propre et d'un bon prix - Pas d’accueil, l'hôtel est au 1er étage accessible par une cour intérieure. Mais vous disposez des codes d'entrées. Déconcertant ! Mais une fois franchie la porte de l'hôtel, que des bonnes choses, ou presque : eau minérale corse et jus de fruits dans une armoire réfrigérée, café Nespresso, bouilloire pour les thés, kitchenette avec plaque de cuisson et même un lave-vaisselle (!) sont à disposition. La chambre est propre, la literie confortable et le petit-déjeuner de bon niveau. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de verres pour profiter des boissons mises à disposition dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. Les 2 bouteilles d'eau trouvées à notre arrivée n'ont pas été renouvelée le 2ème jour. Et lors de notre retour tard dans la nuit, il n'y avait plus d'eau dans le frigo commun. Déjà prises par les autres "locataires". Rageant !! Néanmoins, je conseille cet établissement pour son rapport qualité/prix et son emplacement à 2 pas du Bld Haussmann donc des grands magasins et de l'Opéra.
