We only could arrive after 8 pm and 10 am everyone was expected to leave the rooms. It would be nice at least 12 pm check out. But that's my opinion. Majority hotels are same

Twin bedroom was very well serviced with wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, chest of drawers and double wardrobe with mirror. Also a full length mirror on the wall. Plenty of hot water for showering. A gentle 5ins stroll into the centre of town. Nothing springs to mind

Slightly picky, but more milk in the very small bottle that was supplied in the room for tea/coffee, it was a third full so didn’t last long at all, just 2 cups, and biscuits with it would have been nice.

I had expected sufficient off road parking but Joanne solved the issue with on an on road alternative…… Llandudno was very congested that day.

Staff couldn't do enough for us, asking us regularly if we needed anything, gave ideas for days out, very considerate. Fantastic breakfast. Great to have off street parking near the centre of town. nothing- we would have liked to stay for longer and will be coming back next year.

• michael (8/5): Rosaire weekend stay - Rosaire is in a great and quiet location, just a short walk to centre shops etc. Friendly host and staff, well equipped room, off or on road parking available It's not a dislike more a note. The flat screen tv wasn't connected to WiFi, so streaming wasn't possible. As we stayed just one night, we didn't ask for it to be connected

• Jess (10/5): Excellent stay with everything we needed and a lovely considerate host - We had a lovely time during our stay. The host is very attentive and explained everything clearly while making us feel welcome. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a lot of options with dietary requirements catered for. I only mentioned once on arrival that I was gluten free and at breakfast the next morning there was gluten free toast provided. It’s the little things that make a stay special. The parking is also a huge bonus and it’s only a 10 mins walk to the centre of Llandudno, set on a quiet residential street, so very peaceful. Overall a great place to stay. Nothing

• Alun (7/5): - The staff are very welcoming, friendly an helpful. They make you feel relaxed and 'at home'. The breakfast menu is varied and the food is good quality. Car parking is straightforward at the property or on the road outside. The lounge is comfortable. Our room could have been a lot warmer. The shower was temperamental The television in the bedroom, did not work--kept displaying a sign 'No service'.

• Fraser (10/5): - What an amazing guest house...it was like being looked after by the best mother in the world Joanne and her colleague running the kitchen ❤️ Our room was cozy and spotless...nice and quiet as in a great location in Llandudno with easy access to both the main sea front and the West shore Did I mention the fantastic breakfast? Salmon, cream cheese and fresh pastries...followed by a fresh cooked full English breakfast with a choice of cereals, tea ,coffee and juices YUMMY !! ❤️ By the way , there are spectacular views from every room of the Rosaire of the famous mountain " The Great Orme " Overall Llandudno is a must see visit with breath taking views and scenery and the Rosaire a great place to stay as a base ✅ Will definitely be coming back as the we still need to visit other parts of North Wales including Conway Castle and Anglesey and we now know where to rest our weary heads 🙂 Free Parking Too See you soon ladies and thanks again ! • JONATHAN (9/5): Great Stuff - Joanne was a great host, she kept me a space for my motorbike, which was safe, secure and under CCTV. Clean, Tidy, Pleasant accommodation. Very close to centre, easy walk.
• Alan (10/5): A very welcoming guest house in Llandudno - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great as well as the evening meals. The bed was very comfortable and room clean. The house was in a quiet area about 15mins walk from North and West beaches and 10mins walk from main shopping area. A few minor storage issues A wardrobe would have been useful for us As would larger shelves in the bathroom and a soap tray in the shower.

The location is also perfect as you are bang in the middle of two beaches which are accessible on foot! North and West shore beaches are both a 10 minute walk in either direction.

• david (10/5): Fantastic stay in a lovely friendly gem of a place - The location was lovely and quiet and the room and bed were so comfy. The whole place was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Lovely full English breakfast with plenty options for cereals ,fruit juices,croissants, fruit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and excellent service throughout. Car park was an added bonus. A fantastic stay and will definitely be returning . An absolute gem of a place run by lovely people Maybe a little tray in the hallway with extra milk and more tea bags although im sure you could ask but this is not a criticism

• Stephen (9/5): - The host was very pleasant and cheerful. The room was lovely and comfortable and very clean. In fact the whole place was presented lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nice and not kept waiting before taking the order and receiving it, could not fault anything about this place, definitely would go back again. Plus the location was good a very short walk to town. Parking was not an issue as it was a quiet road if the on site parking was full. Nothing to fault at this Guest House.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Brilliant location - Lovely guest house, stayed in room 2, little things need looking at in the bathroom ie metal joining trim needs trimming off at the top, maybe new door frame inside the bathroom and the shower caddy needs cleaning off scum. Towels and rob not soft and don’t think they were changed over the 3 days we were there just re folded and put back on the towel rail. Ordered full English but no black pudding even though it’s on the menu and asked for honey which there wasn’t any. Tea pot in bedroom was dirty when we arrived to which we didn’t use.
