• Rogan (10/5): DEFINITELY ONE TO VISIT AGAIN - Location beautiful, ground floor front studio with bird feeder and information sheets. Perfect size to get comfortable, kitchen well equipped to eat in hotel within easy walking to eat out. Hosts attentive but not in your face. Nothing, not to like.

• lynda (10/5): Perfect - optional breakfast basket provided a really substantial breakfast. The property was right on the path if walking the Great Glen Way. Hosts went above and beyond to make our too short stay amazing, We wished we could have stayed longer as plenty of nice walks in the area. Would love to stay there again for a bit longer. Everything you needed to be cosy and comfy was provided. Great to watch all local wildlife in garden through the window.

• Alison (10/5): - Wonderful little studio! Richard came out to meet me and brought me fresh milk for a cuppa and was so lovely and helpful. I spent half the evening looking out the window, it was like a nature documentary with red squirrels and birds (including pheasants) pottering in and out of the garden. Fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed and just a lovely quiet spot to stay. I wish I could have stayed up all night as they often get pine martens and other nocturnal animals visiting the garden when it's dark!

Watching the red squirrels, pine martens and all the different varieties of birds… Wow!!!! This accommodation is like a home from home. Nicky and Richard are lovely hosts too! • Frazer (10/5): An absolutely perfect finish to our 10 day highland road trip. - Nicky and Richard are great hosts, providing a really warm welcome and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is special, right be Invermoriston Falls, As in a 5 minute walk and Nicky/Richard have put bird and squirrel feeders out so you’re able to watch all the wildlife come and go during your stay. Honestly our stay was 10/10, no concerns to share.

The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented, and the bed was exceptionally large and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long day of walking. It felt like a very special place to unwind and recharge. The owners were incredibly welcoming and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made a real difference. Waking up to the birds and surrounding wildlife was an added bonus and made the experience even more memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful and restorative stay, we would highly recommend it.
• Jesslyn (10/5): Surrounded by history and nature - We were greeted by the host upon arrival and given a tour of our lodgings, which was a wonderful touch. The wildlife right outside our large window was spectacular. A multitude of different species of birds and squirrels. A short walk down to the local store which was a treat in itself. Historic bridges, buildings and stunning waterfalls were all a stone's throw away. Stunning location 👌 The beds were twin singles, but honeslty... after travelling for 2 weeks... i enjoyed my own bed 😅

Studio was well equipmented and extremely clean .Red squirrels in the garden...it was honestly an absolutely lovely place to stay, with lovely people who clearly loved the wildlife as much as us the holiday makers did. • Clive (10/5): Peace and quiet near Loch Ness - Our hosts greeted us as we arrived. Very friendly and willing to pass on local sights. Interested in our journey through the UK. The unit was very comfortable and warm. The child lock on the induction hot plate/hob did fool us adults for some time before we managed to cook our meal. Really not an issue.

And to see the birds and squirrels from the window in the morning - simply perfect. It can get a bit stuffy with just the heater on. A small fan always helps with circulation.

Our accommodation itself was exactly what we needed for a pitstop whilst exploring Loch Ness and the surrounding areas, in the perfect location. The kitchen facilities were great. The bed was so comfortable! And I enjoyed my morning coffee with a view of the birds on one of the many feeders. Sadly I didn't see a red squirrel! It's a shame we only stayed one night. It was everything we were expecting and more so no real cons! The only really minor thing was not having the usual power sockets next to the bed.

Los anfitriones son muy acogedores y amables. La casa está situada en un paraje natural precioso y nos recomendaron desayunar en una cafetería donde se respira hogar y todo está delicioso. • Olga (9/5): - Great location on the way from or to Skye. Lovely hosts. Very cute squirrels :-) If you plan to cook, ask the hosts how to operate the kitchen stove properly, as it didn’t heat up with me, and it was quite late so I didn’t want to disturb them.
