Rodriguez Reina (5/5): Resuelve pero no lo recomiendo para más de 3 días - buena ubicación, no hay bulla el baño estaba dañado ( bota agua) aún así solo le colocaron toallas que siempre estaban húmedas, la cafetera no funciona si cocinas no tienes extractor así que el cuarto se te va a llenar de humo, los sofá camas de verdad que no funcionan para dormir nisiquiera para sentarse en general, deben actualizar muchas cosas ya que se han quedado obsoletas el aire no funciona bn xq está súper sucio la tv no funciona para aplicaciones, el internet es malísimo si escribes a recepción no te van a responder jamás, curiosamente el agua y la luz se va solo en ese hospedaje a cierta hora de la noche 😅, la verdad para resolver funciona pero siento que si deben actualizar sus muebles y electrodomésticos, mantenimiento en general.

Ariana Elena (4/5): We unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation at all - Our stay was extremely disappointing for several reasons: * If you are taller than 1.90 m, it is basically impossible to sleep in the bed. The bed frame is so high and the bed so small that your feet have no space at the end. * Even if you are slim, getting into the shower is very difficult. Inside the shower there is almost no space, making it hard to wash properly. * The shower water was either too hot or too cold – there was no way to adjust it to a comfortable temperature. On the last day, there was no hot water at all. * The entire bathroom is so small that you can barely move normally. * The air conditioning does not work properly. You cannot adjust the direction of the airflow anymore, so it blows directly on you all night. * There was a construction site right in front of the window. Starting at 5:00 a.m., the noise was so loud that sleeping was impossible. Not only the construction, but also staff talking loudly outside the door early in the morning made any rest impossible. * The listing on Booking stated daily cleaning. We stayed 4 days and the room was not cleaned a single time. Only the towels were changed once – and they were completely unusable as they did not absorb any water. * Overall, the room was very run-down and not clean. We felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay. We have stayed in many different accommodations, and in our opinion the price-performance ratio here is particularly poor. In summary, this accommodation did not meet expectations at all.

No I actually did not, I was expecting a less neglected place where it was worth a 30 solid dolars not an unventilated room with a bad old smell, with an AC that blows bad smell and a bathroom cabin that you can not absolutely fit(I’m 175cm btw and 80 kgs) , coackroaches in the bathroom and the room lingering around like they are on a vacation permitted by the owner. Briefly, the owners’ mentality here clearly is just , “it is a cheap place so I do not need to care about it and make it better “ the place is neglected big time. I found better places for the same money in the town. Do not waste your money here . If the owner disagrees with my words I will just recommend him to travel more so he can see how other people run amazingly good the same range ho(s)tels and what kind of ho(s)tel administrations exist for the same price-basic and simple places-but cared with love for work .

Good value for money and a very pleasant stay. The building works are still ongoing. Not too obtrusive but definitely irritating and clearly beyond the hosts control. It was the only reason I didn't give Sun Haven a 10.

The noise was bad and the accommodation was up two flights of stairs. The bedroom was up another flight. I am 72 yrs old. The stairs to bedroom had a loose step, 3rd from the top. Almost fell down the stairs. The owner Maurice came and fixed it as well as the leaking sink in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have hot water to do the dishes and I could have done without experiencing the shouting match that happened when I went to get my laundry.

Las personas que administran son unos delincuentes literalmente. Se aprovechan de los vacíos legales del lugar. Nos dieron una habitación que no funcionaba el agua de la ducha. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación y sabíamos que teníamos que regresar a la primera. El problema es que venía gente a la habitación provisoria pero la nuestra la seguían reparando. Saliendo para una actividad nos aborda la encargada(terrible ordinaria) para decirnos que teníamos que darle las valijas y que ellos se encargaban después de llevarlas a nuestra pieza cuando estuviera lista. A lo que le respondimos que no íbamos a darnos la vuelta en ese momento porque nadie nos había avisado nada y estaban las cosas todas dispersas y que tampoco íbamos a dejar las valijas en un depósito porque habíamos pagado por una habitación. Íbamos a recoger nuestras cosas cuando volviéramos de nuestra actividad. Tuvimos la molestia de tener que mudar las cosas más de una vez por un problema ajeno a nosotras y todavía pretenden que dejemos nuestras vacaciones para juntar las cosas sin previo aviso. Nos retiramos del lugar y al rato el dueño comienza a enviarnos mensajes por la app de Booking, escribe mintiendo diciendo que debíamos haber dejado las valijas prontas para mudarnos porque nuestra pieza ya estaba lista desde el día anterior. Que si no volvíamos el mismo iba a retirar nuestras pertenencias, sabiendo que las valijas no estaban armadas. Le dijimos que no podía ingresar a la pieza porque era una violación a la privacidad. Nos volvió a amenazar qué si no regresábamos en una hora él personalmente iba a retirar las cosas. Tuvimos que hacer la denuncia policial, pasar un terrible momento. Perder dos días de vacaciones.

Good value accomodation. The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental however with the printed instructions on the door one of us was successful in having a warm shower. One of us, not so much 😅. However, by reading previous reviews we had spotted this reported and didn't find it a big deal.

A pesar de que en el anuncio se advierte de la presencia de obras de 7 a 19:00, el ruido es continuo y no se limita a ese horario. Durante nuestra estancia, el ruido nos despertaba a las 6:30 y se mantenía hasta las 22:00 por una bomba de agua que se enciende cada vez que llueve (incluida la noche) Esto no se comunica en ningún lugar. Pedimos una solución a booking desde el primer día, que se puso en contacto con el alojamiento que no se molestó en colaborar. Si no fuera suficiente el ruido de obra, el pésimo aislamiento del apartamento hace que se oiga todo de las habitaciones contiguas que tampoco cumplían el horario de silencio. La limpieza de la cocina deja mucho que desear, y los escasos utensilios son inutilizables por su estado y mala higiene. Además, encontramos toallas sucias y pelos en la ducha al llegar. La mesa de la cocina es pegajosa y las sillas están rotas e inestables. La wifi funciona bastante mal, por lo que diría que el aire acondicionado es lo único decente en este lugar. Por último, el anfitrión es algo desagradable. Durante la estancia se cortó la luz y el agua en el alojamiento, y en vez de darnos una explicación se rió de la situación. No volveríamos, de hecho estábamos deseando irnos

Óscar (1/5): Nada recomendable, de los tres hospedajes que hemos estado el peor y con mucha diferencia - Nada en general. Pues muy descuidado en general, el lavado de la ropa sin cariño ninguno, arrugada y mal doblada. Aparte lo más importante y negativo es que no pudimos descansar ni dormir las dos noches, porque hay una obra justo delate de los apartamentos con un compresor enorme sacando agua día y noche, cosa que no se nos avisó. Tampoco se nos avisó del corte de luz que empezaba desde las 9 de la mañana y que duraba hasta las dos de la tarde. Un desastre y sin una disculpa.

Daniel (1/5): Worst accommodation i've experienced in five months of traveling. - Where do I start… upon arriving I realized there's a massive construction site right outside, which explains the zero cancellation or a refund policy, everyone would cancel their reservation as soon as they got there if it was possible, the woman that let me in the gate was extremely rude and unhelpful, and when I spoke to the manager he pretty much strong-armed me into paying the rest of the money and refused to even let me in the room until I did, even though I had already paid for the first three nights…BED BUGS! At first I thought it was mosquitoes until I realized that I was only getting bitten at night and there wasn't a mosquito anywhere in the room, that my whole body was getting bitten while I was trying to sleep through the constant massive generators that we're going off right outside my door starting at midnight. I know that I they are not able to control the construction nearby, or the generators that start when it's raining, but that doesn't change the fact that I didn't have a single good night of sleep in the five days I was staying there... the manager said he can't change anything on the booking post to say that there is construction, so I'm writing it here, don't expect to sleep past 6 AM if you're staying here, or at all if it's raining due to the pump they use to pump the water out of the street right outside the building. Highly overpriced for what you were receive, horrible deteriorating plastic utensils in the kitchen, and Teflon pans that look 20 years old, had to buy my own pan to cook with while I was there. I would never stay here again

Marye (5/5): - Está bien ubicado, ya que no está en el centro por lo tanto no se escucha ningún ruido. El apartamento cuando llegamos estaba sucio, con arena en el piso, no hay microondas, el coffee maker no servía, El agua caliente se iba a cada rato, el aire acondicionado dura 1 hora y media para enfriar y el apartamento 32 no es para personas altas, ya que se pueden golpear la cabeza porque en algunos aposentos son tipo chalets, muy bajo el cielo razo.

Rick (7/5): The price was decent but if it used for 4 peops I would recommend a couple with 2 young kids for the bunk beds - The location was good if you wanted to stay in the town. It was considered an apartment but only 1 open room with 4 beds so too tight for 4 people The ceiling also had some black mold so cleansing did not seem to be a priority

Kacper (8/5): Nie warte swojej ceny. Są lepsze w okolicy. - Wygodne łóżko, ciepła woda w prysznicu. 1. Bylem zapewniany że pranie z suszeniem 2 godziny potrwa, a wyszło że czekałem 24 godziny, w rezultacie nie miałem czystych ubrań, cena 10$, już lepiej iść do pralni 600m Blanco del Blanco, za te same pieniądze, porządna pralnia. 2. Przypłynęliśmy promem o godzinie 9:00 na wyspę i mimo czystych pokoi mogliśmy się wprowadzić o 15:00 co jest bez sensu, mając bagaż, musieliśmy czekać 6 godzin w upale. Kobieta z recepcji niemiła, wszystko od niechcenia robi. 3. Cena jest zawyżona, nie warte swojej ceny. Rzeczy w kuchni są stare i zużyte.

Valerie (5/5): Great location, not that clean - The location is really decent, we had everything at a walking distance, and the rooms for are spacious. We had bugs in our beds the first night. We were relocated, though. The cleanness of the rooms is a bit questionable.

MIGUEL (6/5): If there's construction work going on in the street, they shouldn't offer accommodation - The location There was roadwork on the streets directly opposite the two walls of our room, so every day the sounds of hammers, electric saws, and workers' voices were our alarm clock. The photos already showed that the accommodation was somewhat old and sparsely furnished, but there was no information about the roadwork that had closed off the two streets facing the room. As compensation, they gave us a late checkout, letting us out at 12 pm instead of 11 am (just one hour), but after going to the beach and buying a few things, we returned at 12:20 pm to find a woman waiting for us. She charged us $15 to stay until 1 pm (that is $15 for an extra hour without any prior notice).
Manuel (1/5): NO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO - NO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO!!! LEER!! El alojamiento esta manejado por una pareja de origen italiano, pocos educados y que mienten a los huéspedes y no informan que tienen una construcción de ALTAS PROPORCIONES con operatividad las 24 horas!! Al ser uno de los apartamentos mas económicos en Booking, siempre tienen muchas reservas; pero los huéspedes al llegar se dan cuenta de la magnitud y ruido de la construcción. Por ofrecer solo reservas NO REEMBOLSABLES no te devolverán tu dinero. En mi caso reserve con mi familia por 6 noches, y nunca pudimos dormir en el lugar a pesar de que en el día casi no estuvimos en la habitación. El ruido de la construcción en el día es insoportable con maquinarias, tractores, caterpillar, obreros en frente de las habitaciones y una bomba de agua ruidosa que trabaja TODA LA NOCHE. Adicional las habitaciones tienen CUCARACHAS, por lo que seguramente no las limpian correctamente. Al presentarle las quejas al Sr Maurizio, dijo que ellos avisaban de la construcción antes de la llegada de los huéspedes (UNA MENTIRA! REVISAR EL PERFIL DEL ALOJAMIENTO DONDE NO DICE NADA!). También su respuesta fue que el no controlaba la lluvia… y que no tenia culpa de que prendieran una bomba extractora de agua.. de forma grosera y cínica.. Al solicitar me devolviera el dinero me dijo que DEBIA LEER MEJOR los términos de la reserva que era NO REEMBOLSABLE. Yo mismo tuve que pedirle me cambiara de habitación por lo menos, para una ubicación donde el ruido se escuchara menos, El mismo me informo que el ruido se escucha igual con mucha intensidad en todo su hotel. Este alojamiento debe ser CERRADO en esta plataforma y no permitir que el Sr Maurizio continue estafando a las personas que se dejan llevar por un producto barato para reservar, y luego llegar a una construcción!! Y no poder dormir
