- レイチェル (2/5): - コロナ禍でホテルの経営は大変ご苦労をされていると存じます。 ただ、酷かった。。。 今回の家族旅行はコロナで休校が続いた後、詰め込み授業でヘトヘトな娘のためにコロナが束の間の収束を見せている間に、、、と企画したものでした。予約時にした質問の返事がなかったので、少し不信感はありました。クイーンサイズで大人2名、子供2名寝れますか？と。なかなか返事が来ないため、こちらから電話をして、確認すると、ソファーベッドがあるので、そちらに大人１名寝たら大丈夫との事でした。 みんなでウキウキと宿につき、チェックインの際、子供の追加料金を催促され、事情を説明すると、予約時の料金のままでよい。といわれました。それはよかったのですが、そのあと、簡易ベッドを準備するからしばらくロビーで待たされました、、、疲れてるのに、、、部屋に入ると、聞いていたソファーベッドはなし。明らかにクイーンサイズではなく、ダブルサイズのベッドでした。 気をとりなおし、夕飯を食べることになりました。 雨も降っていたので、ホテルの中で食べようと、今から行っても大丈夫かを確認して、大丈夫とのことで「沙羅」というレストランに向かいました。 17時45分。子供たちもおなかペコペコでした。 注文後、主人のビールとお刺身は10分程ででてきたのですが、30分後に私の天ぷらそば、1時間後に下の子のお子様ランチ、1時間半後に上の子のすき焼き、と、びっくりするくらいの遅さででてきました。 途中、とりあえず子供のだけでも早く❗️と催促すると、白ごはんだけ先にお持ちしましようか？と、、、 白ごはんだけいただいても、、、と丁重にお断りしました。 今まで数々国内旅行を経験してきましたが、ここまで酷い対応は初めてでしたので、非常に悪いをつけさせていただきます。 コロナ禍大変とは重々承知しておりますが、無理なら受け入れを拒否するという判断ができる方がトップにおられたらこのような被害がなかっただろうな、、、とかんじます。 ちなみに、夕飯を1時間半待ったお詫びはアイスクリームのみでした。子供の分以外はお断りしましたけど、、、

- ATSUKO (8/5): お値段以上！ - 福井市内のホテルが全て満室だったのでこちらに宿泊しました。正直期待していなかったのですが、イルミネーションもあり、フロントは綺麗で対応も良く、お部屋も広くて気持ち良く過ごせました。水回り等に古さを感じます。お部屋はオートロックではなく鍵です。大浴場があるのは嬉しいのですが、脱衣所の棚の上に飾ってある造花にホコリがたまっていたのは残念でした。浴室ともに清潔感を大切にしていただけると更に嬉しいです。

- RYOICHI (8/5): お風呂がゆったり - 北陸3県の旅の2日目の宿です。価格のわりは部屋は広く、綺麗な大浴場もあり、夜には、窓の下には、イルミネーションの輝がとてもきれいでした。プール、卓球場、カラオケなどがあり、設備も充実していました。

We tried to ask for one hour extension to check out at 11am but was rejected, so was quite disappointed feeling the staff was quite rigid. But we guess for the price we paid for the room we couldn't expect too much.

- Jack (6/5): Secluded Hotel on Technoport Island, car is a must - If you are going to a sports event out on the Technoport, this is the place for you. If you are looking to be near something other than a Lawson store, you might want to search elsewhere. The staff tried to speak English, but said not many English speaking foreigners stay here. There is a restaurant in the hotel open till 10 pm, but if you get there later than that, you are out of options. The pool costs an additional amount of money, but it's not too bad. There are tons of inflatable toys in the pool area to keep the kids happy for hours, and the pool is honestly 90 degrees, so near Jacuzzi temp. The hotel itself is older and dated, but is clean and well kept. Our only issue is the standard issue with most hotels in Japan. Booking kids in the same room with parents tends to cause issues with Japanese hotels. When I checked in, the person at the front confirmed with me the number of people staying. This was reassuring because I have had many issues before. But when we went to the room, there were 2 beds, and 2 futons, but no sheets for the futons. When we contacted the front desk, they tried to say we needed to pay extra to use the futons. I went to the front desk and as soon as I arrived, he was pulling up the translated copy of my online reservation and he said I had already paid, and apologized for the inconvenience. The bellman came up with sheets and made the futons while we waited in the room to go to bed, a bit of a hassle, but not huge. Breakfast is a buffet.

- Verified traveler (2/5): とにかく最悪でした。ホテルと予約サイトの連携ミスで、初めての子供との旅は台無しで、離婚騒動にまで。 - エクスペディアで予約して、エクスペディアのミスだとホテルの担当の副支配人は言われていましたが、こちらとしてはどちらのミスでも変わりは無く・・・。当日、予約したはずの部屋（禁煙）と違う部屋（喫煙）で予約がされているとのことで、予約したはずの部屋に泊まるには追加料金が6000円いるとのことで、それを聞いたのがすでにホテルに向かって走行中の当日の午後の高速道路。その時はもちろん私の予約ミスだろうということで、仕方なく追加料金を支払って泊まることに。そのやり取りの電話も何度も何度もものすごくややこしく、走行していた車も停めて3時間以上のタイムロス。その間に生後半年の子供は泣き叫び、進みたいのに進むことすらできず、高速道路でミルクをやったりオムツを替えたり、こちらはイライラマックス。全ての予定が遅れ、気分も最悪。予定のご飯屋さんも閉まってしまい、初めての子供との旅行はご飯も食べれず、気分も予定も全てが台無し。挙げ句の果てには旦那と大ゲンカで離婚騒動にまで。。。結果エクスペディアとホテルとの連携ミスだったということが判明したものの（予約はきちんと取れていて追加料金が発生するはずもなく・・・）、それが判明するまでに何時間もの無駄な時間を費やし、神経をすり減らし、楽しみにしていた子供との初旅行は全てがぶち壊しの最悪なものとなりました。 料金は初めからクレジットカードで払っていて、当日の午後になってからこんな話を聞いたところで他のホテルに変えたくてもキャンセル料は100％で返ってこないし、気分は悪いけど追加料金払ってでもここに泊まろうと思ったものの、何度も何度も何度も何度も電話でのやり取りを経て、こちらのミスでは無いということがやっと分かり・・・。ただもう時間も気分も戻ってくるわけではなく、ただただ最悪でした。エクスペディアからの謝罪は未だに一切ありません。ホテルはホテルで追加料金を請求しようとしたのに謝罪のみというのは納得できませんでしたが、これ以上怒りたくなかったので、それ以上は言いませんでした。 ただただ最悪でした。
- Klaus (10/5): Nice Hotel outside the city - It is a nice, clean Hotel with large rooms. They also have a nice onsen. The breakfast buffet is excellent (japanese stile)but the best is the nice view from the 8th floor over the haver and the sea. However, you really need a car to go there as it he Hotel is in industry park (free parking, easy to reach).
