• Reinhold Paul (8/5): Einfach nur entspannend - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren und sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm und vor allem ruhig. Schön war auch, dass es einen Service am Poolbereich gab. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und geschmacklich sehr gut. Ich hier war das Personal immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Bar war gut sortiert. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass der Toaster dem Toastbrot keine Farbe gab trotz Umstellung der Temperatur. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln

I feel poor. - Very disappointed with FDA team, there was no information about additional charges if check-out after 1 pm will be charged 50% of the room rate. And also the supervisor (female) and the FDA (male) in charge on Sunday, March 15th, gave a very emotional explanation and did not show good hospitality. I WANT TO PAY IF IT IS CLEAR, NOT THAT I CANNOT. I just need an explanation. But they cut me off as if everything is finished if I do not have to pay the late check-out fee. I just ask first about why there’s no telephone for reminders and information before guests are charged. And this happens while the hotel was also quiet, there were no back-to-back guests.

• Simon (7/5): Convienient location for short stay - The hotel was in a good location in South Jakarta with easy access to airport Toll road and local shopping centers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and good breakfast buffet as part of the room cost. Room was a little noisy with music stage right outside the window. Room showed some wear and tear with damage to walls from water leaks and furniture scrapes. Bathroom lighting was a little dark and not enough hangers for towels.

• Heidi (8/5): I’ll be back! - Strategic location for visiting and having visitors. Friends in South Jakarta. I was in a room facing the main road. A bit noisy traffic.

Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen Obwohl alles sauber und ordentlich gehalten war merkte man doch dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist und die Zimmer abgenutzt sind.

• Imasar (7/5): Pleasant - With family, we come and stay at this hotel many times. The location is very good and near to the mall. The swimming area is lovely and the security man and concierge are very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in my last stay, I can smell damp in the bedroom as well the room wasn't cold enough. I did inform the staff at the reception, but no action was taken.
• Darren (6/5): Pleasant - An OK hotel which is located a short drive from Pondok Indah mall, cafes and restaurants. This Swissbel hotel is very old, tired and really rundown. The rooms need a complete refurbishment, including replacement of the old, horrible carpet, the old furniture, linen, bed etc... The hotel smells old and musty. Breakfast is not worth the IDR 250,000 cost! Much better options elsewhere.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 長期滞在の感想 - 2回目の出張で長期滞在をしました。部屋の清掃が80点と言ったところです。日のよってはタオルがなかっり、スリッパがなかったりとありましたが、インドネシアでは当たり前なのかもしれません。日本のおもてなしと比較するのは間違っているのかもしれません。でも、リーズナブルでいいホテルです。

I have always love the breakfast spread in hotels in Indonesia but 2 lacklustre dining experiences from swiss belhotels in pondok indah and bogor will be my last for this hotel chain. Oh and if you request for more mineral/bottled water from reception, they will send 1 big bottle n ask payment of IDR20,000. So, the 2 bottles of mineral water is the max no of bottled water u will get per day.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 改善希望 - ベッドメイキングはするも、シーツの交換は一度もされなかった。室内用スリッパも最初の二個だけを使いまわすのみであった。洗面用のタオルは一度使用済のものがまた整理整頓されおかれていた。これは、前日の染みが付着していたためすぐに分かった。バスマットも交換されていないことに気が付き、スタッフ向けに手紙を残した。 基本的に、連泊の場合でも同料金を支払っているにも関わらず、交換や補充がされないことが不満であった。 清潔感に欠けるため、サービスでフルーツやスイーツが部屋に置かれていたが食べるのに躊躇した。
