• Nerea (1/5): Ratas en las zonas comunes y acceso a personal externo a instalaciones para amenazar a huéspedes - La piscina Ratas grandes saltando por los árboles y corriendo por los pasillos, muchas hormigas en la habitación, personal con muy poca formación y apenas sin saber nada de Inglés para comunicación. El día 19 de marzo era el día del silencio donde no se puede salir a la calle en todo Bali. Antes de reservar preguntamos a recepción si sería posible usar la piscina en este día aunque no salgamos del hotel y nos dijeron que si. Cuando llegó el día nos dicen que fue un error de parte de la recepción y que no podemos salir ni de las habitaciones. De repente el hotel permite acceso a un cargo religioso del barrio que sube q mi planta y la de demás huéspedes para en tono amenazante decirnos que no podemos salir de la habitacion. Esta persona no era personal del hotel ni iba acompañado. Increíble que el hotel permita estas violaciones de intimidad y seguridad a sus huéspedes. Un auténtico engaño para conseguir clientes el día del silencio en Bali. Tenían más libertad las ratas de los pasillos que nosotros………. Evitar este alojamiento a toda costa, no están preparados para recibir turismo. 0/10

• William (10/5): When I go to Bali, this is where I stay. - The location is good for Me- I’ve seen complaints about it, and they’re right for tourists. The staff are all very nice and I like how everything looks like Bali inside the common areas and love the coy pond. Sometimes the bikes are parked too close together and my bike gets scratched. Also hard to get out when they’re packed too close

Traces de moisissure, le plafond fuyait à grosse goutte à cause des pluies, beaucoup de traces de calcaire dans la salle de bain, pas de Support pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain, les odeurs qui laisse à désirer, il y avait des excréments d’insectes sur le lit et le sol dans la chambre

• Oskar (3/5): It’s not the best option. - The best part of this place is definitely the gym – it’s huge, two floors, modern, and feels like they built the hotel around the gym rather than the other way around. There’s also a small but very cozy and pleasant pool, and the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and quick with things like check-in, laundry, or arranging a scooter. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were disappointing. They were not clean, the furniture was in poor condition, and the so-called kitchenette was useless – no dishes, no pots, no cutlery, and the sink was extremely dirty. The bathroom was in terrible condition. Many damp marks, needs renovation and little disgusting - as you can see on the photos. It’s an okay option if you just need a cheap place to stay, however I think you can find way better accommodations in Denpasar for the same amount of money. I would say the gym is the only advantage here - because it’s for the use of outside customers and locals.

Lit : OK dormir à trois avec un petit mais bonjour les ressorts pour au moins une des personnes...

• Raul (10/5): Exceptional - Location was kinda very local, which I love, but not too far to some popular spots by scooter. The staff was really friendly, gym nice and clean. Room was a bit too dark for me.
• Claudia (8/5): Very good - The pool was great, the staff were very helpful and there were scooters to hire at a good price. The area was a bit far from most things, you'll need a Grab or hire a bike to get anywhere
• Coghi (7/5): Good - It has good value for money, the room is spacious, 20 minutes from the airport, it is a less touristy area, the restaurants are very local and without menus in English, about 10..15 minutes walking The bathroom in my room didn't look good, lots of dirt stains and a bad smell.

• Maddison (7/5): Lovely hotel but has a couple faults - The room was nice and big, the sheets and towels were clean, the pool was nice and the gym, staff gave us water, was always staff to talk to and they always smiled. Can’t fault the service! The dead bugs (and cockroach) in the cupboard in the ‘cooking’ room so we didn’t go in there. And the hot water didn’t both days until we got someone to fix it which they did straight away. The location isn’t great as nothing is around it.

• Turk (9/5): Comfortable with the best staff! - The staff were all amazing. Super friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. It is an older property and some of the rooms need some updating. Wallpaper peeling off the walls or lights not working but the comfort of the bed and staff friendliness make up for anything else.

• Turk (8/5): Very good - The location was good. Off the main roads and quiet. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was not bad. The staff were all very friendly! It is advertised as having an electric kettle with the room but there was none which I was really hoping to use. You get two pillows in the room and it would have been nicer to have 4. It would have made the stay much more comfortable.

• Brittany (5/5): Passable - The location was nice, away from the main road & noise. The gym was nice and had everything you needed for a good workout. We received water every morning & staff were friendly. The room had a bad smell, there was also a hole in the roof. Our neighbours were noisy during the night and could hear clearly in the room next to us. Had room service done, took our towels and forgot to replace them.

• Marat (8/5): That's my favorite hotel in Denpasar - I liked to stay in Dee Mansion, eventually I got a good sleep in Bali, the bed was very comfortable. Stuff is friendly and helpful as usual :) The internet last time was worked not properly, slow speed. Maybe it would be better to improve lights in rooms, because it's very dark.
• Silvia (1/5): worst night in Bali - the bed was comfortable we arrived and nobody was there so we had to wait for a pretty long time until someone showed up. we arrived at 3am and around 7 am the workers woke us up since they were working on the other side of the wall. the check out is supposed to be at 12 but the staff started knocking and waiting for us to leave at already 11:30, very unpleasant stay

• S6557HJbrianf (8/5): Good value for price... with some issues. - Came because of the great reviews... but took a few days to feel positive about it. Needed a VIP room for family, but first one had AC that didn't work. They moved us to another VIP room where AC also didn't work well, there was no water for shower, and on 2nd morning the power went off. After a couple of days all is well again and we're enjoying our stay.

• Alireza (8/5): Simmple Affordable loc in Denpasar with a good gym - The staff are very friendly. There's cheap laundry service and they help you rent a scooter for a good price. There's a nice gym on the second floor. The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby.

• Cloe (8/5): Very good - It is a little bit out of the way and with bali traffic can take a while to get to places. The room was clean, the pool is a little small but over all very pleasent
• Ella (6/5): Cheap and convenient but wouldn't recommend for more than an airport stay - We stayed here as it was convenient and close to the airport (20 minute taxi) as our flight was due to get in late. It ended up being significantly delayed and we got in at 4am, so it was brilliant that there was still a member of staff at the check in desk and we were able to get to our room easily even at that time. Staff were also friendly and helpful and as we had such a late night were kind enough to not kick us out our room until a couple of hours after check out time had passed. However the rooms weren't great - very basic, sink barely worked and the room was a bit depressing. Unfortunately because we got in so late we weren't able to try the breakfast which we did buy included or the pool. I'd recommend this as a convenient and cheap place to stay near to the airport, but considering there is a lot nearby for a similar price or lovely stays for not much more I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone wanting a longer visit.

• Rizky (1/5): Dirty hole in a terrible location; waste of money - Literally nothing Room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Lighting was very dim and dingy. I paid for a double room and they gave me a twin saying that all the doubles had been booked out, without any offer of a price reduction. The sheets felt manky, dirty and old. There was a scribbled phone number on the wall (???). The kitchen had no utensils, no gas so it was unusable. Weird brown stains and peeled cracked paint on the walls. Kitchen counter had a missing tile, obviously a hazard. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting - I've seen better public toilets. The walls were brown/yellow stained. Everything from the showerhead to the door was covered in a thick layer of limescale. And this was after I had asked them to clean it!! I left after 2 days. Easily the most horrific "hotel" I've ever stayed in, if you can even call it that. Don't waste your money here!! The rating must be faked, management deserves a 2 at best.
• 3lukeg (8/5): Decent sized rooms and large gym! - Location is not very convenient, about 15/20min from tourist areas like Seminyak, but then that’s why the price is much cheaper than other hotel options. The gym is very large for a hotel gym, well worth staying here just for the gym facilities. Price was about 160k IDR per night when booking on agoda. Staff were always friendly and I was able to borrow a helmet for motorbike when I needed. However room cleaning was not always good, on a couple times I had to request for my room to be cleaned again and they don’t clean the room or give bottle water unless asked for. Overall I ended up staying here for almost 3weeks, so it must’ve been pretty good and worth the price. Only main negative was the whole hotel flooded on one occasion, but that’s the weather and Denpasar in wet season? Can’t blame the hotel for that.

Staff were ok but they were not even able to arrange a motorbike on rental. Cheap but spending some extra bucks for better facilities is a better idea imo
