В частности, по моей просьбе утром будили меня по телефону, а когда уезжала, помогли и проводили до метро. Вешалки в шкафу в номере расположены так высоко, что по-моему воспользоваться ими практически невозможно!

• Monica (8/5): Ottima posizione, colazione "georgiana" - Il punto di forza di questo hotel è sicuramente la posizione, vicina alla fermate degli autobus, incluso quello diretto all'aeroporto, e ad una stazione della metropolitana, ma anche comoda per raggiungere a piedi alcuni punti della città, come il Bridge of Peace. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, personale disponibile, prezzo giusto. La colazione è sicuramente adeguata per un ospite georgiano, ma ad un palato italiano risulta poco varia, essendo totalmente sbilanciata verso la parte salata. Per chi preferisce cominciare la giornata con il dolce ci sono pane, burro e marmellata/miele, yogurt in vasetto, latte e cereali, e poco altro.

Девушка Нино каторая нас заселяла тоже подсказывала как дёшева с аэропорта доехать до отеля. Всё подскажут помогут классные ребята. А расположение самое удачное, просто респект❤️

The most important thing was the reception: a young man named Dimitri warmly welcomed us and also saw us off. His hospitality made our stay even more special. Nothing, everything was perfect.

El personal no era amable, preguntamos por el pago para el desayuno y el chico en la recepción nos dijo que era un precio y pagamos por todos los dias y al siguiente dia, nos volvieron a cobrar y nos dijeron que lo que habiamos pagado era solo por un dia y nos dieron las sobras del dia anterio... estuvieron pintando afuera de la habitación y olía a pintura horrible, había una fuga de agua en el lavamanos y el último dia se descompuso la puerta de la entrada... por el precio que pagamos, podríamos haber conseguido algo mejor...

Продлил проживание в отеле на одни сутки , но через 5-6 мин. после оплаты планы спонтанно изменились и на просьбу вернуть средства администратор ответил, что это совершенно невозможно. Спорить не стал. У отеля свои правила. Но впечатления остались не совсем приятные. В следующий раз буду выбирать другой отель для проживания.

• inna (7/5): - Отель удобно расположен от метро 1 минута, до площади и бань примерно 10-15 минут пешком. Красивый вид из окна. Есть лифт. Вежливый персонал, убирали номер каждый день, администратор Димитрий помог нам с покупкой билетов, очень приятный молодой человек. Если останавливаться на 1-2 ночи отлично, если больше, начинаешь замечать недостатки)) Отель скорее на 3+ или 4-. Вроде все чисто и ново, даже магазинные наклейки-этикетки на плинтусах остались :), но казенно ( наверно это слово больше всего подойдет). Не хватает крючков и полочек в ванной, полотенце некуда повесить, течет бачок унитаза, после того как помоешься на полу стоит вода. Ершик для унитаза отваливается от палки)) Розетка для чайника высоко, так что не достает шнур, приходилось чайник кипятить в коридоре)) Завтрак: Вроде все есть, но было заветренное, овощи вялые, колбаса и сыр тоже. Картофельное пюре как выложили из кастрюли кусками, так и оставили не разровняв)) Это все кажется странным, так как отель совсем небольшой, всего 5-6 номеров..а такие нюансы портят впечатление. Все это нюансы, но если не написать об этом, то как вы можете это исправить. Надеюсь, после получения отзыва, что-то изменится в лучшую сторону.

• nira (2/5): לא טוב - הזמנו 3 חדרים ובכל אחד מהם היה ריח מעופש ולא נעים. כנראה כי אין מספיק אוורור במקלחת. המלון לא נקי, החל מהמצעים, מגבות, רצפה ומקלחת שלא טרחו לנקות תמיד. לא תמיד קיבלנו מגבות. המזרון קשיח מאוד. בחדר אחד הייתה בעיה עם הנעילה של הדלת, כך שהחדר נשאר פתוח יום שלם. הנקודה היחידה היא לזכות פקיד הקבלה שהגיע להחליף בטריה במנעול בעצמו אבל חוץ מזה מלון לא טוב בכלל.

Staff managed to provide extra water, boiled rice when needed and supported well on location map etc. When I asked for early check-in it was rejected initially and I changed my plan but later during the day they said room is available. Breakfast is below average. not a 4* property. pricing is high

• Ildikó (5/5): crappy accommodation - nice view - The view from the terrace is really beautiful, but unfortunately that's all the advantages of the hotel. Maybe even that the staff smiled kindly when you weren't dealing with them. But ok: Let's not be unfair: the room fridge was really good! The room is extremely small and uncomfortable. The uploaded photos are very tricky (make the room look much bigger and more elegant)! And the strange layout makes it completely unusable. For example all doors open in the opposite direction to the way they should... The hotel is very close to a busy road, so there is constant noise. Totally incapable of resting! The room is falling apart (the wallpaper has been glued back with cellulose tape, the bathdoors are very damaged). They are strictly pointed out at check-in, if you damage the room you will have to pay for it! Really? On the one hand it is self-obvious, on the other hand for a hotel extremely rude, considering the poor condition of the rooms! It's extreme joke that on the third day I had to ask them to clean it up finally (especially that the toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet, but thrown in the little trash after use....) which they didn't really want to do, but they evening pretty much got it done... although the bed linen change then still wasn't. Breakfast was simply awful. Only the scrambled eggs were somewhat acceptable! Overall I would not recommend it! For one night at the most, if you just want to have a bath and look at the beautiful view and then move on!

• Lidiia (10/5): Beyound what I expected. - The staff was extremely helpful in finding answers to the questions I had about the city and travelling around the country. They wereneager to help at any time, with everything. Aside from the staff, I liked how new and comfy room was - I especially pay attention to the newness and design of the rooms, this ine was beyond my expectations. The breakfasts were... delicious - each morning freshly cooked meals, Georgian cuisine. I loved it! Also, it must be noted that my booking was extremely short-noticed - literally, 5 mins before I walked into the hotel. The staff offered me coffee, to wait, while I was waiting for the room to be cleaned up from the previous guest. Neighborhood: I like Avlabar - and the views this hotel has. It sits on a hill, from which one caan see the mountains, downtown, historic district, the river, all the 3 canat roads, and far to the right - Vake district. VOYAGER, however, is located on a quiet street called Dusheti - therefore, it's like you are in the middle of the action, but on a quiet island. YOu are not bothered by what's going on around you. I like hotels which are exactly as such. Definitely coming back. Thanks agaon to the staff for everything!! XO) there was no such a thing.

• Gb (9/5): Wonderful stay, would love to come back! - Convenient location, within walking distance from the metro station and restaurants. Good breakfast. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Big thanks to Giorgi and Dmitri who made sure we had a comfortable stay at the hotel. They deserve a raise! Noise from vehicles can be heard from the room.

Host: Reception staff were very cooperative and supportive. However, they were unable unable to support in matters which were beyond their capacity. Facilities: Not so impressive. They need to improve. Tv was not working. Washroom shower was leaking and was not fixed until last day. Room was quite small.

• ATIL (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is very busy and sometimes noisy. There are several food stores and restaurants around. The hotel is very close to a metro station called Avlabari, and you can take the metro for transportation. For airport transportation, you can take the bus #337 which takes about 45 minutes. There is no metro station at the airport. My room was somewhat small but clean and nice. The small bathroom had some ventilation issues, and thus had a bad odor at most times.

• Sunil (5/5): OK to stay, if you are staying out of the hotel for the entire day and returning only for sleeping. - Location was great. Main attractions are only 8-10 mins walk with most of the stores located nearby as well. Internet worked only intermittently. Device remotes (AC, TV) wouldn't work. Storage wasn't adequate considering it was recommended as a family room. Provision of drinking water was an issue; they wouldn't provide the customary daily water bottle provision.
