- tannousg2023 (10/5): Excellent Staff, Hotel And Perfect Location - I should first mention that Boutique helped a lot with my entry visa to the Russian Federation because the local consulate made it a little difficult to approve my visit visa. The staff are very helpful, patient and wonderful! 1852 Boutique is perfectly located in the central cultural area of St. Petersburg and within walking distance of all major attractions, and 3 minutes’ walk from Nevsky Prospekt, which is the heart of the city. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples. The restaurant is also good with all sorts of complimentary cookies and stuff, 24/7. In short, Boutique will make your stay in St. Petersburg perfect..

На всех этажах имеются куллеры с водой. Очень порадовала возможность выпить кофе или чай с выпечкой и конфетами в любое время дня. Хорошие завтраки: яичница, которая готовится поваром прт Вас, каши, хлопья, омлеты, запеканка творожная, выпечка. По соотношению цена-качество - это очень хороший отель, рекомендуем.

Grande e varia prima colazione. Posizione centrale, ho raggiunto a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche. Wi fi dappertutto. Ho avuto 2 problemi: wi fi debole e alto riscaldamento in camera: detto e risolto subito. Tornerò presto e lo consiglierò ad amici.

- steven (10/5): Hotel charmant, service de qualité. - L'hôtel est charmant, le personnel est très attentionné, la chambre était très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits de qualités. Je recommande cet endroit. Vous trouverez un petit restaurant spécialisé dans les Rib's " Holly Ribs" a 2 mns à pied de l'établissement, un régal ! Il m'a été recommandé par l'hôtel.

Огромное спасибо ребятам с ресепшн - все время помогали: заселили раньше стандартного времени, сделали нужную распечатку, сделали комплимент на день рождения))) кроме того в отеле очень хороший завтрак шведский стол, есть практически все - омлет, колбасы, сыры, выпечка, блины, запеканка, фрикадельки, фрукты и многое другое. Также можно заказать для себя кашу или глазунью отдельно. Номер был новый и просторный, вся сантехника новая. Очень удобный матрац и подушки - сразу проваливается в сон! Нам все понравилось))) Спасибо!

- fuleco7 (10/5): Beautiful hotel, excellent location - A wonderful hotel and a perfect place to relax in St. Petersburg. So many amazing restaurants within very close walking distance, and easy walking to other sites, as well. As others say, no elevator but this was not an issue. If you do need help with bags, they offer a bellman to help. Breakfast was very good with nice variety, including for a vegetarian diet. Rooms are bright with large windows and very comfortable. My only wish is that the room service option (from a nice restaurant nearby) had more options for vegetarians. On one night I had a very bad headache so needed to order food in instead of walk to get food, and there was not much I could eat, but the restaurant was very helpful to tell me what I could have (ended up being artichokes and tomatoes for dinner!) But know there are many delicious vegetarian/vegan options nearby and if you're able to walk, you won't go hungry.
- jeffreyj102 (10/5): Perfect Hotel for a Couple - First off...there's no elevator so understand this from the start. We were on the 3rd floor and it wasn't a big issue because we were walking all around St. Petersburg anyway and was just part of that experience. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. I had a piece of luggage not make it with me to Russia so I informed the front desk...gave them the information and they called the airline and kept on it until I had my luggage. The breakfast area is awesome and you can order eggs to order. Might I suggest the omelettes? They will also make coffee, espresso, etc. 24/7 for you. The location of the hotel is convenient within walking distance of just about everything. We really had a good time and could end our day with a drink or two at the many watering holes located within a block of the hotel. GREAT hotel!

- Andreas (10/5): An excellent stay in St. Petersburg - e really recommend this hotel, everything was excellent during our stay. We first arrived around 7am (flying overnight from London), which was much earlier than our scheduled check-in. But Diana in the reception was really helpful and found another room. They even offered us free breakfast that day (maybe we were looking really tired :) ). The room had all the facilities and was really clean. The breakfast as well was really good and the chef was happy to cook what we would ask for. In, summary I highly recommend the hotel and I would go back again if I were in St. Petersburg.

Hotelkamer was uitgetekend met een goed bed en verwarmde badkamervloer, minibar met acceptabele prijzen maar bovenal netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was meer dan goed met goede persoonlijke service. Ook toen ik voor m'n terugvlucht om 6.00 al moest uitchecken werd er voor een ontbijt-to-go gezorgd. Personeel sprak ook goed Engels, iets wat in andere hotels in Rusland en in SPB in het algemeen zeker niet het geval is.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Personal beim Frühstück war serviceorientiert (sehr leckere Spiegeleier). Nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt. Das Zimmer war sauber und was wir sehr angenehm fanden war die Fussbodenheizung im Bad. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug war für uns kein Kritikpunkt, könnte für ältere Gäste schon eines darstellen.

- Hauke (6/5): - Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Vergleich zu anderen ähnlichen Hotels stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings könnte Zimmerreinigung verbessert werden: In 5 Tagen die gebrauchten Trinkgläser nicht ausgetauscht, Betten schlampig gemacht und die Bettwäsche nicht ausgetauscht - dafür täglich frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück könnte auch etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden.

- picantito (10/5): Excellent Service! - When you remember the names of all of the reception staff that you speak to, it's usually because the service has been good. So thanks to Elena, Diana, Anastasia and Anatoly for your help, your service, your recommendations and your smiles. The hotel is cosy, clean and situated in a refurbished old building: rooms are more functional than decorated, but they are comfortable and spacious. It's a short walk to Nevsky Prospekt and in fact not so far from many of the main "attractions" in the centre of SPB. Breakfast was good: a good selection of things to choose from, and one morning even when I arrived too late, I was given juice, coffee and pastries (and offered a fried egg!). All in all a very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Totally recommended.
- Jen John (10/5): Outstanding option for St. Petesburg - The hotel is located in a quieter street (which is good) but really well located. Although there is no elevator they offered to carry my bag (if you have problems with stairs ask for a lower floor, I stayed in the 4th floor, which can be challenging for some people but I didn't mind). The room was excellent and comfortable and the highlight is the service, the front desk and all the staff team is super friendly and clear on their instructions about fees and services and also really interest on giving good advices about activities in the city. They even helped us with to pay the taxi when we arrived (before checking in). The amenities are good and it was very clean (there were complimentary water, tea and cookies too, which was nice).

- Cinzia (8/5): Hotel comodo per spostarsi con i mezzi. - L’hotel è stato rinnovato da poco quindi è tutto nuovo e tutto molto pulito. Bisogna evidenziare che sono quattro piani e non ce l’ascensore. Secondo me c’è una pecca nella sala colazione, perché Friggono nella sala stessa dove uno sta facendo colazione, ci sono alcuni momenti in cui c’è fumo. La colazione si può fare dalle 7:30 del mattino ma se arrivate alle 7:30 non è ancora tutto pronto e bisogna aspettare. Per il resto nulla da dire personale gentilissimo camere pulite e comodo per gli spostamenti in città.

Das Angebot an Speisen war überschaubar aber ausreichend.

- John (10/5): Great boutique hotel - The hotel was great, with genuinely friendly service, a delicious breakfast, and water coolers on every floor. It is in a convenient neighborhood, relatively central, with good restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The room was freshly renovated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything that a hotel should provide, it did. The one hiccup is that there is no elevator, as this is a historic building--so this may not be ideal for visitors with lots of luggage. But for those like me who travel light, this should not be a problem.
- 277TonyB277 (6/5): Family site seeing holiday in St Petersburg - Mixed feelings about this hotel. We have stayed in 3 others during our trip around Russia and they were all excellent. This hotel has a lovely entrance, lobby and staircase but our room whilst large was very bland. Odd in such a beautiful city and a historic building to make the rooms so minimalist. Such a shame that whoever designed the rooms did not think more about how guests would want to use it. Beds were not very comfortable, bedroom furniture tiny in a large room and one small shelf in the massive bathroom which was filled with the hotel products. We had to put our toiletries on the floor. The breakfast was average and we had to wait in our room until a table came free, probably a bit small for an 80 room hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and the whole hotel is very clean.

- tinhau (10/5): Cosy Boutique Hotel - Our group had a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful period boutique hotel. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the daily breakfast is excellent. We loved the little touches like the complimentary all day coffee and tea station. Guests can also lounge in the restaurant when it’s not in use. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom has underfloor heating and we can wash and hang clothes conveniently. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

The staff was simply amazing and the rooms were not as spacious as in the four seasons but they were very clean and new. Would you imagine that a breakfast that was included in the price of this hotel was at least 2 times better than a $100 breakfast for two in the Four Seasons hotel? It definitely was. Any questions? Kein Restaurant - wobei es aber in der nahen Umgebung etliche Möglichkeiten gibt. Fast nur russische TV Programme - kein deutschen Sender. TV Bild hat immer wieder Verzögerung was ziemlich störend ist, wenn man länger TV schauen will (was wir nicht wollten). WLAN war kostenlos und OK. Kein Lift - 4 Stockwerke - mit Concierge-Dienst für Koffer. Unserer Schätzung nach zirka 4 Sterne würdig in Westeuropa. Insgesamt gute Preis/Leistung und daher unserer Meinung nach sehr empfehlenswert.

The hotel was very large and spacious, had comfortable beds, very helpful front desk staff and a convenient location. The breakfast was delicious every morning which included made to order coffee. The heated floors in the bathroom were a really nice feature as well.

- Beckstar8 (10/5): I had an amazing stay here! - This hotel is quiet and comfortable on a quiet street not far from Nevsky Prospect. The staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to most sights in St Petersburg and not far from a Metro station. There are many places to eat nearby and a small supermarket just a few doors up. To get to the further away palaces - Catherine's palace and Peterhof used the app Gett and this was quicker than the public transport options and not too pricey for instance it was Approx $20AUD to get to Peterhof. The prices were always set so you know how much to pay and they know where they are taking you. As this hotel is on a quiet street this made pick ups and drop offs easy. My room was always well cleaned and the bathroom had a heated floor which meant any clothes I washed dried quickly. I stayed here for six nights and the service was consistently good. In the evenings the weather forecast and a chocolate were generally left on the bed. This was very helpful. There was free Internet available though I didn't use this.
