- Anne (9/5): Very nice stay - Täydellinen sijainti: lyhyt etäisyys ravintoloihin, kauppoihin, juna-asemalle ja merelle. Siisti ja rauhallinen, tilava huone. Italialainen aamiainen ei ollut hyvä juttu. Pääsee halvemmalla, kun ei ota aamiaista huonevarauksen yhteydessä, vaan syö ja maksaa sen sitten erikseen jossain lukuisista kahviloista, joissa kunnon aamiaista tarjolla.

Le petit déjeuner était très sympa. Un grand merci à Felicia et Lorella qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux et de qualité.

Grande chambre, lit confortable, rideaux épais pour la nuit. Tout est très propre. Grande salle de bains. Petit-déjeuner très apprécié, avec des produits frais et un excellent service.

- teresavK6353GR (10/5): Great staff and exceptionally clean room! - Amazing boutique hotel with impeccable amenities, great location (100m from train station to Cinque Terre), and wonderful service from all the staff. The hotel was clean, excellent location, near the main roads and attractions locations, even near the stops of sightseeing buses. The staff are very friendly, they didn't hesitate to explain and give information right at the moment when we arrived and checked in, and during our stay they were very helpful to make reservations upon request, arrange transfers and give advice where to go and how to make the best of our stay. The room is big, very clean and super comfortable, true modern European style! The breakfast was also very good. We felt pampered and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel and everything was above my expectations since arriving until leaving.

It was clean and airy with a comfortable bed and lovely sheets, a great bathroom well maintained with a modern shower and everything I needed was in the room. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, so tasty, and has many choices. Besides, the nearby restaurants are nice as well. Highly recommended! Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we'll definitely be back.

The elevator was super old but I am grateful that there was one Lots of codes to remember. I had to continually look them up. If my phone battery went dead I would have been in trouble.

- Vinuesa (10/5): Lovely place, wonderful location. We'll be back! - It was a perfect stay. Room was clean and nicely decorated, staff was kind and helpful. The property has a stylish boutique atmosphere that we absolutely loved. Location is an easy walk from train station, old city and harbour. If you're in a car I suggest you book parking with them in advance, They have their own secure parking right next to the hotel and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend!

Was a little bit noisy in the street below and some renovations upstairs not related to the hotel. But we were out during the day so was not bothered by them much.

The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was beautiful and very well taken care of. Honestly, there is nothing negative to say everything was perfect!
- Océane (8/5): - Chambre grande ! Spacieuse. Nombreux rangements. Très propre. Salle de bain pratique et spacieuse. Quelques fuites au niveau des joints de la douche (on avait beau fermer correctement les portes, ça finissait toujours pour laisser quelques petitrd flaques d'eau sur le sol) Impossible de comprendre comment faire fonctionner la TV malgré les explications. On était pourtant sur l'HDMI recommandé, les noms des chaînes apparaissent mais écrans noirs en permanence. Isolation moyenne... On entendait tout ce que disait la voisine derrière le mur (et elle parlait très fort) et le matin tôt, des 07:30/08h, on entend le bruit de l'aspirateur et du ménage des autres chambres. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé car nous nous levons tôt pour aller randonné, mais ça peut être gênant pour d'autres.

- Eriksson (10/5): Je recommande sans hésiter !! - L’hôtel était très propre, les chambres sont modernes et impeccables, avec un bon Wi-Fi gratuit. J’avais spécifiquement demandé une chambre calme et ma demande a été respectée. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie juste en bas, et le quartier de l’hôtel est agréable. Le service a été excellent tout au long de mon séjour et le personnel est vraiment remarquable : très sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. La communication était fluide et l’emplacement nous convenait parfaitement. Un grand merci à Michele pour sa patience, sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!
- Jackuline (10/5): Práctico, cómodo y perfecto para disfrutar sin complicaciones!! - Mi estancia fue una sorpresa muy positiva y, sinceramente, una de las mejores decisiones del viaje. Lo que más me gustó fue la facilidad de acceso: todo está pensado para que el huésped llegue y se instale sin perder tiempo. Las indicaciones son muy claras y el sistema funciona perfectamente, algo que se agradece muchísimo después de un día de viaje. Además, el ascensor cumple su función y hace que subir al alojamiento sea cómodo, incluso con equipaje. La habitación es exactamente lo que uno espera o incluso más: espaciosa, impecable y muy acogedora. Se nota que hay un cuidado real en mantener altos estándares de limpieza y confort, lo que hace que uno se sienta a gusto desde el primer momento. Otro punto a favor es la ubicación en La Spezia, ideal para moverse con facilidad y visitar las Cinque Terre. En cuanto al aparcamiento, reservé con antelación el parking ofrecido por el establecimiento y fue una decisión excelente: hizo todo mucho más sencillo y cómodo desde el primer momento. Es un servicio muy práctico que recomiendo sin duda a todos los huéspedes. En definitiva, es un alojamiento funcional, bien gestionado y pensado para viajeros que valoran la comodidad. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo y volvería encantado.

Les femmes de ménage, sont venu nettoyage alors que nous sommes rester que 2 jours. Le parking est sécurisé. Petit déjeuner très bien, beaucoup de choix tout était très bon.

- Alycia (10/5): Séjour impeccable dans un établissement moderne !! - J’ai séjourné au Cinque Terre Gateway et mon expérience a largement dépassé mes attentes. L’établissement propose un concept moderne et très bien pensé, parfaitement adapté aux voyageurs d’aujourd’hui. Le self check-in est simple, rapide et extrêmement bien organisé : tout est expliqué de manière claire, ce qui permet d’arriver en toute autonomie sans aucune difficulté. De plus, l’équipe reste disponible à distance si nécessaire, ce qui est à la fois rassurant et très professionnel. Les chambres sont impeccables : spacieuses, modernes, parfaitement propres et aménagées avec beaucoup de soin. On ressent immédiatement l’attention portée au confort et à la qualité des équipements. Le calme et l’organisation des lieux contribuent à rendre le séjour particulièrement agréable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait de le prendre dans un café local à proximité. Cela permet de vivre une expérience plus authentique, sur une jolie place de La Spezia, comme un habitant du coin. Le café et le croissant étaient tout à fait conformes à un petit déjeuner italien. En résumé, il s’agit d’un établissement qui assume pleinement son concept moderne, flexible et efficace, et qui le fait très bien. Je recommande sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable, bien organisé et sans contraintes inutiles.
- jean charles (5/5): Ce n’est pas un hôtel !! - Contrairement aux avis postés il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, il n’y a pas de personnel d’accueil ce sont simplement des chambres de qualité alignées dans un couloir. Pas de réception et pas de petit déjeuner sur place, il faut se rendre à l’extérieur, traverser une place pour rejoindre un café où sera servi un petit déjeuner extrêmement léger un simple café et un croissant de mauvaise qualité ainsi que le jus d’orange chimique. Je m’interroge sur les avis que booking met en avant !! Faisant passer cet établissement pour un hôtel !!

La position est idéale : très pratique pour rejoindre les Cinque Terre tout en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. La chambre était impeccable, avec un niveau de confort élevé, une literie de qualité et surtout une insonorisation parfaite, ce qui garantit des nuits paisibles. La propreté est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu et cela se voit immédiatement. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons opté pour la formule deluxe et nous en avons été ravis : variée, généreuse et de grande qualité, avec un excellent choix de produits. Un véritable atout qui fait la différence ! La possibilité de se garer facilement à proximité est un avantage appréciable, et les services proposés sont efficaces et bien pensés, en particulier le système de self check-in très pratique. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent : on en a clairement pour son argent, avec un niveau de service et de confort supérieur à ce que nous attendions. En résumé, une expérience très positive que nous referions sans hésiter!

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, quality products. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

- Stefano (9/5): OTTIMA SOLUZIONE COME 'BASE' PER VISITARE LE 5 TERRE - La struttura si trova all’interno di un grande palazzo d’epoca; eccellente la posizione: è vicina alla stazione dei treni (5 minuti a piedi) e nello stesso tempo non risente del disturbo dei treni. Comodissima quindi per muoversi quotidianamente da/verso le Cinque Terre Ideale anche per passeggiare nel centro storico (si trova all’inizio della zona pedonale). La nostra camera (3° piano con ascensore) era molto ampia e ben pulita; così pure il bagno finestrato; sufficientemente arredata ed isolata da rumori esterni. Per il parcheggio abbiamo sfruttato il servizio convenzionato e proposto dalla struttura (parcheggio riservato a 5 min a piedi. Costo: 35euro al giorno) Per la colazione ci siamo invece sempre rivolti al bel locale situato al piano terra dello stesso stabile che propone colazioni italiane e internazionali. La struttura, adatta comunque ad uno stile informale, quindi merita proprio ed il personale di servizio (addette alle pulizie) è stato veramente cortese e premuroso. Nessun è avvenuto alcun contatto in loco con la proprietà. A mio avviso rimangono da migliorare le informazioni preliminari da fornire ai potenziali clienti al momento della prenotazione: tempistiche, modalità e contenuti con la quale si riceveranno le informazioni dopo la prenotazione. Questo anche per togliere dubbi nelle fasi post booking. Tenete presente che il tutto avviene solo on line con utilizzo di whatsapp e di applicazioni specifiche per il check in.

Die Stadt La Spezia ist zuckersüß, gute Lokale - sehr nette und stets hilfsbereite Menschen unterwegs getroffen. Die Beratung in der Bahnhofsstube war überragend. Es ist kein Hotel, es ähnelt für uns einem AirBnB. Personal wurde nicht angetroffen. In der Buchung stand: "Anreise 15.-19.00Uhr Gäste müssen Kreditkarte + Foto beim Checkin vorlegen" Na, wie verstehen Sie das ? Es Muss VOR der Reise Online durchgeführt werden ( ca 30 Min bis alles funktioniert, meinGefühl dabei: ich mache deren Arbeit ). Ich finde, die ZimmerBeschreibung u. das Drumrum sind nicht exakt. Es kommt eine Bestätigung per Mail von Booking, die mir eine Rezeption suggeriert ( "bei Ankunft müssen Sie noch die Taxe begleichen..." ) Nichts da - die Taxe muss ebenso vorab überwiesen werden. Und nicht wie in der Booking Rechnung mit 10€ notiert ( 2x2x2.5 € ), sondern es werden 11.50 € verlangt. Nachdem die Zimmerkosten bereits eingezogen wurden ( und eine Stornierung lt Text nicht möglich ist ), zahle ich, finde diesen Aufschlag aber nicht gut! Nehmen wir die "inklusive" Ausstattung: sie ist aufgelistet in der Booking Com Maske - da stehen Bademantel, Hausschuhe, Kaffeemaschine, auch sichtbar in der Bildergalerie. Nicht erwähnt werden die zusätzlichen Gebühren 9.50€ bzw 0.8€ /Tasse Nescafé ! Beim Wein/Sekt wird auf Extragebühren hingewiesen - ist also möglich ;-) Das gute italienische Frühstück, schaut in der Bildergalerie sehr ansprechend aus und wird direkt mit gebucht ( notiert bei den Zimmern ist ein Wert von 20€ ) - im Café Elite ( nein für uns keine Elite ): schlichte Ausstattung. Mit der Frühstückskarte gab es : 1 Teilchen, 1 Tasse Brühkaffee (eine 2. Tasse sollte extra kosten), 1 Glas Orangensaft ( schmeckte uns sehr sehr künstlich ). Am 2. Tag haben wir verhandelt: statt 1 Tasse Brühkaffee + 1 Teilchen, eine Tasse italienischen Expresso solo, mit dem Tausch war der Servierer einverstanden. Gefrühstückt haben wir später woanders. Nochmals werden wir hier nicht buchen. PS Wir haben alles mit Textkopien und Fotos festgehalten - man weiss nie...

Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen: modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Details entsprechen genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern – keine Überraschungen, sondern genau das, was man sich wünscht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die hochwertigen Annehmlichkeiten. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir vom Staff hervorragend betreut: Die Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und sehr professionell. Der Self Check-in war klar erklärt, unkompliziert und hat uns maximale Flexibilität bei der Ankunft gegeben. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Cinque Terre zu erkunden: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig strategisch günstig in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Zentrum. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem überraschend gut schallisoliert, sodass wir sehr ruhig schlafen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Alles war makellos gepflegt und auf einem hohen Niveau. Auch die angebotenen Services waren durchdacht: kleine Extras wie Kaffee oder zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten konnten bei Bedarf flexibel hinzugebucht werden. Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht: typisch italienisch, frisch und genau richtig, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Wer ein leichtes und authentisches Frühstück schätzt, wird hier definitiv zufrieden sein. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit zum Parken, was in dieser Gegend wirklich Gold wert ist. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Cinque Terre Gateway mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel ist in allen Servicebereichen den 4 Sterne Standard entsprechend hervorragend aufgestellt. Das Personal im Servicebereich sowie am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeitet professionell, ohne dabei den Gast aus den Augen zu verlieren. Die Zimmer sind absolut mängelfrei und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück bietet eine enorme Auswahl an ausgewogenen Speisen und Getränken. Alles frisch präsentiert. Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm, auch wenn man sieht, wie die Menschenmassen Richtung Bahnhof zur Cinque terre pilgern. Das Hotel ist für Bahnreisende und Cinque terre Besucher ein Geheimtipp und ist einfach alternativlos.

If you are arriving by car, I recommend reserving parking in advance as they offer a private secure garage right next to the hotel, which made our arrival very smooth. - JMcM69 (6/5): Great location, not what we expected - This is NOT a hotel it is a guest house according to management. This could be down to my interpretation and not the fault of the establishment. Online check in was unique but didn't pose any problems. Locating the room was akin to a treasure hunt with a series of codes in various locations before eventually gaining access to your room . The room itself was exceptionally clean and had tea/coffee making facilities plus two bottles of water which were provided free. We had an empty fridge. Bathroom had a lovely shower with great water pressure and a hot towel to dry towels on. We both found the mattress to be too firm. Pillows were inadequate so normally would have asked a member of staff for an extra one until I remembered, there are no staff. Room was noisy at night as had coffee machine and ice machine directly outside our door. We were looking forward to a sumptuous breakfast after reading all of the reviews on here and seeing the photos. Don't be fooled. Unless you have especially selected what must be a deluxe breakfast you will get something a lot less inviting (although adequate and served its purpose) . The photos often posted on here of breakfast staff are NOT staff from the Cinque Terre guest house. They work at the adjoining 'Bjoin' restaurant which provide a deluxe breakfast. If like us you have inadvertently selected the other option you must trudge across the road to the little cafe to receive your cup of coffee , croissant and a small glass of distinctly not fresh orange juice (we passed on the juice the next day). Staff - I would love to comment on the staff but saw only a cleaner on the second day. She was friendly even though she was the only member of staff at this guest house which consists of half a dozen rooms in a corridor ( a lovely smelling corridor I may add) on the third floor accessed by the most narrow ancient pulley lift I have ever encountered. The location of this guest house is perfect as only a short walk from the train station and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec la gare : en seulement deux minutes à pied, on y est, ce qui est idéal pour visiter les cinq villages des Cinque Terre. Le parking est aussi extrêmement pratique, ce qui est un vrai avantage dans la région. - Caterina (10/5): Excellent choice for visiting the Area - Spacious room in a well-maintained and secure building, conveniently located (very close to the train station). Facilities are new and working with a very good AC system. Clean and tidy. Michele, the host, and her wife are nice and friendly. They went the extra mile to satisfy our requests and solve small issues (eg providing a new softer pillow late in the night). It is possible to leave your luggage after check out using the dedicated luggage storage service and it is very easy to get in again to get them. Breakfast was also excellent available at the café just in front of the building and there is a supermarket a few minutes down the road. We'll stay there again the next time we are in Cinque Terre!

Je m’y sens encore mieux qu’à la maison!!! L’hôtel est calme, le personnel est gentil et efficace, l’hôtel est super propre, le wifi fonctionne bien. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Tout est parfait, l’air conditionné fonctionne bien et est silencieux, l’hôtel est décoré avec goût et la literie est super confortable. J’ai hâte de revenir.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Centrale Station and just two blocks from the marina where ferries depart, making incredibly easy to reach the Cinque Terre. The property was spotless, well maintained, and felt very comfortable. Breakfast is such a nice touch and was much appreciated. What really stood out was the staff; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again over any namebrand option.

Perfekt angebunden und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, modern eingerichtet und hervorragend schallisoliert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Pflege der gesamten Unterkunft. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut: frisch, abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der vorhandene Parkplatz, der den Aufenthalt in der Stadt deutlich entspannter macht. Die angebotenen Services sind durchdacht und gut organisiert. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles – vor allem das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben vier wunderschöne Tage mit Freunden verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. From the first moment, the staff were warm, professional and always ready to help (special thanks to Michele, a genuinely lovely person). We stayed in the Deluxe Suite and the room was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well thanks to the excellent soundproofing. Everything felt spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was a real highlight: plenty of choice, fresh products, nicely presented and always topped up. The location is ideal for visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, with a Carrefour just around the corner and bus/tram stops right outside for easy connections. A big advantage is that the hotel is just outside the ZTL and offers on-site parking, which made arriving by car completely stress-free. Great services, great comfort and an excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended, book with confidence!

- YUE (2/5): - The location is super convenient. Close to the railway station and the main walking street with a lot of commerce and restaurants. They tried to scam us. Don't forget to check your card charges after you leave. We traveled with our 5-month old baby. When we booked it showed the option free stay for your baby and the possibility to request for a free cot. During the inquiry with the hotel service, they didn't mention any additional charges. And when we left they charged us 120€ (30€ per night) for the baby cot. You could buy 1 or 2 cots with the amount of money. And it wasn't communicated to us before or during the stay. The other scam was the mirror. We didn't touch the mirror at all during our stay and it was intact when we left. They sent us a few photos saying their cleaning team found the mirror broken and charged us for 130€. We didn't break it, and didn't touch it. It was probably broken by the cleaners in the end. After communication they framed it on us and charged our card. Other things to watch out for: The parking needs advanced booking and is two streets away, at 20€ per day. The elevator is extremely small and you might not be able to enter with all of your luggages. Otherwise you'll need to climb up to the 3rd floor (for example our travel pram couldn't fit into it). Take a video before and after your stay of everything otherwise they might charge you unexpectedly without telling you. The charges come from another operator and not from Booking.com. We found out the charges and asked them, then they told us about the charges. If we hadn't asked, they would have not told us.

Plus the rate that I was able to secure was extremely competitive. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and 2 minute walk from the train station on a quiet street. Breakfast was great! La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et impeccablement propre, offrant un confort rare pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Petit-déjeuner très bon et varié et le personnel fait preuve de beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons aussi apprécié la facilité de stationnement et l’efficacité des services proposés, qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Compte tenu de la qualité globale, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent. En résumé, un hôtel accueillant, confortable et idéalement situé. The room offers great amenities, with bed linen and towels of exceptionally high quality. The entire hotel is decorated with great taste, and the rooms are very original. The beds are very comfortable, all essential amenities are provided, and there is even a yoga kit for those who want a moment of relaxation. Everything is very clean and well organized. The breakfast is tasty and varied, and the staff are very helpful, making this hotel a standout choice in the Cinque Terre. There are also many restaurants close to the hotel.

- Piva (10/5): Beautiful well located tiny hotel. - Very comfortable room, close enough to train for an easy walk but still close enough to city centre. Also, it's safe for going out for dinner and a wine bar later at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and I enjoyed staying there.
- Annie (8/5): Très bon séjour, mais la prochaine fois je ne prends pas le petit déjeuner. - La Chambre (et l'étage) était très bien, beau, moderne, propre avec tout le confort. Tous les codes ont parfaitement fonctionné. Par contre le petit déjeuner même s'il est appelé "italien" était réellement pas bon. Il fallait aller dans un café à côté sur la place, où il faisait froid, les serveurs(ses) pas très aimables, les croissants rassis et secs, le jus d'orange qui n'était qu'un sirop avec de l'eau... bref, nettement insuffisant par rapport à la Qualité de la chambre ! Ne pas prendre le petit-dejeuner avec la chambre et aller dans un autre café qui faisait de bon petit déjeuner et brunch !
