Important Information
The reception is open daily from 10:00-14:00 and the hotel is reachable by phone from 09:00-22:00
Guests can check in using an automatic check-in machine. A photo ID and a credit card or debit card. Payment in cash is not possible on-site.
Guests can request an ironing board and iron at the reception. A weekly cleaning service is also available.
Please note that private parking at the accommodations is underground. A parking space must be reserved up to 3 days before arrival.
Electronic devices brought and owned by the guest have to meet the latest safety standards and may be used if due diligence is observed. For safety reasons as well, the 2nd apartment key card is to be removed from the electronic panel inside the apartment.

- NANCY (7/5): Good value for having a kitchenette. - Comfortable and clean. The balcony door is the only openable window and it didn’t tip. If you want fresh air, it has to be open - which is not secure. 15 minute walk to U and S bahn but it’s a nice neighborhood

- Matthias (8/5): Eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Ist Empfehlenswert. - Die Zimmer waren schön groß und es gab genug platzt für eine 4 Köpfige Familie. Den Balkon fanden wir richtig gut. Die Küche ist auch groß genug für eine 4 Köpfige Familie. Super gutes Badezimmer (schön geräumig und genug Platz für eine Familie). Die Betten waren auch bequem. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt unter dem Gebäude ist super. Die Küche war leider nicht richtig sauber und leider nicht genug besteck und keine richtige Kaffe Tasse oder ähnliches. Die Kissen waren zu groß und unbequem, 40x80 cm Kissen sind viel besser. Schade, dass man vor der Tür nicht kostenfrei parken kann. Rezeption war zwar Ofen aber kaum besetzt. Für ein Unterkunft Außerhalb von City war der preis doch etwas zu hoch.

- Florian (5/5): - Sauberkeit , parkplätze , prinzipiell genug platz vorhanden Die Buchung war irreführend: mir wurde ein "deluxe-zimmer" versprochen, beim Ankommen habe ich aber festgestellt, dass es überhaupt kein deluxe Zimmer in der Kategorie von Mloft gibt, sondern ich schlich und einfach ein normales Business Zimmer bekommen habe. Die Fotos bei booking sind wild zusammengeschmissen, große und kleine Zimmer auf einem Haufen, so dass beim Buchen überhaupt nicht klar wird, welches Zimmer es denn nun ist. Die Klimaanlage hat in der Nacht - obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war - gescheppert: circa alle fünf minuten war ein Geräusch wie von einem Saugrohr zu höhren. Dementsprechend war Schlafen eher schlecht. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch nicht gut , direkt an der Hauptstraße, gleich mit einem Penny als Nachbar, was entsprechendes Publikum anzieht. Die Ausstattung war sauber, aber relativ lieblos. Innerhalb des Raumes gibt es kein Radio und der Fernseher war nur mit einem google Chromecast ausgestattet, der nicht funktioniert hat. Ich kann daher die hohen Wertungen nicht verstehen. Für mich keine Empfehlung.

Ambienti pulitissimi, accoglienti e soleggiati Letti comodi. Il personale delle pulizie disponibile e la proprietaria molto gentile. Ci ha omaggiati a Pasqua di un dolce pensiero. Cucina ben attrezzata, check in ed out intuitivo. Buona posizione con sotto supermarket e burger king. Tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Nulla
- Kari (9/5): Clean, well equipped studio appartment in quiet neighbourhood outside the city centre - The clean, well kept apartment is also available for longer stay, so it was equipped with all kitchen appliances you need. Nearest supermarket is located in the building, there are several restaurants in the neighbourhood. One must bear in mind, that the apartment in located about 7km outside the city centre. The easiest way to get to the center is metro, the nearest metro station is located some 800m from the apartment.

Lage sehr gut, Supermarkt im gleichen Haus und Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel. Warmwasser in der Dusche kam erst nachdem wir das Wasser 5 min. laufen lassen haben. Wir dachten schon, es gibt kein warmes Wasser. Auch der Umschalter zwischen Handbrause und Regendusche ging sehr schwer.

- Károly (9/5): Nagyon jó apartman, egész jó helyen. Metro 10 perc gyalog. Cseréljék ki nappali kanapét, és javítsák meg az ablakot, akk - Könnyű bejutás. Gyönyörűen megcsinált apartman A nappali kanapé nyikorgása szörnyű volt. A tv melletti ablaknál lévő résen bejön a kinti zaj és hideg.

- francesca (9/5): Epifania a Monaco - L'appartamento era grande pulito e confortevole. Il check in è stato fatto con molta rapidità da soli, con una macchina che a registrazione effettuata faceva uscire la tessera per aprire l'appartamento. Si poteva scegliere anche la quantità di tesserine da avere.L'ho trovata veramente una soluzione smart e veloce. Gli appartamenti poi si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Trudering in cui partono sia i treni che le metropolitane che portano direttamente in centro. Sotto poi ci sono due supermercati e un Burger King.Devo dire che è veramente un ottima soluzione qualità prezzo. Praticamente nulla

Televisore con volume alto fino a tarda notte e bambini che correvano avanti ed indietro fino a tardi ed al mattino presto. Purtroppo non ho quindi dormito molto. I letti ed i cuscini sono comunque molto comodi. Peccato…

We were warm and very comfortable for our stay. The location is definitely out of the city, but it was easy enough to walk to the train station.
- Giada (10/5): Consigliato - La struttura è fuori dal centro di Monaco, noi arrivando dall’Italia in macchina abbiamo raggiunto facilmente la stazione ‘Trudering’, dove con 1,50 € puoi lasciare la macchina tutto il giorno nel parcheggio, e da lì partivano molte soluzioni per arrivare nel centro di monaco rapidamente e comodamente. La camera era come da descrizione e foto, con una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Bagno ampio. Al nostro arrivo non era presente il personale di Reception, ma il check-in si può fare in autonomia tramite il pannello presente in entrata, tutto molto veloce e facile. Sotto la struttura sono presenti due supermercati ben forniti. Parcheggio lungo la strada, davanti alla struttura, disponibile dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 20:00 con disco orario, massimo un’ora, poi gratuito. Per chi arriva in macchina come noi, ottima soluzione se non si vuole incombere nel traffico della città.
- Helma (6/5): - Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war toll. Mein Zimmer war sauber. Preis Leistung war gut. Man kann dort gut parken. Die Heizung ist ausgefallen und es war niemand erreichbar über Weihnachten. Die Betten sind nicht so bequem wie sonst üblich mit Boxspringbett. Einrichtung ist sehr modern, aber eher ungemütlich. Industiestyle muss man mögen. Der Verkehr von der Bundesstraße war zu hören.
