Alaina (7/5): Overall the stay was fine, not stellar. - I like the new shampoos and lotions in bottles. Check in and out was easy. Great location. Our lotion and other supplies were not filled. The breakfast was fine but always too busy and not refilled enough to support the need. I wish the time could be extended for breakfast. There are too many people trying to get in at once with their families. I wish our towels would have been replaced each day - as we had three people using them, and the trash could have been taken away each day - ours was overflowing. We received a reminder email prior to our stay, which was nice, but the email told us we had to wear face coverings at the hotel, which was not true and almost made us cancel our reservation. We didn't love the sliding bathroom door. Limited parking - there was a motorcycle group that had multiple bikes, one per person, each taking a parking spot, so we could not find a place to park.

ALJR98 (10/5): Great experience - Stayed at Hampton during the EAA AirVenture. All the hotels in Oshkosh and surrounding areas were booked and/or charging exorbitant rates. Hampton's rate was more reasonable and only 10 mins from event. Hotel felt new. Room and common areas were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, free breakfast was good, pool was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk was uninformed. The bfast was exceptional. The tea choices were cheap and not great. The handicap features were amazing, but the shower diverter was confusing and noisy. I do not like weighted blankets…wish I would have known that there was a normal blanket in the closet?!! See above

Katherine (8/5): Top notch Hampton - Top notch Hampton Inn in the excellent company edition. The one thing that would have made it better was seeing a person behind the front desk when we arrived. It took a while before someone showed up. The same thing happened to another patron later in the evening, and he had to go to the office behind the desk to get help. Perhaps coming up with a way that patrons can get the attention of a member of the personnel would be an easy fix.

P9866VAjanm (2/5): Most bizarre experience ever - OK, this story is really not believable but here goes. In fact, it is so bizarre I contemplated for months on whether I should submit it. Arrived for 5 night stay on business. (per diem work in the city). Corporate booking. Despite being a normally-abled Diamond member, I was put in the wheelchair accessible room. The one where the toilet is backwards and slung low to the floor and there isn't really a shower, just a bench with a hand-held for a sponge bath. All perfectly equipped for full-blown wheelchair access. And the very young woman at the front desk thought this was a reasonable choice for a normally abled person for 5 days.. She went into the back room and refused to come out to the front when I immediately returned to ask to exchange rooms. I even called the hotel phone number and she had switched it to ring over to Hilton corporate so she wouldn't have to answer the phone. I have absolutely no idea what was going on here. I had to leave a note on the countertop cancelling the reservation since I wasn't going to stay in that room and clearly no one was going to give me a different one. I left and stayed at the Holiday Inn on my own dime. They ended up charging corporate for the whole stay. This was booked months in advance and there were no cars in the parking lot so "overbooked" and "last minute reservation" do not apply here. Who does this?
