We would like to inform you that our SPA area, including the hot tubs, steam room, and sauna, is currently closed for an indefinite period, while our establishment undergoes a makeover. Please note that the swimming pool is closed until further notice. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and on bank holidays. Any reservation of more than 8 rooms may result in special conditions and additional costs. Please note that the spa closes at 18:00 on 31 December. Spa opening time: - Thursday: 10:00 to 18:00 - Friday and Saturday: 13:00 to 20:00 - Sunday: 09:00 to 16:00 - Closed from Monday to Wednesday Access to the spa costs EUR 20 euro per person per session of 90 minutes. Sessions are available upon prior reservation and according to availability. Flip flops must be worn in the spa at all times. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the spa. Please note that if you request a massage or beauty treatment before check-in time, your room will be available accordingly. Proper swimwear is required when using the pool. Loose swimming trunks are not allowed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. Hakim (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné au Residhome Suites de Lieusaint avec mon mari et nous avons adoré notre séjour. La chambre est très grande, , avec une literie de super qualité et une salle de bain équipée d'une douche immense. Le vrai plus est l'emplacement : nous avons pu tout faire à pied, du shopping à Westfield / Shopping Parc jusqu'aux restaurants. La petite kitchenette est également très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Malgré l'espace, l'hôtel vieillit. Tout est en moquette, les joints de la salle de bain mériteraient d'être refaits, et la baignoire était rayée et usée. Au vu du prix (près de 120 € la nuit), on s'attendrait à une télévision plus grande et à des chaînes comme Canal+. Enfin, les suppléments sont excessifs : 15 € par nuit pour notre petit chat, c'est très cher par rapport aux 5 € pratiqués ailleurs. Les 6,50 € de taxe de séjour par personne semblent aussi élevés pour un établissement qui a besoin d'être rénové. Un bon potentiel, mais qui nécessite des travaux.

cathy (6/5): Séjour nuit de noce - Le séjour était correct dans l’ensemble, L’expérience n’a pas été catastrophique, mais nous nous attendions à davantage de qualité de service déçus . À notre arrivée, seulement une tasse était disponible pour deux personnes, avec très peu de capsules de café et sachets de thé pour deux nuits. Concernant le ménage, le lit a simplement été refait mais les serviettes, peignoirs et certains éléments n’ont pas été remplacés ou renouvelés durant le séjour, ce qui est dommage pour cette catégorie d’hôtel. L’expérience n’a pas été catastrophique, mais nous nous attendions à davantage de qualité de service pour une occasion aussi spéciale

Edgard (7/5): old but gold!! nice staff huge parking and bright room - i booked a suit, 2 bedrooms, living kitchen and bathroom with seperate toilet. the suit need a full renovation. the size is perfect but it seems old for a 4 stars hotel old room, WC not well fixed. kitchen very old i didn't use it. the rooms are ok. the bath room is functional however a full renovation is a must so the unit will be again 4 stars hotel

Robert (3/5): Has potential but needs better upkeep - Room was unusually large. Overall property is nice. Convenient to a few bus lines with connections to everywhere. Elevators not working so needed to use stairs. WiFi stopped working shortly after checking in and never came back (had to use personal hotspot). Drains in bathroom were slow and water from shower and sink backed up into the tub. This property is in need of improved maintenance.

Armance (3/5): Déception. - La chambre est spacieuse est confortable. Nous n'avons pas été prévenu que le jacuzzi et le hammam n'existaient plus alors que nous sommes venus pour ça. Sur le site, il y avait toujours des photos indiquant leur présence. La description de l'annonce indiquait la présence d'un bain à remous et d'un sauna. Par ailleurs nous avons envoyé un mail à la responsable hébergement qui ne nous a jamais répondu. Nous sommes très déçus.

C’est le seul bémol de l’hôtel, car nous avons trouvé ça pas très professionnel et pas très humaine. Dans l’avenir, ce serait mieux de prendre soin de convive.

Trés grande chambre qui demandrait un bon rafraichissement. A mon arrivée, une odeur persistante de renfermé et ce meme après avoir laissée la fenetre ouverte plusieurs heures.... A ce prix là , aucune bouteille d'eau disponible dans la chambre...
LAMIC (6/5): - J'ai aimé l'environnement et le calme de cet hôtel . Une fois dans la chambre on entend plus rien. Chambre très spacieuse avec le confort adéquat. Personnel très respectueux. La literie de qualité moyenne matelas beaucoup trop mou à mon goût. Et odeur de tabac froid ou de la personne qui était avant moi. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié. Évacuation de douche bouché. Mais je retenterai l'expérience avec une autre chambre pour voir.
