Then asked to leave cause i wasnt on guest list which i provided at check in...then was able to stay 3 mnths longer then asked to leave off property for absouletly nothing..minded my Business, stayed inside all the time. What grunds do they have to ask me to leave..The GM of this property need Fürther education in Business Management

Jewel (2/5): Roach infested hotel - The hotel was infested with roaches. I deep cleaned the room and housekeeping couldn't even provide me a new blanket and new linens. I presented the issue to the general manager, corporate, your organization, and the health department. I want a refund.
Juan (8/5): Incredible value for your money - Staff were EXTREMELY friendly, professional and accommodating. Conveniently located, there's a Walgreens and an HEB right by it. Room was small but very functional. Laundry facilities were a plus. No pool or gym, so keep that in mind in case you keep a strict fitness regimen. Neighbors were a tad noisy.

ELIZABETH (4/5): - The property was dirty and there were multiple people camped outside their door smoking on the balconies and side walk. The rooms were small. There were no amenities except the laundry room. The check-in process was vigorous and frustrating.
Verified traveler (6/5): Purely Average, Bring your own amenities - Purely average. Good internet, water pressure, & location but… Expect to buy your own toilet paper, toiletries, towels, cups, plates, pots, etc. you have to sign stating you aware upon checkin but no notice about this when booking. I get the cups/plates but just one roll of toilet paper, no matter how long you stay, is disappointing. The heater spits out charcoal at you and will ruin your white sheets. The TV in rooms are awkwardly positioned so you’ll have to turn your head to see. The water shut off randomly 3 times when I needed it most & likely cut off other times I didn’t notice. Front desk will help you, but not willingly and they’ll remind you to read the notice you get upon checking in. Which covers them for the lack of amenities. If you don’t sign you can’t stay, and risk losing the your money if you cancel. I thought this was standard until I stayed in the Austin Uptown Suites. Much better experience and service. Overall they lack amenities/hospitality, but if you get a discounted rate, take it. Better than nothing if you’re spending weeks here and can afford/bring your own amenities.

Pete (10/5): - As most of you already know at this property you pay for 1 week at a time. The staff is friendly the service is wonderful. There is a state of the art laundry room. Location is convenient to both downtown and San Antonio Airport and InTown suites has the best Hotel Wi-Fi in San Antonio. Whenever you turn the TV on all of the channels and programs gently scroll across the screen in big letters. Air conditioning is top notch. WOW!

The manager Eric told me to just give him $20 and we could stay for the night, every night we give $20 and he'd put it down as storage but we could stay in the room. Other people told us he did the same for them and even paid full amt for one person. It helped. We gave him cash as a tip for letting us stay so cheap. have never had that happen befor. was told all the managers do it if u pay a tip. you no need id and he like you will charge you cheap rate and no mind you smoking cigs or pot. he smoke cigs and pot to. and the person suppose to work nights drinks and will give you a drink to an get drunk. most nights he no where. we left our car there after we checked out and Eric said ok he no care.
kayserha (2/5): DANGEROUS - We stayed here while waiting for our house to be finished. This is a very mismanaged place, dangerously so. There was a couple that were fighting every night out on the grounds, she was being beaten so bad, she pulled the fire alarm, where every guest had to be evacuated. . We reported it to the manager, as did other guests for several weeks, every night. The manager didn't care and did nothing. Then the woman was STABBED!! And the police / EMS came out and took them both away. The guy manager did NOTHING! There are druggies shooting up dealing at all hours of the day / night. Manager, Eric / John did / do NOTHING...making it very dangerous, we were even afraid during the day. Cars are damaged from druggies and not parking right....MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Corporate needs to oversee the property and management big time CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CHANGE FOR THE RIGHT DATE AND AMOUNT....THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUT THE WRONG DATE ON YOUR RECEIPT. He did it to us. He also charged different prices for different people.."oh, you can stay and just pay tomorrow or when you have it." then others if they're 1 minute past 11am (which he tells people different times, "uh..11 am, uh..12 pm when it is actually 2pm) he will actually stay late in guests room...usually young girls. The rooms are suppose to be 'Non smoking"...not so. My daughter got sick bc of all the smoke coming into the room...not just cigs. There are druggies who stand right outside smoking pot or whatever, and drinking liquor, throwing rocks on cars and liquid. We could see it from our room. Told Eric, he said, "Well, I didn't see it. and if I don't see it, I won't do anything." ?? Really? at 2am? Then we were told Eric has kin staying there that are addicts. He walks around the property smoking non stop and even right infront of the office. He and the "floater" are extremely unprofessional to my wife and other women....not the men or young girls that he flirts with. The wifi is horrible and you will pay extra for it and for the cable. Housekeeping / maintenance were very nice and worked very hard.
Nanette L (10/5): Spring Break in San Antonio! - Arriving after office hours was no problem. Onsite management was available 24/7. Location was great, I used VIA the local bus company from the airport to InTown Suites, and all week long for $12.00. The room was comfortable, never used the air conditioning. Groceries, Walgreens, and restaurants were all within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay: visited the Alamo, 4 missions, San Fernando Cathedral, Witte Museum and enjoyed time along the Riverwalk. Early checkout was no problem. Very early taxi to the airport was $10.55. Great location.

lookonthebrightside (8/5): Difficulty Resolved w/ Integrity - Our first stay was in Jan 2019 at the 6451 Bandera Rd location. Remodeled a few years ago, our room was Clean, Bright, Best Price, and great street location for every kind of food,fuel, supplies etc. Re other tenants staying there...unsettling. Ok for us as 2 adults, but currently I wouldn't recommend it for a single woman or a young family. Note: You must stay for 1 week minimum. If you choose to add days, be aware that if you add days that fall on the weekend, the price goes up $20 per night. Our effort at a second stay Feb 2019 got complicated: We came to town for the medical needs of a family member. We made reservations on line. Our plans changed, so we went to the location in person (prior to their 24 hour cancellation policy) to be sure there was no confusion... The manager there (on Bandera South) had no record of our reservation, checked with the Bandera North location- they had no record of our reservation as well. The problem came when our credit card was charged anyway. We went back in person, we were respectful but STILL neither location had record of our reservations. Came home & called the corporate number 2 x, wrote an email to Corporate reporting the events. Still being respectful, but after 4 days of effort, we were upset about some error, somewhere that none of us could figure out. * In the end, we found that our online reservation was logged at the San Pedro Ave. location [our mistake, & undetected] as per their policy our card should have only been charged a cancellation fee = to a single night stay, not charged the full amount without us being there in person to authorize it [their mistake]. * The Integrity of In Town Suites was demonstrated when we received a phone call directly from the General Manager of the San Pedro location (Eric) who told us that they would be refunding the FULL amount to us. We just confirmed that the charges were indeed refunded, and we are grateful that this difficulty was resolved with Integrity. Thank you In Town Suites- much appreciated!
kayserha (2/5): WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! - The other review about the manager being "straight up crazy" is right on! She screams, yells, slams doors, calls people names, and as we were checking in with our young son, she called her boss and "a**hole" right in front of everyone, then started speaking Spanish. Maybe she's right, he hired her and keeps her. Then when she saw we were paying cash, she tried to charge us more, until we questioned it she became ruder. We should've left right then. Something shady corporate needs to have a better system. Corporate needs to also do something before someone is hurt by her serious craziness. She seemed to take delight in her crazy ways, very statistic. The rooms need some repairs. Yes, they "remodeled" them...meaning they painted the rooms a different color and put up a picture...that's it. the beds need be replaced, as do the refrig, AC's smell really bad and have mold as well as nates flying out of it, there is no molding around the door...roaches crawled in at night, 2 burner stove top is ok, we never really used it. Housekeeping did their best. The place would be sort of ok if they got rid of the manager and or her boss if he thinks nothing of hiring her and keeping her. We left and went to Econo Lodge. A little more, but a lot better!!! Especially management!

She will lock you out of your room for being 5 minutes late with a payment after locking you out of your online account to make a payment. She is rude and completely irrational. Police said they are there all the time because she is so crazy. Made us do our own laundry.

Excessive stomping noises from the room above me and loud shouting and hours of rap music from the room next to me prompted me to move on to a different establishment. Also, the door seal on the highly touted full-size refrigerator was broken and the dairy products in the lower compartment spoiled. I do have to say that the employees were very friendly and welcoming, I found a really nice room on a weekly rate in a local Econo Lodge for only $10 more a week and am much happier. I would say for people who travel a lot on business and are used to the nicer amenities in even basic motels/hotels, this is not the place for you.
petermR3034RX (10/5): Excellent Location, Perfect Room, Great Price - InTown Suites Airport Location on San Pedro is a great long term hotel for guest in transition from apartment to apartment or home. The location is almost directly in the center of San Antonio bus lines in all directions from this spot! One of the Nation's best shopping mall's North Star Mall being just minutes away and a quick bus ride down and you will be in downtown San Antonio. The property is next door to a 24 hour Walgreens( the only 24 Walgreens in San Antonio) and also across the street from H.E.B which is a regional grocery store chain that sells the best quality products for the best prices. My room was very nice with a mini kitchenette so I can cook a nice kind of home cooked meal. Bryan the General Manager was extremely intelligent and friendly which I will always remember. I feel very satisfied with this hotel and I have only positive things to remember of my stay here at InTown Suites San Pedro, San Antonio, Texas.

WmTL (2/5): Terrible..Do Not stay here. - It is 3:41am I CAN NOT SLEEP in this room. I am staying at a InTown Suites 6923 San Pedro ave, San Antonio, TX It too much light coming in the room from the outside lights, it daylight inside this room at night when the inside light are off CAN NOT SLEEP. The PLASTIC PILLOWS terrible uncomfortable CAN NOT SLEEP. I want to be located in a better Intown Suites and carry my payments for the remaining week at that location OR I want to pay for the one night here and reimburse for the 6 days; the rest of my week payment. They will not refund the weekly payment even if you spend one night. There is nothing about that in any paper work I sign. Do Not Stay here. Their are others hotels with the same rate or less that has better pillows and larger rooms and better curtains. The towels are very very thin and small. I called others InTown suites and they have the same towels and same plastic pillows. Do not stay at any InTown Suites. Some hole in the wall hotels are better than this place
warner476 (2/5): Disgusting - Horrible noisy people spiders all over the room dirty hair in the shower that wasn't mine the door barely shuts there is a gap under the door for a draft or bugs to get in I don't feel safe people constantly hit the walls and my air conditioner people are up past midnight talking and yelling outside. If I could have a no star for cleanliness I would.
