• fabiana (9/5): Buona esperienza . Lo consigliamo . - La camera molto grande e pulita, un bagno enorme . La colazione straordinaria alla domenica , il lunedì meno scelta in generale ma ok . La Spa pazzesca . Il parcheggio privato che dopo le 22 chiude e si apre con codice offre maggiore sicurezza per il proprio veicolo . La stanza vista sull’ Etna che domina il paesaggio. C’è stato un fraintendimento con la Spa. Ci era stato detto “tutto incluso “ senza costi aggiuntivi invece al check out ci hanno chiesto 60 € per la spa ( 30 a persona )… sinceramente la signora della Spa non era stata chiara o comunque avrebbero dovuto informarci prima del costo . Ad ogni modo i 30 € a testa sono stati ben spesi . Consiglio maggiore chiarezza .

• Andreas (8/5): Ein klassischer guter Hotelaufenthalt. - Es ist ein einfaches und ordentliches Hotel. DAs Zimmer hatte alles was wir brauchten. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Es hat eigene Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Es liegt sehr gut zwischen Catania, Taormina und dem Etna. Die Mitarbeitenden an Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück brauchten wir einmal früher als gewöhnlich, das war kein Problem. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es genügend Restaurants für das Abendessen.

• Simone (7/5): Pratico per un viaggio di lavoro - La colazione era buona, la posizione era su una strada un po’ scomoda Il letto un po’ scomodo e la faccio sul parcheggio
• Gilles (6/5): Très pratique, bien placé pour notre besoin et personnel sympathique - la chambre était bien équipée et spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain large et pratique pour poser nos affaires. Le déjeuner était très bon avec une diversité assez grande pour avoir le choix et goûter aux produits locaux. Le personnel était très agréable et le service impeccable. L'emplacement de la chambre était de l'autre côté que celui de la rue. Heureusement car elle est très passante. Les fenêtre semble être bien assonorisées. Le lit est très peu confortable si vous avez besoin d'un peu de confort. Le matelas est posé sur des planche en OSB au lieu d'avoir des lattes flexibles. C'est vraiment dommage par rapport à la chambre. Le bruit est très présent. Le chauffage ou climatisation est très présente. Si elle est éteinte, il y a régulièrement un bruit qui se fait entendre (vibration d'un appareil ? d'une autre climatisation ?). La porte est très peu assonorisée ce qui fait qu'un bruit de couloir est facilement audible. Etrangement j'ai l'impression que c'est très fréquent en Italie.

Piscina esterna ben curata, attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar per l'aperitivo, ottimo. Colazione varia con prodotti freschi, la ragazza in servizio davvero carina e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante abbiamo pernottato una sola notte.

The only downside would be location. railway station was not close enough,and having to walk there in the heat was very hard. Taxi service does not exist so when you need one hotel organises one with a hefty price.
• Bernard (10/5): Great hotel with view of the Etna - Great hotel with a wonderful spa experience. Excellent restaurant where the locals are coming to enjoy the food and especially the pizza. Great hotel staff, restaurant staff and spa staff. Room air conditioning is a little weak on a hot day, that's the only negative. We really had a great time and the Etna is such a wonderful attraction.
